MARCOS SALVATORE walked toward the room that Caroline Forbes resided in at the hospital he had carnaval snacks with him, he thought if the blonde couldn't go to the carnaval he would bring it to her.

But as he walked inside the room it was empty as if she never was in there. He didn't know where she was but what he did smell was the blood, human blood. As he walked towards the bali he saw a nurse who was clutching her neck. It was bandaged up, he furrowed his brows as he took a closer look.

Just as he was about to compel the women his phone rang, he took it out of his pocket and quickly picked up on his little brother.

"Yes?" He asked?

"Listen, Caroline is a vampire, she attacked Damon , Damon is going to kill her." His little brother almost out of breath said.

"Listen, I'm on my way, you keep Damon away from her!" He nearly yelled as he hung up quickly running to his car.

"What the hell happened?!" Marco yelled at his brothers looking at them.

"Katherine" Stefan said, and he knew enough. He grumbled as he paced the room. "We need to find her before she kills someone, we can't have that kind of attention on us right now, Katherine is going to far!'"

Both his brothers (and Elena) nodded as they all began searching, he knew he needed to find her first because he knew Damon would not hesitate to kill her, especially because he thought Caroline was working with Katherine.

After Marco got a call that they found her he quickly vamp-sped towards the scene, and what he saw kinda made his blood boil, his brother hugging Caroline but that didn't matter what mattered was the stake that was in his hand.

He quickly sped towards his brother, but Stefan, always being the fastest, got there before him and knocked the stake out of Damon's hand and pushed him away "Stefan" He Damon growled .

Elena quickly tried to console her friend but was pushed away by a bloodstained Caroline "Get away from me" She shrieked " You killed me she sobbed."

"No,no,no Caroline that wasn't me, you know that, that was Katherine." Elena said to her scared friend.

"No! "What did she look l you, and why did she do this to me?" Caroline yelled, hugging herself as she couldn't trust anyone else anymore.

Elena, knowing she couldn't do anything , anymore turned to her boyfriend who was still glaring at his older brother. "Stefan we need to get her inside."

"I'll do it." Marco quickly offered, Walking towards the frightened girl who quickly embraced him.

"She is going to die, it's only a matter of time." Damon disgracefully said.

"Yeah that isn't going to happen." Marco growled.

"Yeah it is." Damon quickly picked up the stake and rushed towards the trio to stake the blonde, but Elena quickly came before here the stake was only a centimeter from Elena's heart.

"Damon, she's my friend." She stated looking him in the eye, for a human she had major balls, Marco thought still holding a sobbing Caroline.

"Whatever happens , it's on you." Damon wiggled his finger at her before he stepped away.

As Marco tried to lead the new vampire to the washroom her best friend stood in front of them with a scared impression on her face, she didn't want her friend to be a vampire, vampires were the reason her grams died. "N-no you can't be" Bonnie stuttered, shaking her head .

She quickly walked over to her friend and grabbed her arm trying to read her , but all she saw was darkness and death.

"Bonnie..i" Caroline stuttered but was quickly hushed by Marco.

Bonnie stared a second more before her eyes diverted to the back of the car, the guy she was having fun with laying there. Dead. With a bite mark on his neck "Oh god".

"Just." Elena said pushing Caroline towards Marco, more wouldn't be said as Marco quickly dragged the girl towards the bathroom.

"She hates me, Bonnie hates me."Caroline sobbed as Marco tried to wipe the blood off her face.

"She's just in shock it will be ok." Marco hushed her.

"I'm a murderer, I'm a monster." She wailed, getting angry now as she was trying to aggressively get the blood off her hands, but doing so made blood smell harder making her lose control again. "God what does this keep happening!" She yelled. "Im hideous"

"You're not hideous Care, you're beautiful it's completely normal" He cupped her face. "Look at my face." As she looked he made himself use his vampire face, he always looked beautiful doing so.

"Why did she do this to me." She cried . "I don't know, I don't know."

But he did know.

"Why?" Marcos threw his jacket on the sofa storming towards the amused Pierce.

"You know exactly why." She hissed storming towards him, meeting him halfway.

"Why?!?" He yelled in her face his vampire face coming out, before he could attack her, she slapped his face making the room quiet.

"It's your fault, you shouldn't have flirted with her." She spoke deadly quiet.

"We weren't flirting and second what the hell were you even doing there. "He hissed, taking a couple steps back.

"I was checking up on you, seeing what you were doing." She smiled even after everything he did he still loved him.

"We aren't even together."

"I know you love me!" She yelled, grabbing his arm.

"I don't, I never loved you and I never will, you're obsessed with me, and it's embarrassing." He laughed after his sentence Katherine was obsessed with him he knew but it's his own fault he shouldn't have gone with it.

"You do love me, you're just confused" She furrowed her brows before she became angry again, she pointed her finger at him before speaking deadly. "If i see you with her again, I'll kill her and then you"

He nodded his head amused before he turned around and left the room.

"You better listen to me!" She yelled after him, before he slammed the door in her face.

I was fr about to let Marco and Caroline kiss, but then i was like maybe not shes like hysterical lol plus she got a bf and we dont like cheating.
