- Rex -

After a long and exhausting campaign, you finally had time to settle down and take care of yourself. The last couple of days had been very intense and you didn't even think about your well-being at all. A certain Captain could tell you weren't taking care of yourself when he saw the eye bags under your tired e/c eyes. Since your father was much older, you told him to go rest while you took over the bridge. Although he didn't want to at first, he knew better than to test you. Rex walked into the bridge, helmet under his arm. You turned towards the doors that slid closed and saw your admirable captain. Although he would ignore it too, you saw he sported the same eye bags like you. Rex was fighting in the front lines while you carried the rest of the assault from above with air support. "Captain," You greeted tiredly. Rex smiled lightly, before looking serious. You were confused by his tone. "Y/n, you need to take care of yourself. You look like you haven't slept in days." Rolling your eyes, you huffed at him. "I could say the same for you, Rex." You whispered under your breath, a yawn forming in your throat. You tried to fight it but the fatigue was finally getting to you. "I'll take over the bridge while you go rest." Rex offered, but you waved him off. "No, you need the sleep more than I do." You countered. Rex sighed, knowing he wasn't going to change your mind. "Fine then. I won't rest if you don't." You gasped offensively. "Captain, I'm in command here." You tried to say with authority had it not been for the second yawn that interrupted you. "Yup, that's it. I'll have Sergeant Appo take charge while you at least get cleaned up...and maybe I'll join you too." Rex said, looking away from you with his last words. A faint smile made its way onto your lips as you sighed. "Alright then, Captain. You win this one." Rex smirked at you, comming Appo, before leading you out of the bridge. Once no one was in sight, Rex slipped his gloved hand into yours. His big hands were warm, and your heart fluttered lightly. Rex wasn't one to show PDA often, but you loved every touch from him. The two of you walked silently in the hallway, before reaching your quarters. Rex paused at the door panel, not letting go of your hand, and he looked both ways in the halls and saw no one around. You furrowed your brows in confusion, before Rex squeezed your hand lightly, and stepped closer to your face, captivating your soft lips in a delicate kiss. You almost gasped but held your breath instead, as he pulled away, looking deeply into your tired eyes. "I care about you so much, Y/n," Rex trailed off, grabbing your other hand in his. "I want you to take care of yourself because I don't," He paused. "I don't know what I would do without you. Because I love you so much, Y/n." It was like time froze with those confessed words. Rex looked into your eyes, searching for a response. Your heart fluttered like it always did with Rex. He always made you feel this way, and you loved it. Looking into his eyes with adoration, you leaned your foreheads together. Keldabe kiss in Mando'a, according to Rex. He did it all the time. "I love you too, Rex." You grinned. Rex smiled just as hard and kissed you again.

- Kix -

The war demanded a lot of everyone involved in it, and that obviously included the medics and nurses. That being said, you were to be a field medic on the battlefield this instance and you were more than nervous. Thankfully, Kix was there and you tried your best to stick with him on the chaotic front. There was so much violence, more than you could have ever imagined, and you couldn't believe Kix went through this basically every day of his short-lived life. It wasn't fair, not to him, not to any of them. You tried your best to swallow down the urge to run away and scream, as you dragged another wounded soldier to the sidelines, and applied bacta to their wounds. Kix joined your side, bringing one of his downed brothers as well, and did the same as you. The clone cried for one of his brothers, and your heart panged hard in your chest. You almost froze had it not been for the hand that grasped yours. The clone looked up at you for some comfort. Which you tried your best to give. You reassure him that he would be okay and make it through this. He was an honorable soldier that would live to fight another day. And he did. Kix saw the whole interaction from beside him, as he dealt with the same. He didn't say anything then because it didn't seem like the right time to do so. So afterward, in the quiet medbay of sleeping occupants that were recovering, Kix heard soft cries. He knew it was you. The injured clone really got to you, and you feared so badly that one day that clone could be Kix, but he wouldn't make it. You couldn't even breathe thinking about the thought of living a life without Kix. You loved him. Kix peered into the small office and saw you sitting at your desk, sobbing quietly into your hand. "Y/n?" He spoke out softly. Your head shot up, and you ran over to Kix. His arms instantly wrapped themselves around your shaking form with loving warmth. "I love you Kix! I love you so much, a-and I don't want you to die, please don't die on me. I love you and I want you to know that b-because, I-I'm afraid I'll never be able to tell you one day." Tears brimmed Kix's brown eyes. He squeezed you tighter, trying to reassure you. He choked out his next words, trying to keep himself together for you. "I love you too, Y/n. I-I promise nothing will ever happen to me, okay?" Although he knew that promise was very unclear with the given circumstances, he would do anything in his power to keep it, and to help comfort you. Pulling away, Kix wiped your tears away and smiled at you before kissing your forehead. "We'll be okay, I promise you that, Y/n." You smiled slightly before hugging Kix again.

- Dogma -

Once again the infamous 501st was on shore leave, which meant hitting 79's as always. Thankfully you weren't the responsible one this night, and it was Tup instead. You were beyond excited to see your boyfriend Dogma, as you skipped into the bar with Fives and Echo. Spotting your cute lover sitting at a table booth in the back, you smiled brightly. Fives saw the big grin you sported and commented. "He missed you a lot, Y/n." Echo nodded at Fives statement. "Yeah, he wouldn't stop talking about you." Echo commented as well. You smiled harder and blushed. "Well, I missed him just as much!" You replied, heading towards Dogma. He saw you and his eyes lit up with joy. Except he had a goofy smile with it too. Leaning down you grabbed his cheeks and kissed his handsome face with a loving kiss. "I missed you N/n." Dogma said with a slightly slurred voice. Instantly your brows furrowed with concern, as you looked over his features checking for any injuries. Looking over at Tup who was sitting across from Dogma in the booth, he looked over at you with raised brows. "What?" He said. "What? What's wrong with him!?" You exclaimed, causing Dogma to giggle lightly. "Um, he's drunk, what else would he be?" Tup said with a slight smirk, before downing the rest of his mild drink. "Is he okay? You know Dogma doesn't get drunk, Tup!" You began to frantically panic at your boyfriend's odd behavior. Not that you were mad but there had to be a reason for his actions. Dogma grabbed your hands and played with them. Tup saw the worry in your eyes and decided to stop playing with you. "He just wanted to let loose, Y/n. He's okay, I promise. He had like three rounds of drinks already though." Tup knew the reasoning behind Dogma's odd actions but still kept that to himself. "Looks like my drink ran out. Look after him while I get another one? Thanks." Tup didn't even wait for your response, before getting out of the booth and leaving you with a befuddled Dogma. You looked back at Dogma, before scooting him over so you could sit next to him. He still had one of your hands in his, and you caressed his flushed cheek with your other hand. "Hey baby, are you okay? Why are you doing this to yourself?" You said softly. Usually, it was the opposite and you were the one who got super drunk, so this was very different for sure. Dogma looked away from you for a moment, before letting go of your hand and cupping your cheeks with his hand, and squishing them. You would've laughed had it not been for the situation at hand. You knew something must have been bothering Dogma if he was acting this way. He looked at you like a little boy, and your heart did something weird. He slurred out his words with big brown eyes. "I. Love. You. Y/n. Like a lot." Dogma giggled before pressing a wet, sloppy kiss onto your lips. You were dumbstruck for a moment before awing over his words. "Aw babe, I love you so much too!" You pressed a kiss onto his lips. You weren't sure if he really meant it but you think he did because drunks always speak their mind. "Did you get drunk just to tell me you love me, Dogma?" You said, talking to him like a child because he was acting like one. He nodded, before pressing into your side and resting his head onto your shoulder. "You did the same to me once, remember?" You smiled over that vague memory since you were very drunk that night, but remembered you got drunk in hopes of letting it slip out, which it did. And it worked because you wouldn't be there at that moment, had it not been for that, and you were beyond grateful for that stupid act.

- Tup -

It was another cold, and stale rainy day at Kamino. The downpour outside the facility walls was harder than ever, and even though the facility walls were soundproof, you were sure you could hear the faint sound of thunder and rain hitting the roof like bullets. Or perhaps it was the live rounds going on in the background which made you angry at the Kaminoans for. You hated what they were doing to these poor clone boys but you had no say in any of it anyways. But one thing you knew for sure was that it was always colder on days like these when the rain reflected the sorrowful feelings that the dark clouds brought upon you. You missed the sun but that was something you said goodbye to almost ten years ago when you decided to leave everything and take this job. Sometimes you wondered if anyone looked for you after you "disappeared" or if you were just so shy and quiet that no one even noticed. A shiver of chills ran through your body, which pushed those thoughts away, as you pushed the carts of clean blacks back to the barracks. At least Tup cares about me, right? You were heading towards Tup's barracks which you figured would have been empty had it not been for the laughing you heard before entering the large room. You forced your vision down to avoid eye contact as you handed out everyone's cleaned blacks. It wasn't until you gave someone their blacks that you realized it was Tup by the way he held your chin up to raise your gaze to meet his kind eyes. "What's wrong, Love?" He said softly with concern. "Nothing, just cold." You said with a faint smile, trying to change the subject. "I know something is bothering you, but that's alright if you don't want to tell me now. But in the meantime, here." Tup set down the clean blacks, grabbed his GAR-issued sweatshirt, and placed it in your soft hands. "So you can stay warm." He smiled genuinely. You blushed lightly, as you looked it over before putting it on. "I think it's a bit big on me," You laughed lightly before you felt Tup hugging you. "It smells like you too. And I love the smell of you...I just love you, Tup." It slipped out like nothing before you could even comprehend what you had just confessed. You pulled away quickly before babbling some explanation before Tup just smiled at you fondly. You noticed and stopped talking with a blushed face. "Are you done?" He smirked. You blinked at him, heart still pacing. "What?" You let out. "Are you done babbling?" He asked. You would've felt offended had it not been for what you had just said. You just nodded and looked down at the ground. Once again Tup moved your gaze up, and into his brown eyes as he stepped closer towards you, looking down at your lovely features. He didn't care if anyone saw, he didn't give a damn about anything anymore except you. "I love you too, Y/n. Have loved you for a long time now. Glad you feel the same." He whispered, breath fawning over your hot cheeks before he kissed you passionately. Your knees went weak as you gripped onto his arms, as he tightened his grasp onto you to prevent you from falling. "So you're serious?" You asked. He pulled his head back to laugh at your emotional figure. "Yes, silly." He grinned before pecking your nose with a soft kiss.

- Fives -

The skylines of Coruscant glowed in your eyes as you and Fives overlooked the bustling nightlife down below from your apartment's large windows. "Isn't it beautiful from above, Fives?" You asked quietly, gaze never leaving the small moving specks in traffic, and Fives gaze never leaving your delicately lit face in the dim night sky lighting. He quickly glanced down below, of course, this view could never get old for him, the city seemed quiet and peaceful from high above, Fives wondered if there was something after his short-lived life that peered down at the raging galaxy at war the same way. "Yes, as General Kenobi would put it, I feel I have the High Ground." You snickered quietly, before snuggling into Fives' warm side, his strong, broad arms snugging their way around your form. His goatee tickled your neck for a moment, as he smothered your neck and cheek with soft kisses. You giggled lightly, wiggling slightly in his arms as his grip on you tightened. "Fives! Stop it!" You laughed aloud, cheeks hurting from smiling so hard at your boyfriend. Fives finally pulled away, adjusting his hold onto you, as you rested your head on his soft shoulder, and him resting his head on yours. "Alright, but you know I love you right, Y/n?" It came out like a simple phrase, yet the words held a thousand meanings. And without thought they escaped into the peaceful air once more. "I love you too, Fives." Your heart felt really warm, and so did your cheeks, as you felt a foreign happiness you hadn't felt in a while, and it felt good. Yeah, it felt really good to hear those words finally.

- Echo -

Raging lights and blaring alarms erupted throughout Tipoca city, as the Separatists attacked the well-known home of the clone trooper and one trooper in particular that you were very fond of. Soldiers ran past you, just as you did to them, quick footsteps trailing away through the dim white walls of the cloning facility. Yes, your first priority was to make sure the incubated, and younger cadets were safe, but it seemed the Alpha-Arcs decided to take things into their own hands, which was a situation you couldn't deal with at the moment. Continuing to run through the halls you finally found Echo's barracks. He was putting his ARC Trooper gear into place, ready for battle as Fives prepared his blaster. Running towards Echo you tried to catch your breath and say something but words wouldn't form quite yet. "Y/n? What are you doing here? You're supposed to be on lockdown with the others!" Echo expressed with much concern as there was confusion. "Well, the Alpha-Arcs lockdown the whole nursery section and we can't get them out. You know how they are, Echo." You explained, taking deep breaths at every stop. Echo finally holstered his weapons and told Fives to head out and he'd be there in a moment. Echo softly but sternly, grabbed you by the shoulders and spoke very seriously, more than usual at least. "Y/n, you can't be here, don't you understand that? Go find somewhere to hide please." His brows furrowed, and he inspected you for any injuries. "But Echo I need to make sure you'll be okay! I don't want anything to happen to you please." You explained, hating yourself for getting too attached suddenly. War was real, and you were seeing that now, and it scared you. "I'll be okay, Y/n. You just need to promise me you'll be okay too." You sighed and impulsively hugged him rambling words into his ear. "You can't die on me okay, Echo? Do you hear me? I love you." In the heat of the moment and emotions, the words slipped past your lips but in the end, you didn't care, you had to tell him in case you never could. You knew troopers never came back sometimes, and who was to say Echo wouldn't be the next victim to death? Echo gripped you tighter in his arms, as warm tears rolled down your soft cheeks. He hesitated for a moment, but only to savor it more. "I-I love you too, Y/n. I'll be okay, I promise you, Cyar'ika," You nodded as best as you could before pulling away. You went to wipe your tears away in embarrassment, but Echo just shook his head and mumbled a 'nuh-uh" as he wiped your tears away with the pad of his gloved thumb. You chuckled slightly, before looking at him with a knowing look. "You understand me, soldier? You better come back safe to me, okay? Or you'll be in trouble." You warned. Echo shook his head once again and smirked at you. "Only if you do the same." You rolled your eyes at him before quickly pecking his cheek and you two went your separate ways for the time being to do what you needed to do.

- Hardcase -

It was another night of inventory in the GAR warehouse on the ship, and as always Hardcase wasn't in bed but instead telling you about how his mission went. It always warms your heart, along with worry at times, at how expressional and animated Hardcase gets when talking about explosives and risky missions. His hands were waving around as he explained how he managed to avoid some debris from hitting him due to an explosion, as you logged crags info into your datapad. "I really thought I was gonna die, Y/n, but then I thought of you and well, it wasn't that scary anymore." He said aloud, sitting on a crate beside you. Your heart froze for a beat, as you can to a still stance. Hand falling to your side, you set the datapad down on a crate and turned around to face your valiant soldier. "You think of me when you're scared?" You asked with soft, worried features. He went shy, and a little pink at your sudden attention. Playing with his glove before scratching his neck he looked up at you, placing his hands in his lap. "Yeah, I always think of you, but more then because you make me happy and bring me comfort." He whispered out. You were a mix of emotions and you realized just how much this man really loved you, and how much you loved him in return. You wrapped your arms around him, as you placed a soft kiss onto his head, his warm, big arms wrapping around your waist in return. "I love you so much, Hardcase. I never told you that, but I do. You're the best thing that's happened to me. You make my life better in every way, I'm so glad you snuck out that night." You said, pouring your heart out to him. Hardcase's vision may have been blurry for a moment, as he leaned his head into your chest. "I'm glad you do, because I've loved you for a long time, and I've lived for a short time so far." He chuckled at the end, you as well. Pulling away you pecked his forehead with a kiss and then his lips. You always looked forward to nights in the GAR warehouse with Hardcase.

- Jesse -

Things were always fast-paced in a galaxy full of war, but especially between you and Jesse. After the battle of Saleucami, you, Jesse, and some of the 501st members were at 79's for some drinks. Even though the missions weren't technically completed since General Grievous managed to get away much to General Kenobi's annoyment, the drinks were still well deserved, as Captain Rex was fully recovered from the blaster bolt that went through his pauldron into his chest. Nothing a bacta-patch couldn't fix according to Kix. Sitting in one of the booths, Jesse had his arm around you, as Rex surprisingly joked around about how all his boys would never be able to get away with things had something worse happened to him because he always managed to get them out of trouble. You laughed along with Jesse as you felt his joy rumble through his chest into your side, as you were right next to him. Fives and Echo were supposedly getting drinks, but we're taking a while, so Rex went to go see why that was. That left you two alone for a couple of moments. Jesse turned his head towards you, smirking at you with adoration in his eyes. You almost gawked at him under his mischievous gaze, it almost made you nervous, and felt your cheeks heat up at the sudden attention. "What, Jesse?" You teased. He kept looking at you as his grin grew by the second. You shoved his side playfully. "What is it, Jess?" You asked again. He looked behind him for a second before setting his drink down and turning back to you. He caught you off guard as he placed a wet kiss onto your lips. As much as you wanted to make out with the handsome trooper, you resisted the urge too, as you quickly kissed him back instead. He pulled away as if nothing happened, as Rex appeared again. "They got distracted with some civvies. I can't believe them. Give me a second, sorry." Rex said before leaving again. Your face was as red as the Corrie guards armor by now. "Jesse what was that!?" You exclaimed with a smile. He smiled hard back at you. "I've wanted to kiss you for so long. Kissing you in Saleucami made me want more of you. And yeah it may be quick, but so is my life, so here I go. I love you, like a lot, Y/n." He whispered into your ear. You giggled as you hugged his arm tightly. "I love you too, Jesse. A lot." You whispered back as Rex finally returned again. "Now that that's handled, what'd I miss?" He asked. You and Jesse looked at each other with wide eyes and grins, before you both burst out in laughter, much to the captain's confusion he decided to drop it and just took another shot.

- Dave Vaughn -

It was a quiet night in the Resolute, as most troopers were asleep in their barracks from the previous mission. You were helping command the bridge of the ship but Anakin said he'd take over so you could rest. Thanking him, you made your way to your small room. On the way there, you passed by some of the clone barracks and felt a familiar presence residing in there, that felt disturbed. Feeding into the temptation to go inside instead of going to sleep, you quietly walked inside. Most people wouldn't be able to tell all the clones apart, but they each felt different and were unique in the Force, such as Vaughn. Walking through the isles of bunks you saw a trooper sitting in his bunk instead of sleeping. Of course, you knew it was Vaughn by this point, and crouched down to be face to face with him. "Hey, what's wrong?" You asked him quietly. He looked up at you, before replying softly. "I just...had a bad dream, is all." All of a sudden he became more needed as he reached forward and hugged you softly. "Is...Is this okay?" He asked. You immediately hugged him back, feeling his emotions plummet through the Force. It caught you off guard a bit, but you tried your best to reassure him. "Yeah, of course, it is, Vaughn. Whatever you need I'm here." You whispered into his ear. He pulled away before quickly wiping some tears away. "These dreams are really bad...In some of them, I hurt you. I don't want that to ever happen because I would never hurt you. I love you too much." And before he even realized what he had said, you stared at him wide-eyed and pushed away from him a bit. That was very new to you. Jedi weren't allowed to love. You weren't sure if there were any rules against a clone having a relationship. It was never talked about considering no one ever saw clones as equals, humans, or even had time for that kind of stuff in a raging war. But you trusted in the Force a lot, and placed your faith in it that this was meant to happen. You really hoped because things could turn ugly if not. But one thing you also knew deep down inside was that, even though you were told and raised you weren't supposed to form attachments and love, you were a human and that you weren't perfect and that lastly, you loved Vaughn. He took your stance as rejection. "I-I shouldn't have said anything, kark, I'm so, so sorry I-" You cut him off by pulling him back to you and crashing your lips onto his. It was dark in the room, and you had to be quiet so it was a miscalculated kiss but that just goes to prove no one is perfect. He steadied himself as you pulled away. "Vaughn, I don't care if I'm a Jedi, you're a clone, and my master would kill me if he found out about this, but i love you too. Don't be afraid because fear is dangerous, but we will get through this, I promise." You finished. He just stared into your eyes the best he could since it was dark. "You really mean that?" He asked. You almost groaned at him. "Of course, Vaughn. I mean that to the fullest of sincerities. I love you." There was some shock evident in the Force but quickly was replaced by love. You were thankful clones were deep sleepers, because this needed to stay between you and Vaughn, and you intended to do anything in your power to make sure that happened.

- Neyo -

It was a late at night as the troops set up a quick camp to rest for the night before continuing their trek towards enemy bases. This particular mission was taking longer than expected, as the stars began to speckle the indigo dark sky. Your master was directing troops, and had asked for you and Neyo to scout the area for any wildlife, and enemies. The ground crunched beneath your feet with every step you took further into the wild. It was quiet besides the sound of your and Neyo's footsteps, not a single word spoken. It was usually like that though, a peaceful silence. Being in each others presence was enough to fuel the love you had for each other. Suddenly Neyo stopped dead in his tracks, which caused you to halt to a stop as well. His hand up in a pausing motion, as he scanned the dark area with his HUD, as you did with The Force. He looked at you before slowly lowering his hand. "All clear?" He asked, to which you nodded at. "Yes. I didn't feel anything." Continuing to walk forward you didn't hear Neyo move. Neyo still stood there for a moment too long which caused you to turn around finally, and look at him with questioning eyes. He looked right and then swiftly before taking his helmet off quickly. Sighing as he did so, you walked back up to him. "What's wrong, Neyo?" He just stared into your eyes, invoking butterflies to flutter in your stomach up to your heart, making your hands ache. No matter how many times he'd look at you like he did, you would always feel the same. Completely and utterly in love with him. Your relationship with Neyo was something so familiar and yet so foreign at the same time. Unique was one way to put it, nothing like it exists. You spoke his name again. He looked at the ground and then back up at you. Fear enveloped you for a moment before it was replaced by raw warmth which radiated from Neyo to you. "I love you, Y/n." It was said so simply, and quietly that surely if anyone where listening only you could hear it. His world, which is what you were, was the only thing that could hear his sincere confession. His didn't have to say more for you to feel what he was feeling. Instead, you smiled at him softly before wrapping your arms around his neck carefully. He slowly returned the embrace, as you inhaled his spicy-musk scent. Grinning into his neck, you replied back. "I love you too, Neyo. Until the end of time, and more."

- Tech -

It was a rainy day on Kamino as it usually was. The batch was stationed on Kamino for a quick leave since they have been running missions nonstop for the last six weeks. Considering you have been with them all that time too, you decided to join in on their little break before the next mission. You enjoyed this more normal life. Well, it was normal compared to the life you would've had before abdicating the throne. But you didn't regret it at all, especially not now when you were cuddled up into Tech's lap at the moment. Your back to his chest, as he leaned against the wall of his barrack bunk, reading old mission logs out loud to you. The view of Kamino's vast ocean seen through the transparisteel window in their shared room. The rest of the boys were out getting some bland food in the cafeteria, while you two hung out in the room together for a couple moments of peace. "You'd never believe the stunt that Wrecker pulled on that mission. The chances of him dying were so high, and yet he seemed to defy the odds once again." He chuckled behind you, his chest rumbling vibrations through your spine which made you blush. "That's our Wrecker for you." You hummed. Tech was browsing through more mission logs before his datapad glitched out and then the screen went black. "Looks like we've been here a while if my datapad finally ran out of power." He said. You sighed before grabbing his soft, warm hands into yours. "Yeah, I guess we'll have to find something else to do then." Unbeknownst to you, he smirked softly behind you, as he dug his chin into your shoulder, resting his head there. "Well, I'll be content as ever just being here with you, Y/n. I love you, you know." And it was confessed like a fact, like Tech did so often when educating his brothers and others. His breathing halted for a moment, before he swallowed harshly. "I-I mean I love being here with you, but, I really do, um, love you regardless, Y/n." He said to assure himself in some way. He was usually so certain about things, but this was a tricky topic for anyone, even him. You let go of his hands, before turning around in his lap to face him. You smiled ever so softly at him, before looking into his brown eyes. You delicately took his goggles off his pretty face, and set them down beside you on the bed. His cheeks were red with heat as you leaned closer to him until your eyes fluttered close, and your lips connected with passion. His arms wrapped around your waist, as you cupped his face. In between heated kisses you managed to speak out. "I love you all the same, Tech."  Even if words weren't spoken he knew his answer.

- Crosshair -

( TW: swearing ) Coming back from a mission always called for a good cleanup procedure, which consisted of cleaning armor, and weapons. In your case, it was your sniper that needed a good cleaning. Usually all the sniper cleaning equipment was kept in the small maintenance closet in the Havoc Marauder, but when you checked it appeared that someone else had taken the tools first and forgot to put them back. Crosshair. Grunting as you got up, you walked to Crosshairs room, not even bothering on knocking as you barged in. "Where's the cleaning gear?" You asked to the point. He rolled his eyes as he looked up at you annoyingly. "Would you mind fucking knocking next time maybe? I'm using the gear. First come, first serve." He replied dryly. Observing him for a quick moment, you saw that he indeed was not using the gear and that his freshly polished marksman sniper was laying on his steel desk with all its pristine glory, and he was currently cleaning his Katarn boots. Jaw clenched slightly, you faked a smile while responding and deadpanning at last.. "Are you sure? Because I'm pretty sure that's a clean sniper and you're a liar." He grumbled a small chuckle at your snarky remark. "Cheer up babe, you know I like to annoy you. Besides you wouldn't have come into my room any other way." You huffed at his response as you finally spotted the cleaning gear underneath his bunk. "You're right about that. Your room sucks. I like Tech's better." You shot back as you quickly grabbed the gear in one swift movement before he could catch onto you. He flicked his toothpick at you, when he realized you weren't so oblivious. "How'd you find it so fast?" Whipping around to face him with a shit-eating grin, you responded. "I'm a sniper for karks sake, Cross. Get your head out of your ass for once." He chuckled darkly at you once again which made you feel some type of way you both hated and loved. Turning around and walking away from him, he quickly grabbed your wrist, halting you back towards him. "Not so fast, N/n. I'm not letting you get away for free, everything has a cost." He said while pulling you down towards him and then tapping his cheek with his index finger. Rolling your eyes away from him, you sighed before quickly pecking his cheek. Yanking your wrist free from his grasp, you turned towards his door. "Fuck you, Crosshair." Walking away, you heard him speak back. "You know you love me." He smirked. Stopping for a moment you spat back. "In your fucking dreams, Cross." He laughed madly at your try-hard responses which rubbed his ego barely. "What kind of fucking dreams? One's where I fuck you? Because I'll take you up on your fuck you." You groaned so loud at him before throwing one of the tools in your hand at him. Anyone else would think, you two hated each other, but that was the type of love you and Crosshair had. A love-hate relationship and you two wouldn't have it any other way, because deep down inside you two did love each other even though it was hard to actually say. The bickering never made you two have a dull moment.

a/n: so hello there, it's been a while for sure. bouta sound like every 6th grader author note on wattpad real quick, about how their house burned down, their grandma died, their dog got hit by a car, and they were admitted to a mental hospital./j. point is, I'm sure a lot of you have noticed that i haven't updated this book in 1093243834 centuries. reason for that is simply because i have lost motivation for this book. my mental health is a factor in that, but also because i have simply changed my interest and hyper-fixation to the star wars fandom, specifically the clone wars. my current 'obsession' has shifted to apex legends. (i have a couple fics planned for apex btw.) anyways, i wrote for the 501st and then added the extra clones that i had also written for. if you've been following this book since day one, you know damn well that i've cut the clone list multiple times. believe it or not, i used to write for 97 different clones, from both legends and canon. half the people didn't know most of them so i cut them. and then my motivation started to dwindle from there, so i kept cutting clones. i don't have to give a reason for discontinuing this book really but i just want to let you all know im grateful and very, very thankful for the support, comments, and friends i've gained from this book and fandom.

today is the two-year anniversary of this book being published. (ironic on valentine's day bc of the romance factor anyways) sad to say today will most likely be the last update to this book. also if you know me i have a weird obsession with even numbers and a perfect, full, two-years of this book being updated. so for my personal reasons, today felt right to do so. i have been thinking about this for a long time, so I'm confident but a bit disappointed in my decision to do so, to be honest, but it's for the best. it's time to close this chapter of my writing life and continue on towards future projects that i hopefully will publish and don't leave uncompleted jaja. it was a good two years though, so thank you for it all.

maybe somewhere down the line, I'll update, but take that with a grain of salt. i thought that revamping this book would help revive my motivation, but deep down, i realized it really wouldn't. i could keep going on about my thoughts pertaining to this but i won't. i still love the clones and star wars/tcw fandom, but just like my mcu phase, i tend to move my interest towards another new, fresh direction. i'm very sorry if i have disappointed you, but i really hope you can understand. vote if you want, give me amusing comments to read, hope you enjoyed this chapter, and most importantly this book. good things must always come to an end. it was fun while it lasted, so thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart.

so, may the force be with you, and as always,
do good today lovelies. <3
