"Erica, do you copy?" Robin spoke into the walkie talkie as it went static for a moment.

"Mhm, I copy. You nerds in position or what?" Ericas voice came through, making Scout laugh slightly.

"Yeah, we're in position. It's all quiet here so you've got the green light." Robin said in confirmation as Tate rubbed his hands together for warmth.

"Green light, roger that. Commence operation Child Endangerment." Erica said as Tate was the one to laugh now, getting a small elbow from Scout, who couldn't hold back her own laugh.

"Could we maybe not call it that?" Robin questioned with a sigh as she gave the two teens next to her a look as they tried to contain their laughter.

"See you on the other side, nerds." Erica said as the walkie went out, making the remaining five share a look.

"Alright nerds, i'm there." Ericas voice came through a few minutes later, making Robin quickly grab the walkie.

"Do you see anything?" the girl asked as they all stayed silent to listen closely.

"Yeah, I see those boring boxes you're so excited about."

"Any guards?"

"Negative."

"Booby-traps?"

"If I could see them they'd be pretty shit traps."

"Thank you for that."

"I'm in." Erica finished as the doors opened to the room, making Scout cheer as her and Tate hugged. The two pulled away a few seconds later once they realized what they were doing.

"Jerk-off." Scout mumbled while pushed him.

"Drama queen." he shot back as they headed down toward the now open doors.

After Steve cut open one of the boxes, there was a metal box at the bottom. He reached down and pulled the lid off slowly to reveal four holes with, what seemed to be filled with some gew.

"That's definitely not chinese food." Steve mumbled as Tate shook his head.

"Bummer, I could really go for some chow mein." the taller boy said as Steve and Dustin began to argue over them stepping back, Dustin saying no but Steve wanting him go anyway.

"No! If you die, I die." Dustin said as Scout couldn't help but grin as Steve turned to him with a blink before reaching down and pulling one of the tubes upwards.

"Holy hell, what is that?" Scout asked as she looked at the glowing gew in he clear container. The room began to shake slightly as Tate stumbled into Scout a bit.

"Oh god, i'm back in the volcanoes with my cousin." Tate said as Scout gave him a crazy look.

"Booby-traps." Erica mumbled as Robin and Scout shared a look.

"You know what, lets just grab that and go." Robin said as Dustin nodded and began pushing the buttons to get the doors open again.

"Which one do I press, Erica?" Dustin asked the smaller girl in a panic after the doors didn't open.

"Just press the damn button, nerd." she shot back as Tate rushed over and tried to punch the buttons as well.

"It's not working, which one do you open?" the boy asked in a panic.

"Press open door!"

"I pressed open door!"

"Press the other button!"

"Guys get out of the way so she can push the button!"

"Why cant you just say which button you pushed?"

"Open.Door."

"Would you let me just do it?"

"Shut up before I deck you in the face, Harrington!"

The room suddenly began to shake violently as they all screamed and fell backwards. The room began to fall down multiple levels as the group of six all yelled and held onto the only things they could find. Two of which, where each other.

"We're going down! We're going down!" Steve yelled out as he held onto the side.

"Yeah no shit, Harrington!" Robin yelled at him as Tate squeeze Scout tighter while holding onto the side of the room so they wouldn't move around too much.

"Make it stop!" Scout yelled as she looked toward her cousin, who was hitting the buttons over and over. They came to a final hault, making Scouts body fling on top of Tate's as boxes fell off around them. Scout sighed as she rested against the skinny boy below her, not finding the energy to pull herself off.

"Dustin! Get this off of me!" Steve yelled back, snapping them back to reality as Tate patted Scouts hair before she crawled off of him and ran toward Robin.

"You okay?" Scout asked her while helping the older teen stand up.

"Oh, i'm great! Thank you for asking, Scout!" Tate said sarcastically as the girl in yellow payed him no mind. Her yellow eyeliner was smeared on the side of her face some, oddly working for her though.

"Is everyone okay?" Robin called out as she leaned on the wall to catch a breath.

"Yeah i'm great now that I know the Russians can't design elevators!" Steve yelled as he paced around.

"I think we've clearly established that those buttons don't work." Robin scolded him as Steve began to push on all the buttons once again.

"They're buttons! They have to do something!" Steve yelled back at her.

"If we had a keycard!"

"What?"

"Its a electronic lock, if we don't have a keycard it won't operate meaning-"

"We're stuck in here!"

"I've got claustrophobia, this isn't gonna work!" Tate yelled as he began hitting on the door and pushing buttons.

"Tate." Scout sighed as he kept on.

"Tate!" she said loudly while grabbing his hands. For the first time Scout saw actual fear on his face, something she never in her life expected to see from him.

"You're gonna be fine, we'll figure this out." Scout spoke to him softly as she squeezed his hands slightly while Tate took a few deep breaths, nodding his head before glaring at the other other four that where staring at them.

"Just so you nerds are aware, i'm supposed to be spending the night at Tinas! And Tina always covers for me. But if i'm not home for Uncle Jack's party tomorrow and my mom finds out you five are responsible, she's gonna hunt you down, one by one, and slit your throats!" Erica said loudly as she pointed at each of them, making Scout groan.

"Jesus, we don't care!" the curly haired girl said back to her, clearly annoyed and just as stressed.

"Your Moms not gonna be able to find us if we're dead in the Russian elevator!" Steve yelled back at the small girl, he was far from himself in those few moments, much like Tate was, who was pacing in the small area they had.

"Hey. What if we climbed out?" Dustin asked as he pointed upwards toward the vents.

"Move! Move! Everyone move!" Tate yelled as he began standing on boxes and reaching for the vent.
