"The plan is simple, we're just going to go to his secret place he's camping in." Serena's father talks and I can't help but keep picturing Serena, she witnessed my erection and I could see her blushing, she probably didn't even realise. She is one attractive woman, but this has to stay a secret between us.

"Does that sound good for the both of you?" Her father looks at both of us and we nod in agreement.

"Good." Her father states and leaves, now I'm faced with Serena, alone. I'm not sure on what to say.

"So." Serena breaks the ice with one simple word.

"I'll leave you to sort yourself out." I say to her and walk off, I don't want to suddenly make any of this awkward. I grab a towel and head upstairs where I'm followed by Serena.

"Diego, Wait." She catches up to me and stops in front of me.

"I'm sorry... We shouldn't have done that." She looks to the floor, she's secretly not sorry.

I simply lift up her chin and make her look at me "Serena, don't apologise, I had fun." I whisper in her ear and I can see her shiver. She's feisty, but I can manage that, I can manage her.

All she does is nod, I turn my back to her and walk through the double doors and head to my car, I jump into the scented car and turn the engine on.

I get to my apartment and the familiar sense of emptiness arises. I plant myself on the sofa and watch a random show on the TV, my mind goes to Serena, how she looked, how she acts. I look down and notice a sudden bump on my trousers in between my legs. I roll my eyes to what that girl has done to me tonight.

I call it a day and fall asleep on the sofa, blocking Serena out of my mind. I later realise I need to go back to that house and face Serena once more while we go and investigate Lev's hiding place.

I lay there, looking up to the ceiling and watch as the ceiling fan twirls around, thoughts of Diego flood my mind and I suddenly go all cold. I bolt up and get myself ready in an all black outfit, I put my hair in a ponytail and I go up to my father's office where I can hear him shouting.

Orlando walks out awhile later and stares at me.

"Miss." He looks at me and I smile.

"Your father is busy at the moment." I nod and walk to the bench and sit there until he's ready.

"We have a new member." I cock my brow up at Orlando and all he does is nod, God I hope this person is good at their job, Otherwise they're dead.

I watch as the new member walks out, his brown hair is all floppy and messy, his brown eyes pierce through mine as he traces his eyes up and down at my body... Weirdo. I quickly look away at Orlando who stands there waiting for my father.

"Serena." I hear my father's voice call for me and I support myself off of the bench and head towards the doors, I close them and look at my father who is staring at me.

"Father." I look up at him and wait for him to start talking.

"You still up for tonight?" he raises a brow and I nod.

"Good, we have a new member joining us tonight so this will test him." My father smiles, when I know there isn't anything else that needs to be said I head for the doors and open them I look down from the balcony and notice Diego standing there with his black leather jacket on, his dark hair is spiked up and his eyes meet mine, I can feel my body beginning to feel warm from the memories.

I walk down and stand near him.

"Hey, you okay?" He looks at me and I nod, I admire his dark hair once more and notice that he's made his stuble neater.

"I like this." I say and run my finger over his chin, he gently jolts back and smirks at me.

"Not now il mio a more." (my love) He looks at me and I know he secretly enjoyed it.

My father comes down not long after accompanied by Orlando and the new member to the gang, we opened the door and notice another ten men standing there waiting for our arrival outside. I take a deep breath as we travel to the hideaway.

"il mio a more?" (my love) I hear Diego whisper and I'm surprised he's called me that, my father is only inches away. I turn to him and his brown eyes flash before me, I then begin to notice he has hints of green hiding under the brown.

"Yes?" I whisper back softly trying not to draw any attention to us.

"You'll do great." He smiles at me and I get a wave of electricity run through me.

"You will too." I nudge him and he smiles, he looks away from me and I notice his smile disappears as we approach an abandoned looking house.

"That can't be right." My fathers anger is boiling and I can tell he's going to loose his patience.

"Wait." I say and take a further look inside the building.

"What is it?" My father questions.

"Someone's looking out of the window." I lower my voice when the figure in the window makes eye contact with me, he begins to run.

I jump out of the car and the others follow, I run into the building and all I can hear is my name and the word "Wait." I can't wait. We need answers.

I push the figure onto the floor and I notice the voice pleading for me to let go of him. Orlando comes up behind me and takes the man out of my arms.

"Nice." Diego says and we all walk out of the building, it all seems too easy though. Or perhaps I'm over thinking it.

We arrive back at the house and my father and Orlando take the man down stairs, I follow and so does the new member.

Orlando removes his mask and my dad folds his arms.

"Gino." my father's voice goes sharp, its full of anger.

"Luca." He speaks, he begins to smirk at my father which only makes him clench his jaw.

"Serena, Marco. Please leave." We both nod and walk off, as soon as we leave we hear a punch being thrown, I notice Diego sitting on the step, as soon as his eyes meet mine he gets up.

"You okay il mio a more?" (my love) I nod and Diego looks at me, his eyes trace to the other figure not far behind me, Marco.

"He's new, be nice." I say and smile at Diego, but all he does is roll his eyes. He doesn't like new people clearly, that's probably why we didn't get on so well at the beginning.

My father and Orlando come from the room they've locked the gentleman up, and my father's eyes dart to Diego.

"Diego." My father's voice seems demanding and pressuring.

"Sir." Diego is so polite when it comes to my father, it only makes me happy as my father is a respectful man, his loyalty lies with his family, and with him having respect for Diego means Diego should return it, I notice Nicolas appear at the bottom of the stairs where he stands.

"He wants to see you." My father's voice turns to concern, before Diego leaves my father whispers in his ear, Diego nods and disappears, I turn to Nicolas and decide to sit on the stair where he joins me.

Confusion.

Confusion rushed around in my mind, I had no idea why I was being told to go and see this guy, I have no relation to him. He's not important to me.

But then again, if he becomes annoying I have permission to beat him up as much as I like, which will make me and my knuckles feel good, they haven't beaten something up in ages, the thought of punching this man enlightened me. Until I was face to face with him, I couldn't help but snigger, it looks like his face has already received a punch.

"You wanted to see me?" I ask and raise my brow, I grab a stool and sit opposite him, waiting for his response.

He looks at me and stares blankly, not making a sound.

"Answer me!" I shout and he jumps.

"Just like your mother." He begins to smile, my mother? My mind wonders, how the fuck does he know who my mum is?

"What about her?" I question him but his smile only grows wider.

"You're a stupid boy, it's been in front of you the whole fucking time since you've been working with Luca Russo!" He grits his teeth and it only makes me glench my jaw and my fist.

"Answer my question." I look at him, I want to keep my cool, I want to know what the fuck he's on about.

"Your mother, that beautiful woman who could have anything she wanted..." He begins to blabber on, I stand up and head for the door until I'm interrupted by his annoying voice once more.

"She's not dead." I look at him and begin to laugh.

"Not dead? It was all over the news." I roll my eyes and fold my arms, looking at the powerless life in front of my eyes.

"Nope." He looks up at me and smirks.

"What the fuck are you talking about?" I question and he looks up at me.

"Well, you need to find the rest out yourself, you've had a head start, I'm not helping you anymore." He leans forward while he talks and I collide my first against his jaw.

"Tell me what you know!" I shout at him and he just looks at me and begins to laugh, I'm not going to get a word out of him.

I pick up the stool.

"You're a piece of shit." I say and smile, I throw the stool across his head which knocks him out to sleep, I check his pulse and he's not dead... Yet. I walk out of the room leaving his body sleep there and the broken stool on the floor.

I walk past everyone and Serena's father pats me on the back, he clearly knew I would hit him anyway.

๐’ ๐„ ๐‘ ๐„ ๐ ๐€ โ€ข ๐‘ ๐” ๐’ ๐’ ๐Ž

I notice Diego go outside of the house, and I follow, I don't look back at my father who is probably wondering why I'm following him.

He's standing so still at the edge of the large porch, his shoes are standing ontop of the grey concrete, he rests his elbows on the tiny balcony like wall.

"Diego?" I question but he doesn't reply. I stand next to him and sigh.

"What happened?" I look out into the driveway and notice that the sun has disappeared and the stars are filling the sky, brightening the darkness.

"He-" He tried to release his words that he wanted to say, but he couldn't find the voice to say them, he takes a large gulp which moves his Adams apple and begins to breathe.

"My mum." I raise a brow with confusion, his mum? What has she got to do with all of this?

"She's not dead." He looks at me with his glassy eyes, he looks as if he's going to cry, he doesn't want to I know he doesn't.

"Not dead?" I question to see if I heard rightly, I stare at his face and he begins to nod. His mums alive?

"What did you say?" I ask and lean forward to hear everything he has to say.

"Nothing much I just threw a stool across his head." My eyes go wide but I can't help but let out a little laugh.

"You can't tell me he didn't deserve it." He looks at me and I nod, I rest my head on his shoulder and I can feel him breathing slowly.

"I'm going to head home. " I look at him and nod, I can't force him to stay when he's feeling down. He's just found out his mother is out there, somewhere...Alive. He must be in so much pain.

"Do you want company tonight? We could watch film?" I perk up and look up at him, he nods and I get into his car, the car smells like cherries.

"It smells nice." I smile at Diego and he let's out a little chuckle.

We head towards his apartment door and Diego takes off his shoes and throws himself on the sofa, I take my shoes of to join him, we decide to put on a horror movie, he passes me a blanket and we watched the film in darkness, with a tiny light that's dim in the corner.

"Thank you Serena." I look at my name being called, Diego looks rough, tired.

"You're welcome." I smile at him, but he just comes close, he puts his lips on mine and kisses me, I allow his tongue to slide in and I push mine through. The kiss is soft and slow, our tongues glide over one anothers.

"My love, its late, we should sleep." I nod in agreement and decide to get comfy on Diego.

He chuckles and my eyes begin to roll.

"Goodnight Bellissima." (beautiful)
