PHOTO TYPES FOR ICONS + BOOK COVERS :
(these are here just for you to clarify what kind of picture type you want your icon/book cover to have. say you want both a manipulated header and icon, then you would put the manipulated image option in your form. for example, if you just want a manipulated header, and a normal icon, then you would put the first image option in that section of the form. for book covers, just select the one you want your cover to look like. i hope this makes sense- anjsjsjjs if you would like any clarifications, please let me know!)
