"I just can't believe I didn't remember that rude." Eli shook as he sat in the backseat with a sleeping Scott.

"That rude?" Lydia rose her eyebrows in questioning.

"He's a rude." Eli confirmed. "I know that because now I remember always arguing and he said he liked me. I mean, that's how me and Malia bonded for the first time."

"Yeah, we talked about our shitty dads." she agreed. "Like, why did it never come cross my mind the first time I didn't want to eat Eli?"

"I'm still confused if we've been friends for as long as what I originally think." Lydia pointed out as she looked back at Eli. "I mean, you didn't know about the supernatural until Liam. But, if you and I were so close for an entire year before that, you would have known."

"Sooo many plot holes." Eli shook his head. "Are we here?"

"According to the GPS." Malia sighed, reaching back and shaking Scott away.

His eyes opened with a deep inhale, blinking. "Where are we?"

"Malias GPS says this is our place." Eli looked down at him. "You know you drool a little when you sleep? It's kinda cute."

Scott whipped the side of his mouth. They all got out of the car, looking around the abandoned ghost town. Eli shook his head. "This is terrifying."

"This is it." Lydia inhaled, leading the way.

Malia looked back when Eli didn't follow, holding her hand out. "Come on."

He latched onto her hand and followed. "I can't hear anything."

"Not a single heartbeat." Scott agreed.

"I'm not catching any scent." Maia pointed out.

"I wonder why Stiles would send us here." Scott shook his head, referring to the communications he got last night.

"Still wish I was there to hear him. I can't picture his voice." Eli sighed, coming to a halt as the street lamp blinked. "On second thoughts, I don't think I need a brother. Let's leave."

"We aren't leaving." Scott pulled his shoulder while Malia did his arm, they continued to walk, looking up at a barley their banner hung.

"This is the place I saw in the mirror." Lydia admitted, Scott and Malia walking to the right while Eli nodded, indicating he'd stay with Lydia.

"Lyds?" Eli asked her. "Do you feel like anyones gonna die?"

"I don't." she looked over at him. "I would tell you if you were gonna die, Eli."

"Yeah, b-" he started, stopping as he jumped backwards, rolling on the concrete as the carousal began to go in a circle.

"Eli." Malia pulled him to his feet as he held his head.

It hadn't been long before they seemed to spread out again, Eli trying to stay close to the group out of fear. He caught someone in the corner of his eye, his gaze shifting. They disappear behind the house. Apart of him knew who it was, he could tell, he was good at sensing him that way. But, how could he be here? It didn't make any sense.

"Deucalion?"

"My Beta." the blind alpha smiled.

"How are you here?" Eli gapped at him.

"Doesn't matter." he flicked his claws out, grabbing Eli tightly as he sunk them into his abdomen. "I should have done that a long time ago."

Eli gave a cry of pain, his back hitting a picnic table, falling through it as the rotten wood broken beneath him. As he hit the ground, Deucalion was gone, it was just him. Eli pulled his shirt up, his abdomen still in perfect shape.

"Eli?" Malia looked around the corner, her own tears in her eyes. "Are you okay?"

"I wanna go home." Eli stood up, hugging her tightly as Malia held the back of his head for second. A choking noise echoed as Eli pulled back. "Malia?"

Blood poured from her lips, coughing. Her throat had been slashed, clutching her neck. Eli's heart fell. "No!"

"Eli!" a hand grabbed him, turning back. "Hey, it's okay."

Eli gapped at Lydia, breathing heavily as he looked back. Malia was gone, no blood. "Where's my girlfriend?"

"She's right up here." Lydia nodded, encouraging him to follow. Eli ran to Malia, hugging her tightly as she wrapped him into her arms.

"I was seeing stuff too." she reassuring him.

"I wanna leave." he spoke to her. "Where's Scott?"

"I saw him head this way." Lydia spoke as they followed her, circling a house.

"Mom?" Scott stared into thin air, stepping forward some. He jumped when Lydia held onto his shoulder.

"It's okay." she promised him. "Your moms not here."

Scott looked back and breathed deeply. "I saw her. And her head looked like someone took a bite out of her skull."

"It wasn't real." Lydia shook her head.

"Yeah, but it felt real." he breathed heavy.

Eli let Malia go, despite not wanting to after what he just saw. His hand placed on the side of his face. "Take a breath Scott. It wasn't real."

A faint gloss of green went over Eli's eyes as Scott's breathing slowed down, nodding to himself with a swallow.

"The energy here. It's causing hallucinations." Lydia shook her head as she began to lead the group. "We can't stay here."

"We can't leave. Not until we figure out why Stiles sent us here." Scott followed as Malia latched onto Eli's hand again.

"Who are we going to ask? There's no one here." Lydia shrugged her shoulders.

"We could ask him." Malia offered, stopping the group with a point.

"Oh my god, I have to stop following you people." Eli shook his head in worry as he stared at a young boy with his back turned.

"Hey!" Scott yelled, making the boy look back and take off.

"I can make it!" Eli announced, taking off in a sprint after the boy while the others followed close behind. The Fox boy made it there first, pausing infront of the house he ran into. Malia slammed into his back as Eli stumbled forward. "Malia!"

"My bad." she shrugged, Scott and Lydia walking up to the house first as the couple followed.

"Hello?" Lydia called after Scott opened the door.

"Sundowning all over again." Eli looked around in faint fear.

"Visitors!" a new voice made him jump tremendously, spinning around with a deep breath at the sight of a woman standing in the kitchen. "I can't believe we have visitors! Caleb will be so happy to see you. It's been such a long time since he's had anyone to play with. Oh, you must be thirsty. Come on in, have a seat, i'll get you something to drink."

"Seriously, what is with her?" Malia spoke as she walked forward.

"I'm starting to not like old people." Eli admitted honestly.

"She's the one I saw in the mirror." Lydia whispered in a faint panic.

"This was my mothers lemonade recipe. At least as much as I can remember." the woman walked in with a smile, setting it down on the table. "We always served this when we had friends to visit."

Eli held his lemonade with flies floating on the top, giving a kind smile to her anyways. He looked over, gapping when Malia chugged hers. "We didn't come to visit. We're looking for someone."

"A friend of ours." Scott jumped in to take the more gentle route. "Maybe you've seen him."

"His name is Stiles." Eli added in.

"It's been a while since anyones came through." she said honestly with a head shake.

"How long?" Lydia looked over.

Malia reached into her pocket. "Since April 8th, 1987?"

The older woman's face fell completely. "Why would you disturb those things? They don't belong to you."

Eli slipped his hand into Malias at the woman's tone, ready to protect her if needed.

"We need to know what happened." Scott spoke to her.

"There was a picnic." she turned her head to him. "A community party."

"And everyone...left?" Eli asked with a clear of his throat.

"Seems like in a hurry." Malia added in on his words.

"People have been leaving Canaan for a long time." she admitted their way. "That's the day the last of them left."

"All at once? They all just disappeared?" Scott gapped slightly.

"I didn't say they disappeared. I said they left!" she shouted as Eli's eyes grew wide in a panic, his claws accidentally coming out and stabbing Malia in the palm.

"Did they leave in a cloud of green smoke?" Malia asked, taking Eli's hand again when he pulled it away in fear of hurting her.

"They just left!" she yelled, slapping the table as she got to her feet. The house rung slightly, echoing in and out.

"We didn't mean to upset you." Lydia looked up at her when the shock wore off, Eli rubbed his left ear as it rung slightly. "We'll go now."

"Yes." Eli mumbled, standing up quickly to pull Malia with him. They hurried to the door, right at it before it slammed shut.

"No one is leaving." the woman followed them. "No one is leaving Canaan ever again."

Eli yanked on the door knob, hitting it with his shoulder as Scott started to help. Malia shook her head. "Open the door, you're a mermaid-werewolf."

"Malia, I am trying." Eli spoke. "And you know I hate when anyone calls me that."

Eli gapped as Malia walked to the window, having it impossible to break. He reached forward the pull her back. "What the hell is wrong with this place.

"Lenora?" Lydia looked toward the woman as Eli pushed Malia behind him slightly. "Could you unlock the door, please?"

"Now that you're here, you need to stay. Caleb likes you." she stared at them with tears in her eyes.

"And we like him." Lydia walked forward with a nod. "But we need to help our town. People are disappearing, uh, leaving. I mean leaving. You could really help us."

Eli watched in worry at how close she was to the woman. "No one can help you. If they want to leave, they're going to leave. They'll go, and they'll go, and there won't be anything you can do about it."

"Come with me." A voice rung, the remaining trio looking back at a little boy. They faced Lydia agreed as she nodded, indicating for them to go while she stayed with Lenora.

Scott lead the way, opening a door at the end of the hallway to be met with Caleb. As they walked down the basement stairs, water flooded the end. Eli paused as Malia held his hand tightly. Scott hurried to the air vent, but it hadn't been moving. "Caleb, can you help us find a way out of here?"

He walked toward the screeching TV, putting a tape in as a video of himself started played. "You have to stay because mommy said so."

Eli shook his head, looking up at the door again in panic and fear.

"We can't stay. We have to go home." Scott spoke as he approached him.

"This is home." Caleb spoke as the door slammed shut. Eli ran up the stairs again, trying to tug it free, but it was the same as the front door had been.

"Shit!" the Foxx boy called, trying to yanked at it.

"Come here for a second." Malia spoke up as Eli continue to get the door open. "Look at the date."

He turned around, following Malia and Scott's eyes to the tv. 1985. Eli walked down the steps. "Caleb. When's your birthday?"

He stood up, turning to face the trio. "September 6th."

"What year?" Malia asked.

"1976." he stared.

"And when did you die?" Scott figured it out in his mind. The walls began to flood with water, pouring down the colored sheets.

"Am I having another hallucinations?" Malia feared.

"If you are, i'm having the same one." Scott pointed out.

Eli shut his eyes at the sound of Theo yelling his name echoed, the same tone and sound from the memory of him being drug to hell. "We have to leave. Right now!"

"I know you're not gonna beat an eight year olds ass, but I will." Malia spoke, walking forward before she frozen, a pained sound leaving her lips.

"Malia." Eli panicked as she tried to gasp for air, hurrying to her side as water poured from her lips. Eli looked to the little boy in anger. "Let her go, you little shit!"

"You little shit!" Stiles spoke as he threatened Eli once more.

His voice, he knew his voice.

Eli held Malia, trying to think of what he could do. He looked up to Caleb in a panic now. "Please! Please, whatever you're doing, stop."

"Breath." Scott tried to help now. "Lydia!"

"Malia, you're drowning." Eli sniffled as his eyes welled up. "Try to breath through your nose."

He was cut off by his own throat swelling, clutching it as water poured from his lips. He held the watery floor in fear, Scott close after. Eli couldn't breath, his nose not much support either as water felt as though it was filling his lungs. "What are you doing to us?"

"You're drowning just like me." Caleb spoke. Eli coughed loudly as he gripped his throat, his hand finding Malias in fear. Within a second, air came to his lungs as he gasped. "Mommy says you can go now."

"Eli." Malia leaned over him as he froze, getting a breath. "Are you okay?"

He took a second. "Are you?"

"I'm good." she nodded, helping him up. "Scott?"

He nodded, swallowing as they looked up, seeing the door open. The trio ran up the stairs quickly, the front door open as well. Eli ran out first. "Let's get out of here."

"No shit, Scott." Eli shook his head.

Lydia froze as she looked back at Caleb and Lenora. "You know you can still come with us."

"I couldn't leave Caleb." she held the small body next to her.

"Lenora, you know he's not real." Lydia pointed out.

The pair shared a look as she smiled. "I couldn't leave Caleb."

Malia wrapped an arm around Eli, his head falling onto her shoulder with a breathy sigh.
