Hey there! I created this book to help others recognize the struggles we all go through. Let's be real, we all have battles we're facing and having a safe space to vent and share our experiences can be so comforting.

That's why I made this book: to provide a place for everyone to come together and support one another. It's all about encouraging people to raise their voices and have the confidence to speak about their struggles.

And hopefully, my own struggles will help some of you along the way too.
