"Luna." They both said in unison with wide grins plastered on their faces.

"Hey Lily, hey Mackenzie." I answered them. I was so happy to see them. The last time I saw them was when I fought with Kassy. That day was horrible.  I was stranded with no spare outfit and they helped me out with a dress. Their kindness was so timely.

"Do not act as if you care about us." Lily replied with a deadpanned expression. I was not acting. They helped me out when I needed help. Why would I not care about them?

"Yeah. Ever since you became popular you even forsook us. You never come to say hey." Mackenzie added.

Me, popular?

I glanced at them with confusion written all over my face. I was not popular. Yes, I never came to say hey to them but I was planning to.

"I am not popular." I stressed my words. I did not understand what they were talking about.

"You are. Everyone talks about you." Lily supported Mackenzie's statement.

"What do they say?" I asked curious about the stories that were circulating about me.

"Quite a lot. We need to talk about it during lunchtime. Right now we are just delaying you for class." Mackenzie replied laughing.

"Aren't you also late for class?" I asked, wondering why they waited for me the whole time in the hallways when they could have been in a classroom at that time.

"We get late a lot anyways. We still have a lot to talk about with you though. We have many questions about what has been going on with you." Lily replied.

Many questions about what has been going on with me?

I scrunched up my face,  wondering what questions they wanted to ask. They said I was popular and that people said a lot about me. I was indeed curious to find out what exactly people said about me.

"Okay, I will meet you in the cafeteria and I will gladly answer your questions." I said, even though I did not know what they wanted to ask me.

"Yay! That sounds interesting. We will meet you there." Mackenzie answered excitedly. Lily also seemed excited because she began to smile widely.

"Okay then, see ya," I said walking away from them. The news they delivered was new to me but despite how curious I was at that point; I needed to go to class.

I stepped into the classroom without knocking and apologized to the teacher for coming late then took my seat.

I listened to the lesson and glanced at the clock in hope that the lesson would come to an end.

Just when I mentally complained a lot, I heard the siren ring. Indicating that my misery was over.

I  excitedly walked into the cafeteria and hurriedly grabbed my lunch.
"Hey, Xavier," I said while taking a seat next to him.

"Hey, Luna."

"So today we will be sitting with two of my friends." I said with a grin on my face. Xavier looked at me with a raised brow.

"Pearl isn't your only friend?" He asked with shock written on his face.

"Pearl isn't even my friend. I have two others. You will meet them soon." I said, searching for them around the cafeteria. When I saw them, I raised my hand high up to direct them to where I was.

I watched them as they both hurriedly came to where I was seated.

"Luna, you didn't tell us your boyfriend was this hot." Mackenzie said abruptly when she took a seat. I noticed Xavier grin slightly at her compliment.

"Yeah, he is a cutie." Lily chimed in. Xavier sat looking red as a tomato.

"So Xavier, these are my friends Lily and Mackenzie."

"Nice to meet you, Xavier." They both said in unison.

"It's nice to meet you too." Xavier said sheepishly.

"He is shy too? How adorable." Mackenzie said giggling slightly.

"Yeah, he is. So do you remember what you promised to tell me?" I said trying to keep them from making Xavier feel uncomfortable.

"You have become popular around the school. I hear people gossip about you a lot." Lily said, raising my curiosity.

"What do they say?" I asked, hoping it wasn't something bad.

"They love to talk about how pretty you are and also about the love triangle you are involved in." Mackenzie responded.

Love triangle?

"I am involved in a love triangle?" I asked shocked that everyone thought I am involved in one.

"I thought you had a thing for Tristan." Lily asked shocked by my response.

"No, she doesn't. She is actually over Tristan am I right Luna?" Xavier said shocking me. I never expected him to respond on my behalf but I wasn't sure about the answer to that question.

"Yes, I am over Tristan. I am now into Xavier; he is my boyfriend." I said trying to convince everyone that our act was real.

I didn't really know if I was over Tristan but it was clear to me that I wasn't because I really wanted revenge on him so badly.

"Oh,  so you guys are really in a relationship?" Mackenzie asked."People say you guys are faking it."

Well, yes we are faking it.

"No, we aren't. Why is it hard to believe that I actually moved on from Tristan?" I asked angrily. I was angered that everyone's speculation was right.

I was hurt by the fact that our act was not fooling a single person.

"I guess you move on fast but I can really see that you like him." Mackenzie said, cooling my burning anger. 

I do?

" Yes, I really like Xavier." I said trying to sound very genuine." Is there anything else they say about me?

"No, I think that is all I have heard." Mackenzie said. I was glad to know that those were the only stories people had spoken about me.

"So Xavier, do you like Luna ?" Lily abruptly asked. I could see Xavier get a little uncomfortable. I was not liking the questions they were asking.

"I---" Xavier immediately got disrupted by the sound of the siren.

What great timing that was.

I was glad the siren interrupted him. I never wanted him to lie.

Xavier is acting very suspiciously. Don't you think so?

Something tells me Luna is about to get herself in more drama.
