023:The Storm

Third Person's P.O.V.:

The sun was absent that day,but the sky isn't dark enough to be feared as it was just dim enough to let the small family enjoy the day under its wings.

But a heavy feeling was around as Five looks around the empty park making him confuse as who would want to miss this lovely day.

"Five are you okay?"Y/n calls out making him look at his beautiful wife and kids who are looking at him with a bright smile.

"Yeah,but where is everyone?"Five asks smiling as this time it was Y/n's turn to be confused.

"What 'everyone' Five?,they're all dead"Y/n answered as both of their smiles fade away and Five's face contorted to fear while Y/n turns into disappointment.

"You failed everyone,can't you remember?"Y/n asks as she took a step closer to Five.

"What do you mean?"He asks as this heavy feeling started to get bigger like it was eating all hope inside him like it was sucking his happiness right from his soul.

"They died Five,you failed to save everyone and you know I wouldn't be shock if you fail to save us too"Y/n hisses and Five was taken back as this wasn't the Y/n he knows.

"I don't know what you're talking about love"Five says stepping back and stumbling a bit when Y/n started to step closer to him.

"We're dead because of you!"Y/n yelled as Five closes his eyes taking a deep breath like Y/n always thought him but as he opens his eyes he was met with the apocalypse.

But this time he was completely alone as there was no Y/n who stood beside him,neither his beloved son and daughter.

"Love are you okay?"Y/n asks as Five sits up with wide eyes as he frantically looks around the place to assure himself that it was all just a dream and his family was safe.

"Breathe in Five...hold for a sec...and breathe out..."Y/n says as Five follows her breathing until he was calm enough and she wraps him around her arms while wiping the sweat of his forehead.

"What is it about?"Y/n asks with a whisper but Five shook his head as he closes his eyes and instead he focused on Y/n's heartbeat.

"I can't remember"Five lied as all he wanted was to forget the dream but he can't erase the idea in his mind.

"Five—"

"What time is it?"Five asks and Y/n turns to their bedside table to see the clock lit up with the time showing that its already six thirty in the morning.

"6:30,do you want to stay in bed to catch up some sleep?"Y/n asks even though deep down she knows Five would decline the offer and wouldn't want to get back to sleep in fear of seeing the same dreams again.

"No,but can we just stay here for a moment?"Five asks and Y/n nodded smiling as she kisses Five's forehead as he lets out a sigh of relief.

"Thanks again Herb,"Y/n thanked Herb who smiled nodding just as her and Five walks out of the door.

"No problem Ms.Y/n,"Herb says

"Mommy don't forget my hug!"Asteria yelled from inside the house as Y/n and Five then waited as they heard the twins ran down the stairs to the front yard.

"Hug!My hug!"Asteria cheers as she jumps hugging her parents as she was followed by Astro.

"Okay,you can go now"Asteria smiles as she and Astro pulls back from the hug before waving goodbye at their parents.

"Okay,bye"Y/n says kissing their foreheads.

"Please don't give Herb a headache"Five added and the twins nodded smiling.

"Lets go?"Y/n asks and Five nodded as he interwines his fingers with Y/n as they walked towards the commission.

"A briefcase for Mr. and Mrs. Hargreeves"Y/n says to the man who handles the briefcases who nodded immediately as he recognizes the couple,not wanting for them to wait.

"Thank you,"Y/n smiled as the man gave her the briefcase.

"Are you okay?"Y/n asks as she noticed that Five is awfully quiet today.

"Yeah,lets go"Five says as Y/n reluctantly nodded taking his hand as she opened the briefcase and with a zap they appeared in the hotel that the commission got for them.

"Wait right here,"a woman says as she left her kid outside the alcohol shop as the kid only nodded quitely sitting on the bench Five and Y/n is sitting while they're having their free time.

"Hi miss"A little girl greeted Y/n whose attention turned to her.

"Hi!,where's your mom kid?"Y/n asks and the girl pointed at the shop making Y/n and Five nod

"What do you do ms and mr?"The girl asks them as she noticed their attire and the briefcases that they're carrying beside them.

"We ki—"Five was about to speak but Y/n shushes him before facing the kid again.

"Can you keep a secret?"Y/n asks and the kid nodded excitedly,taking of her glasses Y/n smiled as she leans in the kids ear making Five lean in too as he was curious what Y/n would say.

"We make bad people go away"Y/n whispered and the girl's eyes widened.

"Then can you make my dad go away?"The little girl asked innocently making their eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"Why?,is your dad a bad person?"Y/n asks and the little girl nodded.

"He hurts my mom"The little girl answered making the couple frown especially Five as he can't even imagine laying a finger on his kids and wife.

"Where do you live kid?"Five asks and Y/n nodded as the little girl shruggs not really knowing what is their address and just in time the girl's mother walks out of the shop carrying a bag.

And rushing to her daughter she immediately tugs on her in a hurry as if she was being chase by someone and maybe she is as the owner of the shop follows just as the woman walks away in the crowd.

"Hey!,you didn't pay!"The shop clerk yelled and was about to run towards the two when Five stops him and Y/n shoved money to the man making him stop before counting it and nodding thanks before going back to his shop.

"Can we help those two?"Y/n asks as she tries to find the little girl along with her mother in the crowd.

"You don't have to ask twice,"Five says as he sees the two and without any notice he grabs his wife and spatial jumps near the two but not near enough to be noticed.

"I saw a bruise on the woman's arms,that was so awful who would do that to their wife!"Y/n rants as she and Five watches te woman walk in their house along with the little girl.

"Are we sure about this?,the kid is in there"Five says and Y/n sighs when they suddenly heard yelling and a crash followed by the little girl crying and before Five could stop Y/n she barged in the house catching the man's attention.

"Who are you?"The man yelled and tried to throw a punch on Y/n but she caught his fist,turning his arm behind his back Y/n kicks him making him stumble in the floor.

"Hunny why don't you help your mom,"Y/n smiles and the woman who has a bruise forming on a right eye surely from the punch she got from her husband.

"Who are you?"The woman whispered

"Your gurdian devil,"Y/n mutters as she turns around just in time for the woman's husband to stand up and try to land another punch but Y/n got him first as she kneels him in the groin making the man cry out in pain.

"Listen here mr.,hurt your family once again I will go back here and do more damage and you and trust me when I do you won't have anymore limbs"Y/n hisses

"Do you understand!?"Y/n yelled and the man whimpers as he nodded and Y/n smiled brushing of the dust of her clothes.

"Good,now go be a good father"Y/n says before kicking the man one last time as she walks up to Five who just watches by the door knowing his wife can handle this and instead he just casually nodded at the people whose passing by the sidewak outside the house.

"Leave him"Y/n says as she helps the woman stand up who hugged her and muttered a thank you under her breath.

"Thank you so much"

"No problem,"Y/n smiled before looking at the little girl who was looking at her in awee and with a wink Y/n grabs Five's hand and they spatial jump away.

"You know I think I need a drink"Y/n smiles and Five nodded proudly.

"Yeah,I think you deserve it"Five says as he pulls Y/n in a pub.

"You know Asteria said yesterday that she wanted to be a pirate so she could protect the fishes in the sea and—Five are you listening?"Y/n asks as they waited for Kennedy while Five writes down on his book of equations.

"Y/n..."Five mutters as his eyes widened looking up to her whose eyebrows knitted in confusion.

"What is it?"Y/n asks placing down her gun and briefcase as she walks up to Five.

"I—I got the equation"Five whispered and Y/n's eyes widened as it then turns to excitement making her hugs Five who hugs her back as he was overwhelmed that he just got the equation.

"That's amazing!We should go back to the twins!"Y/n says and Five nodded as he took the briefcase not even caring about their mission anymore as they immediately blinks back to the house.

"Mommy!,Daddy!,you're back!"The twins exclaimed in unison as the couple appeared in the living room and even stumbled a bit in excitement.

"Where's Herb?"Five asks and the twins shrugged

"Uncle Herb was called in the office,"Astro says

"He said he'll be back in a bit"Asteria added as Y/n nodded before her and Five started packing the kids bag in a hurry.

"Mommy is there something wrong?"Asteria asks and Y/n shook her head kneeling infront of the twins while Five continued to pack the twins backpacks.

"Remember the aunts and uncles me and your dad always tell you about?"Y/n asks and the twins nodded smiling as they remembered all the stories their parents have told them.

"Well how would you feel if I say that you're gonna meet them?"Y/n asks and the twins smiled widely before cheering.

"Lets go,"Five says before hooking the twins backpack in the arms.

"Okay standaside"Five says as Y/n pulls the twins beside her as Five closes his hands into a fist and with a blue hue coming out forming into a blue portal and they see people standing on the otherside.

"Should I go first?"Five asks as he wants to see if its safe for his family to go through.

"Go,we'll follow"Y/n says and Five nodded glancing at them one last time before he enters screaming as he pushes through.

"Go!,go!"Y/n says pushing the twins through as the portal started getting smaller and smaller as time passes and with one last push the twins go through.

And with a hurry Y/n follows pushing through as she felt this weird feeling in her body and with a scream she passes through.

The portal disappearing from the house like nothing happened and with a few seconds later the door opens with Herb in it.
