"Ok. Where are you? I'm waiting for you." Kyzion put his left hand in his jeans pocket, currently standing on the front porch.

"I'm pulling up baby. Hold on." Nalani spoke from the other of the pocket as she neared his house, and a few seconds later she parked in front of it.

Kyzion pulled his phone from his ear to hang up while walking towards her car, then he got in on the passenger side, his cologne instantly filling the car.

"You not gone greet me with a hug? A high five or nothingggg?" She tilted her head to the side at him while a smile rested on her face, and he shifted his gaze to be on her.

"Oh, I'm sorry." He reached over, and her smile spread further as he wrapped his arms around her waist in a hug.

"I missed you Kazi." She rubbed his back before slowly pulling away.

"You did? We talk everyday though." He pulled on his seatbelt as she began driving again, exiting his neighborhood.

"I know. I missed, like, your physical presence." She explained, and he nodded his head.

"Oh, okay. I missed you too then. Do you like my outfit?" He flattened the white Polo shirt that he wore, paired with black jeans, white Air Force ones, and a Nike backpack.

"Yeah. I love when you wear your polo shirts. You dress so neatly, it's so cute." She chuckled, glancing over at him while she drove.

"Thank you. I've been trying to dress more out-of-the-box, but somehow I always go back to my normal." He shrugged, looking over at her outfit choice.

A black maxi dress was fitted on her body, and stopped tightly around her mid-thigh. For her shoes, black and white Velcro nomad sandals that showed off her french tipped toes that matched her short nails.

She also dressed her look up with accessories; two tennis bracelets on her right wrist and the matching necklace around her neck. He loved how 'dolled up' she got every time she left the house.

"Kazi, you listening to me?" Nalani took another glance at him, causing him to snap from the self-inflicted daze.

"No." He truthfully answered, and she laughed, rolling her eyes.

"Well what had your attention then?" She chuckled, taking the exiting ramp on the highway.

"You did, I just wasn't listening. I like your dress." He told her, keeping his eyes on the exposed skin of her thigh.

"Yeah? You alright over there?" A sly smirk placed as her expression after taking yet another look at him, and Kyzion looked down, his face immediately warming up at his visible hard-on.

"I-I'm sorry." He stammered in a low tone, not even knowing how that just happened, and he had no words to explain for it.

"That's okay. Don't be embarrassed, it's normal." She chuckled, putting her car in park within a few seconds.

"What's it from?" He asked, about to snap at the band on his wrist, and Nalani put her hand over his to stop him.

"I'm sorry." He apologized again, keeping his head down so that he didn't make eye contact with her. If he was any lighter, his entire body would be red with blush.

"It's from being-the technical term is sexually aroused. So when you look at me, you probably thought about other things, like what we did the other day? And it gets you excited. It's normal." She explained to him with hidden humor. She'd never had to explain that before. It was cute.

"It's not normal for me." He frowned to himself, and she smiled, reaching to turn his head so that it faced her. She leaned over to place a kiss on his cheek, making his stomach flutter.

"It will become normal. You'll get used to it. I'm sexy as hell, I know it." She smirked, and he rolled his eyes with a smile, making her laugh.

"Yeah, I guess you are..or whatever." He satirically joked, and she smiled as well, watching his remain.

"Can I have a kiss?" She asked him, and he turned his head to face her again, glancing at her lips.

He leaned forward, and her eyes closed once their lips met for a kiss. She held his neck as he allowed her to deepen it, causing a small groan to come from him.

"Can I touch you, please?" He mumbled against her lips, and her eyes opened, dazing as she stared at him, giving him a slow head nod.

As they engaged in another slow kiss, his hand trailed to be on her visible thigh, gripping her skin in his large palm. She softly moaned, and he pulled back, lowly grunting to himself.

"Nalani I d-," He cut himself off with another low grunt, not completely familiar with this feeling of arousal yet. His dick was steadily rising in his jeans and it was beginning to irritate him.

"This is so cute. I don't even know how to explain it to you without laughing." She smiled, and he rolled his eyes with obvious attitude, making her laugh.

"Sassy ass. You mad 'cause your dick h-,"

"Nalani." He frowned over at her, and she laughed again, opening her car door to get out. He remained inside, his frown persisting because he indeed was upset. He needed to go to the library ASAP to get a sexual education book.

"Come on Kazi. It's down." She chuckled after opening his door, and he looked over at her, before looking forward again.

"You're not funny." He told her while stepping out with his backpack, and his frown disappeared once she wrapped her arms around him in a hug.

"Yes I am, and I got your dick hard." She stuck her tongue out at him, and he smacked his lips as he hugged her back, making her laugh.

"You're annoying and I don't like you." He kissed her face, and she smiled big. It was his first time showing her genuine physical affection without sexual arousal-a 'just because' kiss.

"You so cute." Her smile remained, intertwining her hand with his as they walked towards the building.

"Thank you. Do you think I'll need my headphones?" He asked, looking up at the Art Museum while holding the door open for her.

"No. See how quiet it is?" She chuckled, lowering her tone because it echoed through the small lobby area.

"This is nice. Ain't got no roaches or nothing." He referenced a tiktok that she sent him yesterday, and once she laughed, a smile graced his face.

Nalani and Kyzion were officially on their first date-as friends. Though they did involve in the touchy-feely things, both of them knew that they were just friends, at least for now.

She'd voiced her hesitancy to get emotionally involved in another relationship so fast, and of course Kyzion didn't mind anyways because he didn't know the first thing about actual relationships.

So after talking with one another, they came to the conclusion to go slow, and whatever happened, happened. It was going well so far.

"Here you are sir." The hostess gave Kyzion the receipt along with two tickets, and Nalani looked up with her natural resting expression just as she had grabbed her wallet from her purse.

"I don't know why you reached for your purse anyways." He told her, grabbing her hand again after passing her one of the tickets, and she smiled.

If nothing else lingered from Nalani's past relationship, being spoiled definitely did. She couldn't remember the last time she paid for anything on her own-so she was glad that Kyzion did that without hesitation.

Being spoiled was an understatement. Sinclair, and even her parents passed her money and gifts like it was nothing. Even as self-dependent as she was, she could deny being so used to 'princess treatment'. It was all that she knew.

"I was just testing you." Nalani smirked over at him, and Kyzion chuckled, rolling his eyes.

He draped his arm over her shoulders, and she smiled, wrapping hers around his torso as they followed the posted directions to the viewing sites.

Originally, they were supposed to visit the Illusions Museum, but after showing Kyzion pictures, he knew he'd become overwhelmed as soon as they got there. The distorted images and optical illusions would drive him crazy.

So, they settled for the Art Museum that was near downtown, and after they'd go out for food. Simple, but fun and adjusted to Kyzion's needs. He was thankful that Nalani put him into thought when thinking about places to go.

"How do you just know things like that?" She asked, smiling after Kyzion had just told her multiple facts about a certain painting they'd passed.

"I have photographic memory. So almost anything that I've ever read, I can recite every word from it. And I read a lot, so." He shrugged, rubbing her hand that he held.

"Where'd it develop from?"

"Um, well, the short way to explain it is that I think in pictures-like visual thinking. So when I read, I scan it as a picture, and like, save it in my head. It's easier for me because I don't process information as easily as non-autistic people." He explained while she attentively listened.

"You're really well spoken Kazi. Like-you're way smarter than probably anybody else that I know." She told him, looking up at him as they walked.

"Thank you. I didn't learn to talk until middle school though. I only knew basic words before then. It took me awhile to learn how to talk as well as I do now." He held the door open for her, letting her lead the way out. The Art Museum wasn't as interesting as they'd thought.

"Really? Is it because of your autism?" She asked, wrapping her arm back around his torso.

"Eh.. I could've talked earlier, I just chose not to. My childhood was confusing and I was still messed up from some old stuff, so I didn't see a point in talking." He shrugged, looking around the surroundings of downtown.

"Like..." She nosily drawled out, and he laughed at her, making her smile.

"You know Ama ain't my mama, right?" He looked down at her, and her eyes immediately furrowed.

"What? She's not? Jon isn't your dad either?" She frowned in confusion, and he smiled at how dumbfounded she was.

"Jon is white, and Amanda is half white. Do I look half white to you?" He glanced over at her, and she laughed while shrugging.

"Nah though, she's my god-mama. She was my mom's best friend a few years ago, but after she got custody of me, they lost contact I guess." He shrugged as well.

"Can I ask why your mom doesn't have custody of you?" She pulled him to walk in the direction of a community area that had an outdoor restaurant, as well as multiple food trucks, and a large park. She was thankful that it wasn't many people there so it was relatively quiet.

"When I was eight, social services came to get me because she wasn't financially fit to take care of me, and the school reported her. Ama is the only family she had, so," He shrugged again, kicking a random rock on the pathway.

"Oh my g-I didn't know that Kazi. Have you spoken to her?"

"Nah. Ama doesn't even know that I know what happened. I have good memory though. She died about a year after I was taken away from her. I found her obituary when I was 13." He revealed, holding a relaxed monotone.

"Suicide?" Nalani questioned, and he nodded his head with a slight grimace. He'd never spoken about this with anyone before.

"Her death doesn't make me sad though..it's hard for me to be sad. When I think about it now, I get upset sometimes because I didn't get much time with her."

Nalani stopped walking to wrap her arms around his torso in a hug, a small pout on her face as he gently hugged her back.

"I'm fine." He chuckled, realizing that she probably felt bad for him.

"I know that's how you feel because you don't know how to be sad, but that's so sad Kazi. I'm so sorry." She laid her face on his chest, and he looked down at her, his expression relaxing.

"Thank you." He spoke quietly, his hand resting on the nape of her back, and she tilted her head to look up at him.

"For what?"

"Making me feel normal lately..I know you have some stuff going on in your own life, but you still make time for me and you help me feel emotions. I like you, and I don't want you to leave me, if that's okay with you." He mumbled the last part, and Nalani pulled his head down to her level, leaving a soft kiss on his cheek.

"I'm here for you, okay? I won't leave you baby." She rubbed his face as she stared at him, locking her gaze on his.

It was plenty of people strolling past them at the park, but Nalani made Kyzion feel like he was the only person there, and the only thing that mattered in the moment.

The amount of attention she showed him did so much for his mental health, and she didn't even realize the huge part of his life that she now played.

For the first time in a while, Kyzion could admit to being a tad bit afraid. He didn't want her to leave him for someone better, because he knew that a girl as pretty and well-spirited as her could have anybody that she wanted; but she chose him.

He wasn't even sure why, but he was definitely thankful for it. He hoped that they could work out, because he was really enjoying her presence.

"Okay, thank you. Can I have a kiss?" He asked, and Nalani briefly smiled at his innocence, before pulling him in for a sweet kiss.
