AS if it wasn't something normal, chaos is what has been surrounding the glee club in recent days. All the confidence and happiness that shooting the mattress commercial brought to the New Directions disappeared as quickly as it came.

You'll see, it all started to fall apart when the store manager decided to pay them with a mattress for each one. For them, everything had turned out excellent, but they never thought that by doing such thing they would stop being seen as an amateur choir. And things got worse when Mr. Schuester, who had finally found out about his wife's false pregnancy, decided to spend the night in the choir room and sleep on one of the mattresses. They could've been desqualified from the competition if it wasn't for their director, who took responsibility for the situation and was now prohibited from accompanying his choir to sectionals.

Now, the glee club was trying to stay positive and wait to see how they could get over this, but still, the whole situation seems not enough drama for the most unpopular club at McKinley High.

While Finn was in an intense dance class with Teo and a kind of ghost of the usually smiling Amy, a big part of the group was dealing with something a little bigger than the quarterback's lack of dance skills: Rachel Berry's mouth.

"Hey, she's onto it." Mercedes speaks through her phone. She and other kids had just left the choir room, where Rachel had told them about how Puckerman had been acting with Quinn recently.

"I know. It's really freaking me out." Tina replied, walking between Mercedes and Kurt. "Hold up. Artie's buzzing in. I'm going party line."

"Dudes, this is serious. If she finds out, she's going to tell Finn. She's a total trout mouth." Artie said, rolling down another hall.

"Kurt wants in." Tina handed her phone to the guy.

"I say we lock Rachel up until after sectionals. I volunteer my basement." He suggested with a smile.

"We can't. We need her to sing." Mercedes reminded them, even though she, like the others, really wanted to keep the girl away from them.

"Damn her talent." Kurt murmured, Tina's phone now between their ears.

"We just heard. Who told?" Santana asked, she and Brittany joined the call, walking through the other part of the school.

"We assumed it was you." Artie shrugged.

"Why would I do that?" Santana frowned.

"To get back at Puck. Aren't you guys dating?" Kurt asked.

"Sex is not dating." She clarified.

"If it were, Santana and Amelia would've dated." Brittany spoke for the first time, causing the others to pause for a few seconds to process what she had said. Her companion looked at her in panic, wondering how the hell she knew that, but seeing that the others let it pass, she decided to do the same.

"Look, I don't want to rock the boat. Since Quinn got pregnant, I got my place back in the top bitches in this school." Santana said, still a bit uncomfortable that Brittany revealed one of her biggest secrets. It also reminded her of her best friend and how much she missed her.

"Hold up, Rachel's walking by." Mercedes informed the group. "Ok, she's gone. Look, I know I screwed up telling all you guys about Quinn and Puck, and I feel really terrible about it, but we cannot let Rachel figure this out."

"Don't forget about Amelia and Mateo. They can't know about this either, they're too loyal to Finn not to tell him the truth." Kurt reminded them.

"If one of them tells Finn, he's going to flip."

"And then, we really have no chance at sectionals."

•••

BY the time glee club started, the group was waiting for Mr. Schuester to let them know who their new advisor would be, since he couldn't get involved until sectionals were over.

"Hey, guys? Let's, uh, let's gather around." Will entered the room with Emma at his side. Amelia, the only one sitting, watched as everyone took their seats.  Kurt and Brittany sat in each of her sides, and the girl gave them a tired smile.

She hadn't been feeling well lately, the lack of rest was taking its toll. She knew it was wrong, but she just kept trying to ignore her real problem and act like everything was fine. After all, who was she going to talk to? Or better said, what she was going to talk about? She didn't even know if her concerns were true.

"Well...I have found my replacement. So, give it up for Ms. Pillsbury." No one was surprised by his choice at this point, but that doesn't mean they agreed with it.

"She's the one they made me talk to when they found out I was keeping that bird in my locker." Brittany said, a tiny pout forming on her lips. Amelia put a supportive hand on her shoulder, but turned her head when she heard a gasp coming from the other side of the room.

"They found out about Tweety?!" Mateo asked in a high-pitched tone, as if it hurt him that said bird was taken away. The rest looked at the duo in confusion, but decided to ignore them.

"So, do you even know anything about music?" Santana asked, with her usual rude tone. Amelia wouldn't said it out loud, but she agreed with the girl. Ms. Pillsbury may have the best intentions, but she wasn't as qualified as Will Schuester. And that's saying something.

"Well-" The redhead was about to defend herself, but Will interrupted her.

"What's important is that she cares about you guys every bit as much as I do." He tried to assure them. "Now, I-I don't know what the future holds for me and for us, but I know, Saturday, you're going to make me proud. You guys are going to be great. So, goodbye for now." He gave them a sad smile, turning towards the door.

"Wait, what about our set list?" Mercedes stopped him.

"I-I can't help you with that. You've got to figure that out for yourselves. All right, guys." Mr. Schuester finally leaves the room, leaving all of his students inside trying not to panic.

"Well, we have to do Proud Mary in wheelchairs. That's in." Artie shrugged.

"And Don't Stop Believing, for sure." Finn added quickly.

"What about the ballad?" Tina asked.

"I would be thrilled to contribute a ballad from my repertoire." As always, Rachel walked to the front of the room like she owned the club. Amelia groaned and threw her head back, she was so tired of this girl.

"Okay, you know what, miss bossy pants? Enough. I've worked just as hard as you, and I'm just as good as you." Mercedes stood up from her chair and walked towards Rachel. "You know, you always end up stealing the spotlight."

"Tell her girl!" Amelia said, causing some of her teammates to cheer for her as well.

"Mercedes, do you honestly think you're as strong of a balladeer as I am?" Rachel asked her, i a rather smug tone. "Ballads are kind of my thing." She explained to Ms. Pillsbury.

Realizing how almost the entire club supported Mercedes, the counselor decided to intervene. "Okay, um, Rachel, why don't you let Mercedes give it a try?"

"Thanks, Ms. P." Mercedes smiled and looked at Brad, the pianist, and then to the band. "Do I even need to tell you what song? Horns, strings, keep up."

And I'm telling you.
Sung by Mercedes.

Every person in the room was shocked by the powerful voice of the girl in front of them. They knew she could sing, but she was literally killing the song. Not even Rachel could deny that. All her teammates were cheering for her, some of them standing up while doing so, but Amelia was so in awe that she just sat holding Kurt's hand and clapping every now and then. Once Mercedes finished the song, the room erupted in applause.

"Chills. Literally, chills." Amelia exclaimed.

"Thoughts?" Mercedes, out of breath, asked Rachel.

"It's clear the room adores you." She approached her. "And, althought it wouldn't be my first choice, I can't wait to see you sing that son at sectionals. You're amazing, Mercedes, and you deserve it." Rachel, to everyone's surprise, immediately agreed to give her solo to Mercedes.

•••

MINUTES after the bell rang, most of the members were still in the choir room, planning the new setlist for sectionals, when a fuming Hudson entered the room. He went straight at Puckerman, knocking him to the ground and hitting him hard in the face, without saying a word.

Mateo, Mike and Matt were trying their best to get Finn off Noah, but even when with three it was almost impossible. Will went as fast as he could after Emma told him, and he entered the room at the same time Amelia entered through the other door. She was returning from the bathroom when she heard all the screaming from the hallway. Shocked wasn't enough to describe how she felt. Her best friend was beating his best friend on the floor while his pregnant girlfriend was on the side crying uncontrollably.

"Hey, come on, come on. Get off him! Knock it off!" Mr. Schuester and the other three managed to separate them, and he stood between the two boys.

"Tell the truth!" Finn yelled.

"Punk just walked in and sucker punched me." Puckerman said in a poor attempt to defended himself in front of the teachers.

"Don't play dumb- you're too freaking dumb to play dumb." Finn yelled again.

"Who told you this, Finn?" Quinn asked sobbing.

"Obviously, it was Rachel." Kurt accused.

"What? I didn't do anything." Rachel tried to deny it.

"Yeah, it was Rachel, but I want to hear from you. I want to hear ir from both of you."

"Finn, just calm down."

"No! They're both lying to me!" He yelled again. "Is it true? Just tell me- is it true?"

"Yes. Puck is the father." Quinn managed to said. Hearing this, Amelia felt disgusted by the girl.

"So, all that stuff in the hot tub. You just made that up?"

"You were stupid enough to buy it." Puck mocked and Finn, along with Mateo, got ready to punch him again, being stopped by Mr. Schuester and Amelia respectively.

"He's not worthy."

"I am so sorry." Quinn cried harder.

At the same time, Amelia tried to grab Finn's arm but he, so blinded by anger, shook it harshly, causing the girl to jump back in surprise. But no one noticed that Amelia was actually scared of the sudden movement, it reminded her of those old moments she wanted so badly to forget.

"Did you knew?" He asked them, the pain being evident in his eyes. This made the siblings feel tiny at the look of disgust from who they saw as an older brother, and  they quickly shook their heads.

"Screw this. I'm done with you." Finn spoke again, pointing at Quinn. "I'm done with-I'm done with all of you!" He looked at the rest of the group and left the room, kicking a chair as he left. After a moment of silence, Mateo went after him, but when she tried to do the same, Amelia was stopped by a voice.

Quinn walked over to her best friend, prayin inside that she hadn't lost everything. "Ames, I'm so so-"

"How could you do it?" The brunette managed to say, looking almost as hurt as the tall boy. But she reminded herself that she wasn't the main victim in the story and, putting on a stony face, she gave Quinn one last look of dissapointment before leaving the room, hoping to find her brothers soon.

•••

MATEO had texted her where their friend was, so as soon as she left the choir room she headed to the only empty place at this hour, the gym. When she got there, the curly-headed boy was by the door, waiting for her to come in as he "was trying to give Finn a little more time alone".

"Hey." Amelia whispered. The siblings each sat by his sides.

"You really didn't know?" He asked, his voice sounded off.

"C'mon dude. Do you really believe we could hide something like that from you, of all people?" Mateo wished there was something he could do to help his best friend not suffer this much.

"If we had known, we would have told you immediately." Amelia added, for some reason they were talking lowly.

"I-I just...I c-can't believe it. I can't-" Finn couldn't even finish the sentence that he already felt like the whole situation overwhelmed him. Crying desolate, he instatly threw himself on top of Amelia, seeking the slightest bit of comfort that his friend could provide.

"I know, Finnie. I know." The girl hugged him tightly. She hated seeing him like this. She hated Puck, she hated Quinn, and she couldn't help but hate herself for not having noticed this sooner. How could everyone in the club know, except her?

The three sat there for what felt like hours. Mateo and Amelia didn't said another word, knowing that Finn needed to get everything out, so they just sat quietly, the tall boy's sobs were the only thing that could be heard. While Amelia stroked his hair, Mateo squeezed his shoulder from time to time, trying to show him that he was still by his side.

"I can't believe everyone knew and yet nobody said anything. They all lied to me." Finn complained after taking a while to compose himself. He considered the glee club as a family, he had risked everything for those kids and they paid him like this.

"Me neither." Amelia's mind went to Mike. She couldn't believe the boy was keeping such information from her. She thought they were best friends too, why did he never say anything?

"Well, we still have each other don't we?" Mateo said with a small smile on his face, trying to be positive. "That's all that matters to me."

"Yeah, I guess you are right." Finn smiled fondly at them.

"And we will always have each other...right?" Amelia asked, afraid just to think that one day it might not be like this.

"Of course we will. I mean, I really don't know what I'd do without you two." Finn assured her. It might not erase all the hell he had recently discovered, but just knowing that he had the love and loyalty of these two made the pain in his chest feel a little lighter.

"You would probably spend your days completely bored." Amelia joked. "...You know you are our big brother, right?"

"And you will never get rid of us." Mateo added.

Squeezing them under his arms, Finn said in a cracking voice, "I love you guys."

"I love you too, man."

"I love you both so much."

"But I think I'd better go home...you know, to think everything more clearly, see what I'll do now." Finn said after a few minutes, breaking off the hug and standing up, followed by his companions.

"Do you need us to keep you company?" Amelia asked him, not sure if it would be good for him to be alone.

"No, no. I...I need to be alone, at least for today." Noticing the insecurity in their eyes, he smiled again. "I'll be fine, don't worry."

"But are you sure? There's a new Grey's chapter today..." Mateo leaned closer to him and whispered loud enough for his sister to hear, "please, don't leave me alone with her."

"Hey, I heard that!" She smacked his shoulder. "What is that supposed to mean, huh?"

"It means you're an insufferable fan. Seriously, it's impossible to watch anything with you! At least if Finn is there, I won't have to suffer alone." He replied, making the girl gasp exaggeratedly.

"I'm sorry buddy, you'll have to do it without me this time." Finn laughed, heading quickly towards the exit before getting caught up in the sibling fight.

"You think he would be okay?" Amelia sat back down once they stopped arguing.

"Yeah, he will get through this. I mean, it won't be easy, but we'll help him, that's what we're here for. Because we can trust each other before the slightest problem, we always do ... right?" Mateo looked at her, knowing that she knew what he meant.

"Of course, Teito." She pretended not to get the hint, ruffling his hair and standing up. "Come on, let's drop the rest of our classes and go get some ice-cream. Ya no tengo ganas de aguantar a estos pendejos."

"Okay." He accept with a sight, if she didn't want to speak he wouldn't pressure her. "I would say that you are the best sister in the world, but Isabella is the one who will return from LA with possible gifts." He joked. They both left the gym laughing.

•••••

THE following days flew by, and Saturday arrived. All the members of the glee club were on the bus waiting for the siblings, who were late, to go to the sectionals. Nervous wasn't enough to explain how they felt. This was their first competition together and they had lost a member during the week, an important member.

After knowing the truth, Finn couldn't bear to be in the same room as Quinn and Noah, so he left the club. They all felt terrible about it, but as Amelia made it clear to them on several occasions, it was too late to do anything about it. Everyone was trying to stay positive but it was being quite difficult, especially now that they had no idea of where the Romeros were. For a moment, they thought that the siblings had finally decided to leave the club, as there was still some rejection from the latinos after the whole situation. But that quickly changed once they saw them approach the bus at a brisk pace.

"Hey...What is he doing here?" Mateo asked when he saw Jacob Ben Israel outside the bus with the teachers. He was making weird faces at Rachel, who was already inside, and Amelia looked at him in disgust. He always find a way to be creepier.

"Uh, well, we called him as a replacement, just in case. Since, you know, we weren't sure you'd come." Ms. Pillsbury explained.

"Oh, yeah, sorry that we're late. I overslept." Mateo sheepishly smiled. Will and Emma weren't surprised at all.

"But I texted Brittany about it." Amelia frowned at the blonde, the only one they both spoke to decently, and she smiled guiltily. "Anyway, we're already here so, get lost."

"Amelia." Will scolded her.

"What? He can't even sing!" She defended herself. Both teachers knew she was right, but they didn't know how the tell the poor boy that he couldn't go with them, so they just rushed the teenagers to get on the bus.

However, when Amelia tried to go after her brother -who had sent Jacob first to prevent him from trying to look at his sister-, Mr. Schuester stopped her. "Do you know anything about Finn?" He asked with the last bit of hope.

"Nope...I tried to convince him to come, really, but he just don't want to. Sorry Mr. Schue." She gave him a sad smile, knowing that it would be pretty hard for them without their leader. After all, Finn was always the one who convinced them that they were capable of anything.

•••

ONCE they arrived at the place, the New Directions waited in the lobby while Ms. Pillsbury checked them in. Amelia was playing with her phone when she saw out of the corner of her eye that Mike sat down next to her. They hadn't spoke in the last days, mainly because she was avoiding him, so they remain awkwardly silent. He offered her some popcorn and she reluctantly accepted it, knowing there was no point in being mad at him anymore. Just when it seemed like they were going to talk properly, Ms. Pillsbury approached the group.

"Okay. So, smooth sailing so far, we're all signed in. And, um, according to the program, you have drawn performance slot number three." She explained.

"We're going last? Isn't that bad?" Tina asked, nervous.

Trying to avoid panic, Rachel got up from her seat. "Hardly. This is good news. My extensive auditioning for community theater has taught me that we either want to go first or last. If we're first, then everyone hast to measure up to us, and if we're last, then we're freshest in the judges' minds."

"And did you ever get any of those parts?" Kurt asked rudely, causing Rachel's smile to fade and Amelia stifling a laugh.

"I'm with Rachel on this. The glass is definitely half full of some very good things right now." Ms. Pillsbury tried to cheer them up.

"Yeah, Ms. Pillsbury's right. I mean, we're here now, right? No reason not to go in with some positive mojo." Mercedes added.

••

   They have been robbed.

Both choirs of The Jane Addams Academy and The Harverbrook Deaf had clearly stolen their setlist. Amelia knew Sue had something to do with it, but she wasn't sure how the hell she got the list.

"You leaked the set list, you don't want to be here. You were just Sue Sylvester's little moles." Kurt accused, as everyone glared at the three cheerleaders on the team.

"I know for a fact that's true. Sue asked us to spy for her." Quinn entered the room.

"Oh sure, because you weren't the the first one to accept, right? Stop playing dumb Quinn, you've already done that for too long." Amelia, leading the trio, spoke first; glaring at the blonde who no longer lives with her and then at the rest. "And we didn't leak anything."

"Look, we may still be cheerios, but none of us ever gave Sue the set list." Santana added, also defensively.

"Well...I-I did, but I didn't know what she was going to do with it." Brittany guiltily admitted. They sighed, tired of Sue always using the most manipulable.

While Amelia comforted her blonde friend, Santana walked closer to the other members. "Okay  look, believe what you want, but no one's forcing me to be here. And if you ever tell anyone this I'll deny it- but I like being in glee club. It's the best part of my day, okay? I wasn't going to go and mess it up." She took a seat.

"Exactly. If we really hated this club so much, we wouldn't even bother being here." Amelia said defeated, taking Brittany by the hand and sitting between Teo and Mike. The rest fell silent, acknowledging how difficult it must have been for both latinas to admit something like that.

"I believe you." Rachel smiled at them. "Okay, look, guys, there's no point in us arguing anymore. We have to go on in an hour."

"And we have no songs." Tina complained.

"Perhaps I could improvise some of my def poetry jams." Artie suggested, causing his teammates to instantly deny his offer.

"No. Look, we're going to do this the right way." Rachel spoke again. "Let's start with the ballad. Mercedes, do you have anything else in your repertoire?"

"Yeah, but it's not as good as anything you're going to sing." The girl replied.

"No, we agreed..."

"We agreed that I would sing 'And I'm Telling You', and that ain't happening." Mercedes walked over to Rachel, taking the brunette by the shoulders. "Look, Rachel, the truth is you're the best singer that we've got."

"Wait, what about you? You would really do great out there!" Mateo whispered in his sister's ear as Kurt expressed his agreement with Mercedes.

She quickly shushed him. "No, I wouldn't." Amelia denied, suddenly feeling nervous at the thought of having to sing in front of a big audience.

"Well, I do have something that I've been working on since I was four." Rachel finally accepted.

"Then I guess we have our ballad, and we can close with 'Somebody To Love'. It's a real crowd-pleaser." Quinn suggested. While some nodded in agreement, the father of her baby scoffed.

"Yeah, that and a can of soup will guarantee us third place. We still need another song we can all sing together." Puck said, ending the little hope that had just grown in the room.

"Oh, then enlighten us with you wisdom, great master." Amelia asked sarcastically. She still couldn't be by his side without feeling the need of punch him in the face, or at least attack him with sarcastic comments every time he opened his mouth.

"I have one." A voice said from the door of their green room. "I found the sheet music online. I used the cheerios' copier to make copies and then I trashed the thing." Amelia's proud smile faded at the last thing Finn said, that was the copier she used to do her school work. "Amy, Teo, Mike, Brittany, Santana, Matt; you're our best dancers. Figure something out and we'll all follow your lead."

"It's going to be choppy." Mike warned after sharing looks with the other dancers.

"Good. We're best when we're loose." Finn smiled at the group of six, giving them the confidence to do so.

"You got it boss." Mateo gave a military salute as a joke. The dancers rose to their feet and walked to the back of the room to discuss what they could do. Apparently Mike and Amelia had similar ideas for the group number, which already gave them a good focus to follow.

"Look, all we have going for us is that we believe in ourselves and what we're singing about. If we can show the judges...we might have a shot at this thing." Finn told the others, and they were all relieved to have the boy with them again.

•••

"And now our final team. McKinley High's New Directions!"

As they waited for the moment to go down the stairs to the stage, Finn felt two arms hang from his shoulders.

"It's good to have you back, man." Mateo smiled.

"It's good to be back. I mean, what you would have done without me, huh?" Finn joked.

"Oh, our knight in shining armor, thank you for coming to save us!" Amelia exclaimed exaggeratedly.

"You three crazy, enough. We are about to enter." Mercedes said as the rest put themselves in place.

Don't rain on my pared.
Sung by Rachel.

You can't always get what you want.

Sung by The New Directions.

•••••

MONDAY at school, Amelia was humming the song that had helped them win sectionals as she walked through the halls. With all the stress of the competition gone and the relief of seeing her best friend better than the week before, Amelia had time to think a lot about her things over the weekend.

She realized that if Finn returned to the club for good, there was no point in being mad at the glee kids. So now she was looking for her favorite dance partner.

"Hey." She smiled when she found the boy in his locker.

"Hey." Mike smiled, a bit surprised that she was finally talking to him outside of glee club. "Look Lia, I'm really sorry for lying to you. I know it was wrong of me but I-"

"Yeah, it was wrong, but I kinda overreacted a bit. Didn't I?" She laughed. "It wasn't even my problem, but I took it personally and it was wrong of me. I know I've been treating you really bad lately when it wasn't even your fault, and I'm really sorry." Amelia apologized, fearing that the boy had grown tired of her mood swings.

"It's okay sweetheart, I get it. Finn is your friend and I think it's normal that you reacted like that. Again, I'm sorry too." He hugged her.

"Thank God." She sighed in relief, she missed this. "I've lost who meant a lot to me, I didn't want to add you to the list Mikey."

"Oh, come on, you won't get rid of me so easily." He squeezed her tighter.

"Just don't lie to me again, or I will end you."

"Well, if you say it like that, I won't."

"Okay, what do you say if we go to the Lima Bean or something after school? You know, to overcompensate my behavior these days." Amelia suggested with a big smile.

"Uh, I don't know...I have a busy day, so many things to do..." Mike teased her, feigning disinterest.

"Come on! I'll pay for yours." She practically begged him.

"Okay, you got me. I can't say no to free food." He put an arm around her shoulders and began to walk toward the choir room.

"What, are you more interested in food than spending time with me?" She asked him with an arched brow, in a fake offended tone. When he pretended to think his answer again, she hit his stomach. "You're an idiot."

"But you missed this idiot." He laughed and disarmed her ponytail, making the girl groaned.

"I would love to say no, but I'm not a liar." She murmured.

"Well, as much as I've missed spending time with you, I think there's someone else you should talk to." Mike said, noticing Quinn looking sadly in their direction a few lockers away.

"Do I really have to?" She pouted, even though she knew he was right.

"Yes, you do. Now go, I'll see you in the choir room." He pushed her in the direction of the blonde, giving her no time to think.

"Ames, I..." The girl started, but Amelia cut her off.

"Not here." She said, looking down the crowded hallway. They walk a bit more and found that a nearby classroom was empty.

"You don't know how sorry I am for all this." Quinn said as soon as they closed the door.

"I know, actually, and I kinda get it." Amelia sighed. This was one of the things she'd been thinking all weekend. Despite everything, it was very difficult for her and her brother to accept that the best thing would be for the blonde to leaver their house.

"You do?" A small smile began to appear on the pregnant girl's face, hoping this would end well.

"Yeah. I understand why you didn't tell us, but that doesn't erase everything else I think about this." Amelia stated with seriousness, and Quinn's smile disappeared. "My family and I opened the doors of our house to you and all this time all you did was lie to us.

I have been there for you all these months. I was there when you found it out, I was there when Sue kicked you out of the cheerios, I was there when your parents kicked you out, I even opened the doors of my house for you. I-I mean, what about those nights we spend talking about your future, talking about how good parents you could be if you decided to keep the baby? I have been there, all this time. Wasn't that enough for you? Because I get the impression that you didn't care, that our friendship never meant anything to you." The cheerleader finally let out all the things she had been keeping inside.

"That's not true." Quinn immediately denied. "You said you understood...can't you see that i didn't tell you because your friendship, your support, was so important to me that I didn't want to lose it? I knew that as soon as I told you our friendship would be ruined, and I hated the idea of losing you and Finn. Don't think I don't recognize that look Amy, it's the same one my father gave me the last time I saw him. Full of disappointment and disgust, the same that apparently everyone has for me. That's exactly what I wanted to avoid...I never wanted to lose the only people who loved and supported me at all times, but I did, and I'm really, really sorry." She couldn't taking anymore, and feeling as the tears fall down her cheeks like waterfalls, she tried to leave. She understood that she had made a huge mistake, but was she not paying enough for it? She was tired of everyone continuing to judge her.

And Amelia noticed that. She did know that the blonde was going through a lot already, she didn't want to add more weight to her shoulders, so she gently grabbed her arm before she could leave. "I don't...I don't hate you. I'm mad at you, and I will be for a long time, but I don't hate you." She clarified softly.

"But will you ever forgive me?" Quinn asked her, scared of the answer she might get. She knew that she lost it because of her own fault, but she still needed someone who truly cares about her, someone who would hold her and tell her that everything will be fine, even if it was a lie.

Amelia nodded and wiped the blonde's cheeks with her right hand. "I just need time, okay?"

"That's enough for me." Before the moment ended, Quinn gave her a quick hug. Something she needed since Monday.

"Here you are!" A voice said from the door, they turned around quickly, breaking the embrace. Mercedes was looking at them with her hands on her hips. "What are you two doing here? We need to be in the choir room, we still owe Mr. Schuester a show."

"Relax, we were about to go." The latina rolled her eyes playfully. Mercedes took them by the hands, and the three girls headed to their favorite place in school.

They New Directions were happy, they suddenly forgot about the recent events, and were ready to celebrate their much-deserved victory.
