— 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 to gia's room cracked open. A tiny bit of light peeking through from one of the other bedrooms making gia herself slightly stir in her sleep at the light that was currently hitting one of her eyes.
Ginny, the older twin sister gia so graciously loved closed the door softly behind her, cringing as it creaked tremendously but eventually closed letting the breath Ginny didn't know she was holding, out.
She sat on the edge of the bed right next to her sleeping sister, her leg anxiously bounding up and down as she bit her nails.
It took the slightly older twin a moment before reaching her hand out to her sisters shoulder, but gias hand immediately caught it as she peaked out of her eye towards her sister horrifying ginny. "Ginny, you scared the living shit out of me!" She rasped.
The hand that was once biting her fingers, Ginny had over her heart staring at her sister with wide eyes. Her heart beating in fear as she slightly pushed gias shoulder with a loud sigh. "I scared you?! I almost shit myself G."
The younger girl chuckled a little at that, slapping her sisters arm softly before making her face stoic and serious for a second, Ginny's eyebrow raising at the change in mood. "Don't shit on my bed gin, I just cleaned my sheets. And I have a boy over."
"What?!" Ginny said a little too loud and harsh. Her legs crawling onto the bed to look at the other side of the bed, her jaw dropping and eyes widening once again before looking to her sister and excitedly smacking her sister over and over.
"The boy from next door?! The one always with Marcus Baker!?"
"His name's Taylor." Ginny then wiggled her eyebrow, making a kissy face towards gia who rolled her eyes and kicked Ginny's back.
"Does mom know he's here? I won't tell her is she doesn't."
"Mom knows, I think she gave him the death stare before I fell asleep." Gia snorted at that image, her shoulders relaxing before looking at ginny once more. "By the way, why the fuck are you in my room. I don't hate you or anything, but you did wake me up." Ginny looked to the empty space beside her sister which gia nodded too.
Ginny made herself comfortable as she got under the soft sheets and laid her head down onto the pillow, her eyes staring at the ceiling softly breathing, gia doing the same while trying to balance her hands in the air. The silence comfortable as gia waited for her sister to talk, ginny always did this when she had something to say to gia, even if it was something as little as sending her first sext.
"I smoked today." The girls head looked to her sister with her jaw dropped, her face holding offense as she grabbed her sister's arm. "Without me? Ginny!"
"I'm sorry, I know I said I would do it with you but I wanted to fit in! You know me." Gia let go of her sister's arm, her own hand flopping onto the bed with a huff. "That means you lied about what you and molly were doing?"
"Her names max."
"Moxy? Anyways- just answer my question."
Ginny nodded, her hands going under the blanket as a soft breeze suddenly appeared making the room colder than it was. "Yeah, mom found out though, she has some weird stalking skills." She then looked to her younger sister looking her up and down making a slight noise of amusement. "That's where you get it from."
"I am not a stalker!" Gia defended. "And you're more like mom, I'm more like dad. Do you think he'd ever smoke with me?"
"Don't even think about it G." Gia shrugged, a slight smile appearing in her face as Ginny's head laid onto her shoulder.
"Can I sleep with you tonight..?" Gia looked at her sister, her head then laying on top of Ginny's as she closed her eyes, the drowsiness from minutes prior coming back and hitting her harder than before. "Sure."
Ginny then clutched onto the blanket, her eyes slightly scrubbing as she realized her sister had already fell back asleep, she let out a deep sigh moving her head away from gia's bringing the blanket over both of their chests, Ginny's own eyes becoming heavy as time continued to past.
Kissing her little sisters forehead, ginny then turned onto her side keeping close but still giving her sister some room as she fell asleep. You could say they had these at least once or twice a month, but ginny couldn't get sick of them no matter how old she got.
While gia had nothing but cartoons running through her head, Ginny's ran with future thoughts of what the world would happen if she didn't have her sister. And you could say, Virginia Miller absolutely hated the outcome.

𝖳𝖧𝖤 𝖭𝖤𝖷𝖳 𝖬𝖮𝖱𝖭𝖨𝖭𝖦, ginny had left gia's room thirty minutes prior leaving her sister and the boy in her room alone. 𝖲o gia was now quickly throwing on clothes before Taylor could wake up, grabbing her shirt before connecting her eyes with another pair.
𝖧er eyes widened as she dropped down to the floor, head slightly hitting it making her groan in pain. "Fucking Shit." She groaned. Holding her head footsteps made there way towards her before the door bursted wide open.
"What the hell did you do." Georgia said towards the boy, her southern accent heavier as she gave him going towards gia who sat up raising an eyebrow to her mother. "I'm fine, almost died, but I'm fine mim."
"What did he do!?"
"Nothing, I'll tell you later. Can I finished getting dressed now?" Georgia glanced to her daughters shirt and immediately twisted her head towards Taylor who quickly excited the room tripping over his own two feet. Gia gave the boy a look before Georgia snatched him out of the room blowing her little girl a kiss and immediately closing the door.
Taylor sat at the table, digging his face in a large bowl of fruit loops to busy to notice Austin staring him down, eyes watching his every move.
The blonde boy took small bites of his cereal while watching the older boy devour his and gave a look to his mom who was already looking at him.
"So Taylor, how old are you?" The boy slowly crunched his fruit loops glancing back to Georgia who had her hands on her hips with a bright smile planted on her lips."Sixteen..?"
Georgia raised an eyebrow. "that sounded more like you were unsure, wanna try again." And she put a smile back on her face, Austin now watching something on Georgia's phone glancing over to the interaction every now and then.
"I'm almost sixteen ma'am." He reassured.
"Almost?"
"October 15th." He told Georgia.
She hummed, her fingers wrapping around the glass as the boy went back to finishing his second bowl, taking it in his hands and drinking the milk out afterwards.
Gia came down immidetly heading towards Taylor while giving her mom a smile. "Bye mom, we don't wanna be late. Right tay?"
"Sweetheart, we're not done talking about this." Mini Georgia huffed and nodded taking the blueberry muffin Georgia held out as she put a water bottle in her daughters backpack afterwards.
"Alright, let's go. Taylor, G, in the back. Austin, up front buddy!" Gia gave a fist bump to her little brother at that announcement while he immidetly raced out of the house holding onto his backpack with one hand and rounded glasses with the other.
Georgia waited at the door, her eyes wondering around the roof waiting for the boy and her daughter to exit before locking up the house and strutting to her car. Whispering to herself under her breath about God knows what before starting the car and leaving.
You could say the tiny event this morning was not exactly on Georgia Millers list today, for any of them.

𝖬𝖠𝖱𝖢𝖴𝖲 𝖡𝖠𝖪𝖤𝖱 waited for Taylor and Gia, looking as high as ever while. His hands fiddling with his light purple t, eyes wondering around the building as he leaned against it.
When Taylor and Gia went into his sight, he leaned off the wall and went towards them, his arm going around her shoulders in an instant gaining a smile onto the girls face as she slightly looked up to him.
"How was class?" Marcus questioned, Taylor squinted as he brought his phone to his face, arm connected with gias who rolled her eyes at Marcus's smug face. "Shut up Marcus."
"I wasn't gonna say anything!" He defended.
"Max told you, didn't she?" He shrugged his shoulders, other hand grabbing the wall as they turned a corner, pushing off of it afterwards. The three glanced to the four girls, hunter chen walking away from the group. Max leaving soon after while gia pushed the two boys behind the wall, her eyes watching the girls interact.
Taylor got really close to gias ear, whispering into it while Marcus was above Taylor watching the girls interact and gias reaction along with it. "What are we doing." He harshly whispered. Marcus slightly coughed as Taylor's hair tickled his lips, gias slightly tickling Taylors while they spied on the three girls
"Spying dipshit." Taylor looked down offended, Marcus held in his laugh but made a little sound getting a glare from Taylor making his eyes then role.
"Why are we spying?"
"You're an older brother Marcus, figure it out."
She watched as ginny and the girl with bangs then stood at the door, the auburn haired girl strutting herself towards the three of them while looking down on her phone making gia push them back, Taylors head hitting the wall harshly while Marcus put himself against the wall.
The girl walked around the corner, head still in her phone when she walked past. A breath of relief leaving all three of their bodies but paused in mid breath as she began to back up slowly, her head now looking at the three of them with a raised eyebrow.
"What are you three doing?" She blatantly questioned. Eyes wandering a little to long on gia before snapping out of it as Marcus began talking.
"Wouldn't you like to know Abby." Marcus sassed. Abby looked at him with a 'shut up Marcus's face before glancing to Taylor. Taylor looked anywhere but at Abby making her eyes move back to gia once more
"Your Ginny's sister."
"Does she talk about me?" Gia questioned. Abby shrugged her shoulders, her fingers slightly playing with the bottom of her hair while she talked to gia. "I didn't even know she had a sister until max told me." Gia played with her jacket and glanced to Taylor who glanced to Marcus.
"Well we should go." Marcus said, Abby rolling her eyes when looking to him, the friend of max baker paused when she heard her friend yelling her name. "You should go." She squinted her eyes at Marcus's before yelling back.
"I'm coming." Gia slightly snorted at that earing her throat immidetly.
"We should go .." she trailed off. Hands grabbing both the guys hands which they immidetly grabbed back. "Bye Abby." She exclaimed, the name that Marcus said not long ago imprinting into her brain.
"Bye..." Not knowing her name she cursed herself out as the three ran the next corner, the inside of her lip biting and face saddening as soon as she left. Then remembered what she came to do and went to her locker, heading back to ginny and Nora soon after.
Gia, Taylor and Marcus all pushed each other around as they went into the back of the school exiting it. The two boys roughly pushing each other in the process getting a laugh from gia.
"You guys suck ass when being contronted!" She exclaimed, pushing the door while walking backwards. Eyes looking at both the boys with a wide smile on her face, body then flipping around as they were all outside.
"Okay miss mute." Taylor said. Gia ignored him and bumped into Marcus on purpose, a small smile appearing onto his face afterwards as he slightly stumbled.
"You coming with us to tays house?" She looked to Taylor who was already looking at her.
"I can't." He gave her a knowing look which she defended.
"I have a bunch of work!"
"Ew." She elbowed Marcus and huffed.
"So you're walking home?"
"Yes I am, I'll see you guys tommorow. Bring the weed." She said, pointing to Marcus who shook his head with a laugh. Taylor nodding his head knowing he should making the baker boy huff.
"Bye Miller." They called out, gia fanning herself as if she was about to faint avoiding the cracks on the sidewalk.
A smile frozen onto her face as she ignored the urge to look back at the boys and join them after school. But she kept walking and didn't look back.

THE DAY went by faster than expected. Possibly could of been since she hadn't seen ginny, and not seeing her younger twin made the day go by faster which was always and will continue to be weird.
She stayed alongside Marcus and Taylor once again, talked to Lu whenever she could. The girl had really interesting stories to tell that were more interesting than the lessons the teacher was teaching.
Gia had thought ginny was avoiding her when in reality ginny was just around a lot less, slightly in trouble from shoplifting yesterday and getting caught. Usually locked in her room and didn't bother to talk to gia since the other night.
But that was just ginny being ginny, she did this occasionally sometimes coming to gia whenever she needed help or just needed a friend which gia would always be there for, no matter what.
Laying on her stomach, side of her face smushed into the pillow, gia scrolled on her phone, TikTok sounds scrolling away and emitting some light on and around her. That being the only light considering her whole room was pitch black.
She paused the TikTok and turned around when she saw her door open, turning her flashlight on and raising her eyebrow at who stood in the doorway.
"Austin, what's wrong?" She questioned. Sitting up and patting her covers letting him know he was allowed to come in here. He closed the door softly and quickly ran to her bed immidetly getting under the covers.
Gia searched around her nightstand and found her led light remote, turning it on pink and laying back. She glanced to her little brother who's eyes laid up on a picture on her shelf. The picture of the four of them when Austin was born. She smiled at it and looked back to Austin.
"What's wrong buddy? Nightmare?"
He nodded his head, fingers playing with the blanket laying his head down onto her shoulder. "And you."
She scrunched her eyebrows in confusion.
"Me?"
He nodded his head, eyes darted to the blanket as he continued to play with it, gia's eyebrows scrunched down as she slightly looked down to Austin.
"Nothing's gonna happen Austin, it was just a bad dream." He looked to her with a blank face but slight frown. "I promise Austin, I'll be there for you, nothing's gonna happen to me, you or anyone else. And if something does, I'll be there for you okay?" He slowly nodded his head looking away from his sister.
He pulled the covers up while gia grabbed her led remote, turning the color to blue before dimming the color and looking back to Austin. "And yes, you can stay with me tonight." A small grin came up on his face as he rubbed his eyes.
Gia placed a small kiss on his forehead and brought the covers up back onto herself turning on her side. Her mind now running with thoughts, similar to ginny the other night despite her not knowing that.
She knew she should of asked her little brother what he had meant when he said she was in her nightmare, but at the same time she didn't want him to relive or think about it.
But now she was gonna think about it. What could she of done to end up in his nightmare?
