《University Cafeteria Above》

"This is all your fault." Jason said as he glared at Casey, who stood next to Ashley with her palms on the top of mop in front of her.

All of them were covered with brown, green, red and white chunks and spills; their faces morphed in disgust and anger.

Casey scowled, "I was only meant to hit Blake, it's not my fault he hit Ally and started this whole thing."

"What? Jason hit my elbow and fucked up my aim. If anyone's to blame, it's him." Blake said, his once blue t-shirt now caked in pools of what looked like sticky juice and pieces of spaghetti. He got off the ladder with a dirty cloth draped over his bare shoulder and a fierce look in his sharp, hazel eye; his jaw clenched tightly.

"Either way, it hit me." Ally growled, eyes narrowed at Blake, who shrugged and refused to meet her gaze out of fear for his life. He kept his distance from her even though she stood at the very base of the ladder as his feet reached the dirty ground below him.

"Oh, don't act so innocent Ally, you chunked spaghetti at him for it." Casey scolded as her grip tightened on the poor wooden mop that was drowning in the bucket in front of her.

"What was I supposed to do, let it slide?!" Ally exclaimed, her teeth clenched. She was leaned on a wall with her arms crossed. This made her unknowingly smear more grime on her already messy shirt with the dirty, once pink cloth in her hand, that was not brown.

"Guys-?" Ashley begun as she rinsed out her own wet, slimy cloth in the bucket between her and Casey.

"No, but you didn't have to yell food fight in the process, now did you?" Blake commented angrily as his gaze flickered from glaring at Ally to watch Casey loosened her grip on the mop; causing it drop with a loud splat onto the barely clean floor. She was clearly done with their punishment and was hanging on by a very thin thread.

Everyone was.

"Guys."

"It wasn't me!" Ally insisted, straightening up from the wall, her arms now at her sides. She gritted her teeth and tossed the cloth that dripped with juices and grime-from her tight grip-right back to the floor they were supposed to clean.

"Yeah, and mosquitoes hate blood." Jason chipped in. He was sat on the floor with his legs crossed, a towel on the ground in front of his and a bucket full of gooey water on his right. He had honestly done more work than the others, who had been arguing since they got here.

"Dumb joke." Blake ground out, throwing his cloth on the ground too in frustration and looked around to assess their non-existent progress.

"Guys, I know we're all frustrated, but let's not-." Ashley tried once again and gripped her cloth tighter. She was tasked with cleaning up the windows, which someone would think was an easy thing to do, but the more she wiped, the messier it got. It was so bad that there was a heavy layer of food stuck to the sides of the window frame.

"Was it meant for you?" Jason forced out through his teeth, "No. It wasn't." He finished then placed his hands on his knees, pushed himself up and got on his feet, his eyes never leaving Blake.

"Put a sock in it, man. I'm already pissed off as is." Blake spat out, his hands curled at his side.

Jason snickered and let his smirk rest on his rosy lips, "Was that a threat, big guy? Am I supposed to be scared?" He remarked and stepped closer, the muscles protuding from beneath his tight shirt he clenched his fists.

"GUYS!" Ashley exclaimed and dropped the cloth in the bucket in front of her, being the last own to give up on cleaning.

Four furious pairs of eyes stared back at her, "Can we not do this right now. We'll get into more trouble if we start fighting." She reasoned, her gaze jumping from one to the other.

They wordlessly blinked at her and Ashleh watched as their harsh expression hardened impossibly.

Ashley frowned, "What?"

"Let's make a run for it, she said." Blake pointed out and shook his head at her. The disappointment in his eyes struck too close to home but Ashley bit her lip and refused to be the one they blame.

"Oh come on," Ashley said rolling her eyes, "-you had a choice not to run."

This only made their glares intensify.

"This was so unnecessary. Why the hell did we listen to you." Ally said as she threw her hands up in exaggerated disbelief.

"Hey, it's not like I grabbed your legs and forced them to run." Ashley spat out, a scowl on her face as her expression slowly matched everyone else's.

"Did you have to call for the fucking food fight?" Jason asked, bringing the argument back.

Ally turned away from Ashley with a groan and met his stare.

"I didn't call for the fucking food fight!" She barked, "-you think I wouldn't know what my own mouth said or didn't say!"

Ashley let out a defeated sigh and turned back to the tall glass window behind her, internally wishing it would just magically clean itself up. She picked up her clothes from the bucket of cold, grimy water, rinsed it and tried not to gag at the nasty smell it ommited.

I tried.

Earlier

"I hate Mr. Heine so goddamn much." Casey complained as soon as they all sat down at a random unoccupied spot in the University cafeteria.

Ashley shivered at the sudden breeze that hit her. She looked up at the window behind Jason and Blake and grimaced. It was cracked open slightly, but she fought the urge to get up and shut it.

"What happened?" Ally asked as she pushed her dark brown hair behind her ear and stabbed her straw into her banana milk carton.

"So, he tells us to pair up, right? Seb was like, right in front of me and was turning his chair to face behind him like everyone else was, but guess what the lecturer said."

Three eyes blinked at her, knowing she'd continue anyway, while Jason mindlessly cut a piece of his steak and popped it in mouth.

"He tells him to pair up with Boom Box instead, and guess who I'm left with."

Again, blank eyes blinked at her, knowing she'll continue anyway and Jason looked up at that moment, interested as he raised an eyebrow at her and chewed his food.

"Aiden Hunt." She half whispered half yelled, her voice cracking, "-I swear that old man likes to see me suffer."

Aiden Hunt is apparently a guy from Casey's classes that has had a crush on her since forever.

The guy is almost like a leech-Casey's words.

He's always watching her; following her and thinking he was being discrete. Ashley had though it was adorable at first, until it became an everyday thing. She purchased her lips and looked around the cafeteria. As she had expected, he was seated not so far away from their table with his friends.

Ashley had made a joke once, that if they couldn't find Casey anywhere because of her adorably short height, they'd just look for Aiden. She was bound to be near. He's a striking 6'2 with the brightest blade hair she has ever seen so he is hard to miss.

Let's just say, Ashley learnt her lesson not to make a joke about Aiden and Casey again. She subconsciously rubbed her upper back near her right shoulder blade and shuddered.

Everyone seemed to be thinking about what to said, wary about getting drop kicked out of nowhere like what had happened to Ashley and avoided looking Casey in the eyes.

Her eye twitched in wait, "Say something!" She exclaimed her arms flying about, uncomfortable with their silence and possibly wondering if she was overreacting.

"Something!" They all exclaimed with wide, scared eyes before Ashley cleared her throat and shifted closer towards Ally's side and putting some distance away from her best friend.

"Wha-?" Casey begun before her shoulders sagged and she sighed, "-you guys suck." She half joked and scooped some ice cream with her spoon; a sad pout on her lips.

She placed her index finger on the plastic end of her spoon and flicked the delicious vanilla scoop at Blake, who was the unfortunate person of the day. Everyone jumped but Ashley felt Ally stiffen beside her before Jason snickered, followed by Ally then Ashley.

Blake, who was in front of Ashley, scowled and stabbed him spoon into his pudding cup, before chucked it at Casey. Jason, who suddenly doubled over in laughter, accidentally hit his elbow and instead of landing on Casey, the brown chunk hit Ally square on the side of her face.

Annoyed, Ally gritted her teeth, grabbed a handful of spaghetti with her bare hands from her plate and threw it hard at Blake, landing on his shirt.

"Bitch." She said and watched the spaghetti drip down and disappear under the table. She smirked at his bewildered expression as the others double up in laughter.

"Food fight!" A random girl's voice shrieked somewhere in the cafeteria and the chaos begun. Food flew everywhere angrily, occasionally landing on people's hair, faces, shirts and even pants. Ashley's eyes widened as the two started bickering and chucking whatever they could at each other.

She anxiously looked around in alarm and spotted the school's huge main chief, as well as the devil himself-Mr. Heine-speed walk towards their table.

Her eyes grew wider and she whipped her head back to them, a sausage hitting her cheek, but falling on the ground, ignored by her.

"Run." She said.

They blinked at her, confusion in their faces, realization slowly morphing on each of their faces when they saw the two men approach.

"Fucking run!" She exclaimed and they instantly got on their feet and sprinted, everyone going into their own individual directions, manuevering past the tables and students happily continuing what they started.

Once they were all out, they met on the hallway and hundred other to catch their breaths.

"Shit." Blake said as he straightened up, the muscles underneath his damp shirt fully visible.

"We're fucked." Ally remarked as a whole steak that wasn't there went they were seated slowly slid off her cheek.

Suddenly, the sound of footsteps were heard down the hall. They turned their heads towards the noise and Ashley nearly dropped to the ground and put her hands up in surrender. A horde of cooks and teachers that must have been in the cafeteria were racing towards them. She had been thinking about giving up when someone gripped the back of her collar and ran, forcing her to do the face, but backwards.

Her heart throbbed in her throat as she faced their pursuers. She gulped when her collar was set free and turned to faced ahead. Ally and Casey were beside her, but Jason and Blake were nowhere to be seen.

If the situation was different, she would have laughed at the fact that they took off and left them behind, but her mind only had one thing to do, and that was to run.

The staff ran after them, cursing at them to stop and that they had no where to run. Ashley saw Ally send them a glare their way as well as showing them her long, manicured middle finger, fueling their anger.

Ashley couldn't keep her laughter in anymore and let it out, occasionally wheezing and slowing down as her view became closed with tears. She would have stayed behind if Casey hadn't reached for her hand at that moment. They raced down the stairs and were out of the Cafeteria building in seconds. The three of them closed the rest of the distance down past the Auditorium and hesitated when they reached the junction.

One led towards the Auditorium's entrance-which would most likely be closed-and towards the Reception, Pioneer and Novice Builds. The other way lead into the Elite Building, Basketball court and Sports Field.

Ally looked at both paths down the road before she nodded at the former and ran towards the Pioneer building, expecting them to follow.

Without wasting a single beat, Casey and Ashley pumped their legs after her and quickly caught up to her.

"What do we do? Should we split up?" Casey asked, her words coming out in short, breathy breaks.

"We'll split up in the building. Some of them went after the guys in the dormitories." Ally suggested, sound perfectly calm, contradicting Ashley and Casey's huffing as they begun to get left behind.

The second they made it into the building, Ally ran towards the right side of the hallway that lead to the lecture rooms and furthest exit, while Casey and Ashley took the right, that was a shorter route towards the gym and their hopeful exit.

As they made their way further down the hallway, a familiar figure appeared in the distance.

He was leaning against wall next to the door to a random theater room. His right leg was propped on the wall as he held a cigar between his teeth and lit it using a silver lighter held in between his veiny hands.

Sebastian-or Seb as he preferred, according to Casey-pulled the lighter away and leaned his head back, letting out a puff of white smoke before he gripped the cigarette between his first and ring finger and pulled it off his mouth. Ashley watched in fascination as he let out another cloud of white, chokingly strong smoke.

His eyes narrowed as he watched it and Ashley could see then, why Casey had the hots for him.

He must have then heard their rushed footsteps and Ogre-like breathing, because he frowned and turned his head towards them. His gaze lingered before he looked over their heads at the teachers, who were still barking at them to stop. They were just about to run past him when Casey stopped in her tracks, her eyes on Seb and unmoving.

Ashley scowled and tried to pull her along, simultaneously opening the unusual heavy door in front of them that lead into the gym. Seb looked back at her best friend with a raised eyebrow and Casey's shoulders sagged.

"I'd keep running if I were you." He suggested, his voice deep and gruff with a small smile playing at the corner of his lips.

Ashley scowled and shook her best friend, who seemed frozen in time. "Casey!" She called, panicking.

Casey waved her off and pried Ashley's hands off her, silently telling her to go on without her with her eyes still on Seb.

Ashley watched her a bit longer conflicted and not wanting to leave her behind, but when she looked behind them and saw that their pursuers were an arm's length away from catching them, she turned on her feet and took off.

***

He watched in pure amusement as Ashley ran off inside, chunks of food occasionally falling from her clothes and hair.

Mr. Heine zoomed past them and went after her, his face clenched in a deadly looked that screamed murder. He looked back at Casey having heard her let out a sudden, breathy cough. He turned in time to watch her get roughly tackled to the ground by a female teacher he had no idea was in this school. His gaze momentarily dropped to her long, tanned and exposed legs, before he caught himself and cleared his throat then pushed off the wall.

"He-hey." Casey said as she was pulled up her feet with the lecturer by the back of her collar; her nose scrunched up at the mixed smell her prisoner emitted.

He smirked at her and nodded as a greeting, the cigar held in between his lips. She froze at that little gesture but got pulled by the teacher into the building.

"No smoking, young man. This is a school."

Seb licked his lips and shook his head before he brought the cigarette back to his mouth, inhaled and let out another puff, completely ignoring the teacher's word as she sashayed past him.

So, that's the girl, he thought with a knowing smile as he looked at the direction Casey's friend ran to.

Finally.

***

Ashley ducked into the lost and found box; her heart beating hard in her chest as she waited for Mr. Heine to run right past where she was hiding before she quickly she got out and ran in the other direction towards the exit.

As she made it outside, and in to the parking, she collided with a hard body she hadn't seen in her panic.

"My bad." A deep, unfamiliar and masculine voice said.

Ashley rubbed her nose, that unfortunately took most of the impact and looked up.

Oh damn

There, right in front of her stood a god. The guy was freakishly tall with wide, muscular shoulders and arms, jet black natural hair and the thickest eyebrows she had ever seen.

She blinked and took the guy's hand, letting him pull her back up, sneaking a glance at his bicep as it tightened and bunched through his grey dress shirt.

Holy shi-

"Thanks.." She trailed off, wanting to know this guy's name.

"Brock." he said and she nearly purred at the name.

"GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE RAT!" A very pissed Mr. Heine exclaimed as he ran towards her and interrupted their interaction.

Brock looked behind her then back down at her, a quizzical look in his brown eyes. Ashley pursed her lips and smiled, pleading with her eyes. The god stepped to the side and let her through, letting go of her hand as well.

Ashley made a run for it once again without looking back. She heard a thud which was followed by a deep, out of breath 'Oof!' and forced herself to look back.

Brock had his leg stretched out which was now under Mr. Heine's own as the man laid on the hard ground, a look of surprise on his face, before it morphed into anger then murderous as he got back up on his feet.

"You will pay for that later, Mr. Harred." He promised before running off to catch Ashley, leaving Seb and Brock behind him.

Ashley scoffed and turned the same corner that lead to the junction and ran straight in the Elite Grounds, her heart in her throat.

She ran around the building and ended up in very same hallway that lead to the director's office and to another exit that lead to the High School Section; a place she's never been to.

She pumped her feet faster, and was just past the director's office, ready to risk it all when a huge, tall, male figure walked up the steps. As they got closer, she could make out black hair, a black t-shirt, with ripped arms poking out of the sleeves, tattoos-

She froze her eyes wide as she saw his eyes. Grey, sharp, intense eyes stared back at her. The only difference was that they actually held an emotion; pure and utter confusion with a pinch of curiosity. Ashley pursed her lips, forgetting about Mr. Heine who grew closer towards her. Eros looked behind her and frowned.

Ah, there's the Eros I know, she thought.

"RUN YOU BITCH!"

Her eyes widened.

Did he really just-

She turned to her right a few steps away from her and scoffed. Casey sat there, disbelief in her eyes before it morphed into disappointment accompanied by a sad head shake.

"What-?" Ashley begun but never finished.

Mr. Heine gripped her forearm causing her to jump and attempt to elbow him in his gut. He was apparently surprisingly it, because he caught her elbow in his own hand and led her down to the seat next to Casey, a proud grin on his face.

"You are in deep, deep trouble."

Shit.
