004. | "the truth on Elles murder"

For the rest of that tragic night all Raven could do was just stare at Cassie, that evil looking smirk she plastered all over her face just concerns her to the point all Raven wanted to do was just slap it right off of her face.

Kiara sat on the opposite sides of everyone on her own log all by herself, the poor red haired girl was hurting deep down on the inside.

I mean after all she did just lose her girlfriend after finding out she has been murdered by possibly James Prescott himself.

" Kiara do you wanna sit closer with us? " Alice still had been wiping the under part of her eyes to get rid of the tears, " I'm okay " Kiara got up and began to walk off towards her cabin.

" goodnight " everyone said to her as Cassie looked back over at everyone, " so what are we supposed to do now? " Cassie had her arms hugging herself as she stared around.

Kiara rubbed her eyes as she opened the door to cabin 7, right as she closed the door she turned around heading to the small bathroom inside.

She had turned the light on as she splashed some water on her face when she dried her face off with the towel she looked in the mirror.

She turned around and saw a tall figure with a black cape on and a ghost face type of a mask on, Kiara gulped as she looked around for a weapon.

Suddenly the ghost face thing pulled out a knife that had blood on it and began wiping it off before taking a few steps slowly towards Kiara.

" alright this isn't funny guys! " Kiara grabbed a potted plant that was behind her, the figure kept turning its head back and forth.

Right as it got close up near her face dangling the knife in front of her, Kiara quickly smashed the little potted plant on top of its head.

As the person was distracted Kiara made a run for it straight out of the bathroom and straight out of the cabin screaming to her friends who all we're sitting around the campfire still.

" what happened? " Riley stood up as he looked back at the cabin for what could have been chasing her but nothing was there.

Kiara bent over with her hands on her knees breathing heavily trying to speak, " Someone just tried to kill me! " Kiara reached for a water bottle as Alice quickly handed it to her.

" but we are all here? " Rhianna looked back at the cabin but there was still nobody there, " yeah and James isn't here " Cassie turned her head.

" where's Mattheo? " She looked at everyone's confused faces when they heard a sudden voice, " I'm right here " Mattheo was leaned against a tree staring at the frightened red haired girl.

" I'm not lying tho! I seriously there was someone trying to kill me. " Kiara pointed back to the cabin she was attacked in.

" I can prove it to you guys, they clearly haven't left we would have saw them right! " Kiara pushed her hair back behind her ears shaking.

" true come on guys " Thomas motioned for everyone to follow as the group began walking to cabin 7, Kiara opened the door as the lights were still on inside of the cabin.

" see they should be right he- " she stopped talking right when she realized the person had completely vanished, she gulped and turned around to see her friends all looking at her.

" I swear I saw someone! " she turned back around and saw the broken potted plant on the ground, " see I hit them with this! " Kiara held up a piece of it trying to convince her friends.

She looked at Rhianna, " come on you know I wouldn't lie Rhianna " her lips quivered thinking her friends would think she was a liar as she tossed the broken pieces of the potted plant into the trashcan that was on the ground.

" maybe you need to get some rest " Thomas put a hand on her shoulder and looked back at the others, " we can't blame her, she's had a rough night today let her get some rest " Thomas looked back at her with a smile.

" okay maybe I was just seeing things " Kiara watched as the group left the cabin closing the door behind them, except for Rhianna she stayed back to help her scared friend not be alone.

" I should sleep to anyways " Cassie also stayed back in cabin 7 as she plopped herself down onto the bottom bunk bed she stayed on.

Kiara hopped on top of the one Cassie was on at the bottom, Rhianna laid across on the top of the other bunk bed facing Kiara.

" just get some rest " Rhianna smiled as she closes her eyes, Cassie had already fallen asleep but Kiara was staring at the ceiling for a while.

She thought about the person who tried to murder her, she couldn't have been seeing things they were physically there.

She also thought what if that's the same person who murdered Elle, what if James didn't actually murder her and he was innocent.

All this stress and thinking caused her to roll over and fall asleep instantly, all you could hear were the birds chirping as the night was silent.

                       𝐄𝐥𝐥𝐞'𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 (flashback)

Elle sat on a log as the night was getting darker and darker as the minutes passed, she held Kiara's hand smiling at her.

It was nights like these that Elle loved, she loved being able to spend time with everyone she loved and trusted even tho she just met most of them.

Elle got a little cold and decided she should go get a coat from her cabin, " I'm gonna go get a coat I'm a lil cold " her soft voice spoke to everyone as they all nodded at her.

" be safe " Kiara gave her a little kiss on the lips before Elle disappeared off towards her cabin, as she was walking she felt a sudden fear.

Elle hated walking by herself in the campsite in the daylight let alone at nighttime, she sighed of relief when she got to Cabin 5.

She opened the door pushing her hair back behind one of her ears, she turned the lights on and was facing her dresser looking through it for a coat to wear to keep herself warm.

She smiled when she finally found one but suddenly she felt a sharp pain through her stomach, she looked down and saw a knife go straight through her stomach.

Elle dropped the coat she was holding and opened her mouth in shock as blood started coming out of her mouth, she turned her head and saw a ghost looking face staring down at her.

" why.. me " Elle's eyes began to water just as they pulled the knife out of her quickly, Elle held her stomach still alive as she heard whistling from the person behind her.

Just as the person was about to stab her again Elle had quickly grabbed a sharp pair of scissors and jammed it into the person's leg behind her.

" Take that asshole! " she yelled as she quickly limped over to the door groaning in pain but the person had held their leg for a few moments before taking the scissors out of them.

They walked over to Elle just as she was about to open the door but she was grabbed and pulled back, " NO! " Elle screamed loud enough that hopefully the other campers would hear.

She was tossed onto the ground as she groaned in pain, " no please stop! " Elle tried to kick at them as they held their knife up and jammed it right down onto her chest.

Elle kept spitting blood out of her mouth as her hands were covered in blood, she reached up with one of them trying to push the mask off.

" they'll find out... " Elle spoke out struggling to breathe as she was loosing blood, " it's not over yet... they'll get revenge " Elle's eyes slowly started closing more and more.

The person disappeared out of the back door of the cabin leaving Elle still alive slightly but on the edge of death, " I'm sorry.. Kiara " Elle talked to herself feeling her life slowly fading away.

" I love you so much.. " Elle made sure to say even tho Kiara wouldn't have been able to hear her say that. Everything suddenly went pitch black, Everything suddenly was quiet.
