( Shoto and Tomomi's birthday outfits and crowns. )

what the twins are wearing. I feel like this is a better fit for the theme.

The girls dresses:
( left to right: Momo, Mina, and Uraraka )

( left to right: Tsu, Hagakure, and Jirou )

The boys suits:
( left to right : Midoriya, Bakugou, Kirishima, and Sero )

( left to right: kaminari, Iida, shoji, and Tokoyami )

( left to right: Akira, Oijiro and Aoyama )

I know I'm missing Sato, Koda and Mineta and I'm sorry about that. Mineta is being watched carefully and I couldn't find a really good suit for Sato ( or at least one that would fit him perfectly. ) and I feel like Kouda isn't the type to actually want to go to parties but ill describe both of their suits as best as I can.

THE PARTY OF THE CENTURY, as some of the guests would call it. The Sweet Sixteen of the Todoroki Twins had just begun with guests arriving. All dressed in royal appropriate dresses and suits. The venue picked out actually belonged to one of Enji's associates. They were a party coordinator who allowed Fuyumi to use one of his properties to host the birthday party.

And it turned out beautifully. Fuyumi used the main ball room in the mansion for the party. It was big enough for the decorations and it allowed them to have two dance floors.

Rei, being allowed out of the hospital to attend her kid's party, helped sculpt the thrones right on the large stage up front. The twins don't know that she will be attending so Fuyumi was excited to see their shock and excitement.

Rei wore a beautiful ice blue and white kimono with her hair in a low bun. She had matching earrings and necklace. Fuyumi had a ice blue mermaid dress with her hair pinned up. For this occasion, she decided to wear contacts. ( Fuyumi's dress is in the left and Rei's kimono is on the right/ pretend it's not a wedding kimono lol )

"It's been so long since I wore a kimono for this occasion." Rei chuckled out a bit nervously as she fidgeted a little. "The last time I wore something like this, I was getting married."

"You look beautiful, mom." Fuyumi reassured her, fixing her kimono a little. "This is going to make Shoto and Tomomi so happy. Knowing that you'll be here."

"Even if it's for only one night, I hope they will be okay with that," the matriarch of the family mumbled, feeling slightly sad. She missed all of her children dearly and hated that she couldn't always be there for their most important events.

"They'll be more than okay." Fuyumi, once again, reassured her. "Oh! More guests are showing."

The music started playing as the entire venue was filled to the brim of invited guests, all in ball gowns and suits, dressed for the theme of the occasion. The lights were ice blue and no one could stop talking about the decorations and how everything looked so beautiful.

It really looked like a winter wonderland.

"Whoa!" Mina gasp as her and the girls entered the venue. She was in utter awe at the decorations and how everything turned out.

Tomomi, who have been holding both Momo's and Uraraka's hands, gasped audibly at everything. The music played in her ears as the ice blue lights illuminated everything to make it look like winter. There were snowflake designs everywhere, twinkling lights on the ceiling with a big chandelier, a huge dance floor, two throne at the very front of the room and even a smoke machine to add more effects.

She wanted to cry. She has never had this before and it was overwhelming. In fact, so overwhelming, that she accidentally made it snow indoors.

"Tomo," Momo giggled, nudging her best friend. "You're making it snow, again."

Tomomi blinked and quickly stopped the snow. "Ah, my apologies," she replied, chuckling slightly. "I am just at awe at everything. It's so beautiful."

"And you deserve all of it," Hagakure commented kindly. She stopped her quirk from making her invisible for this occasion. She didn't want to look like a floating dress and gloves for the night.

"Come on," Mina said, tugging them along. "I think I see the boys."

Meanwhile, the boys of class 1a arrived about three minutes before the girls did and they were already enjoying the party. Shoto was in complete shock with everything. The decorations, the party, the fact that people actually cared. It was overwhelming to him but it made him feel warm inside.

"Miss Fuyumi seriously did great with planning this." Kirishima complimented as he drunk from a crystal champagne glass. It was filled with sparkling cider, of course. "Everything looks so beautiful,"

"I know," Denki agreed, stuffing his face with a cupcake from the food table.

Midoriya frowned a little at him. "Kaminari, be careful. Mina will be upset if you mess up your suit."

"I'll be fine, don't worry." Denki waved him off. "Besides, they're not even here, yet. What she won't know, won't kill her,"

"We're standing behind you, stupid," Mina's voice suddenly rung in all of their ears.

And, indeed, the girls were right behind them. Mina had her hand on her hip as she stared at Denki with a sassy look. "By the way, don't you have something you wanna tell us, boys?"

"You girls look divine." Iida complimented, bowing like a prince.

"Thank you, Iida." Momo smiled, doing a curtsy. "And you all look rather splendid tonight."

"Aww shucks," Denki blushed rubbing the back of his head. "Stooop it~"

"You all do look very beautiful," Midoriya compliments back. "Like princesses, even."

"Bakugou," Sero nudged his usually loud friend. "You're unusually quiet, right now."

Everyone looked to see Bakugou was staring a Tomomi in complete awe. He wasn't able to see her before they left so he had no idea of what kind of dress she wore or how she would look. But seeing her now, it made him nervous and utterly in love.

Tomomi stood there, fiddling with her nails as she shyly looked elsewhere. She felt anxious under his gaze. Did he like how she looked? Did he not? She couldn't tell.

Smirking, because he knew what his friend was thinking, Kirishima decided that he needed some alone time with his girlfriend.

"Hey, babe," he called to Mina, grabbing her hand. "Why don't we go dance, for a while?"

"I would love to~" Mina gleefully followed him as he pulled her through the crowd. But not before giving her friends a wink and a thumbs up.

"That's something I can agree on," Denki says, also grabbing Jirous hand. Which caught her by surprise. "Dance with me, Mama~!"

"Denki!" Jirou yelled after him, quickly picking up her dress. He pulled her so fast, she nearly tripped on the skirt of her dress. "Be careful!"

"I'll make sure Denks doesn't short circuit." Akira said, winking at Tomomi. He understood what Kirishima was trying to do earlier. "Iida, Aoyama, will you two do me the honors of joining me?"

"Why thank you for the invitation, cherie," Aoyama circled his arm around Akiras.

"What a lovely idea, Akira!" Iida said wholeheartedly, following them into the crowd.

"Uraraka and I think we'll join in on the fun," Hagakure circled her arm around the shy girl. "It'll be more fun if you, Akira and Midoriya joined us,"

"We would never turn down two beautiful girls," Oijiro said, throwing his arm around the green haired boy's shoulders.

Both Midoriya and Uraraka were a blushing mess as the two pulled them along to the dance floor.

"I'm not really much of a dancer," Tsu mumbled, holding her hands behind her back. "So I'll just go sit somewhere,"

"I'll join you," Tokoyami quickly added, not wanting to be forced to dance.

"I'll come with you, too," Shoji joined them.

And now, Bakugou, Shoto, Momo and Tomomi were left together as their friends left them. Shoto was a little pink at the face while Bakugou seemed stuck in a trance. Momo smiled softly at the two of them. Tomomi shyly peered at her boyfriend.

"Sooo," Momo broke the silence. "You boys wanna dance? It is a birthday party, after all."

"S-Sure," Shoto stuttered out, still not over seeing Momo's hair down or in a beautiful gown. Either way, his heart couldn't take it.

"Bakugou," she turned to him. "Don't you wanna dance with your girlfriend?"

It was then that Bakugou suddenly remembered that he didn't even utter any words to his girlfriend. He shook his head and his face went back to normal. But with a deep blush decorating his face. "S-Shut up and go dance, Ponytail!" He grumbled, shoving his hands in his pockets. "I don't dance, anyway."

"Not even for me?" Tomomi asked, looking at him with a pretty smile on her face.

Bakugou felt his heart stop beating. His breath hitched and his stomach was filled with butterflies. God, she sounded even more elegant and beautiful. How was that possible?!

"Uh...umm.... Uh...." He stuttered. "S-Stop those damn sneak attacks, frost bite,

Tomomi giggled before wrapping her arms around one of his. "You look handsome." She whispered before kissing his face.

Bakugou felt his heart beating even faster as his nerves were shot to hell. He was panicking and he couldn't even give his own girlfriend a compliment back. Even though she looked like a goddess in his eyes. Actually, better than a goddess.

"I'm letting that sneak attack sly since it's your birthday," he grumpily murmured under his breath, frowning at nothing as his face grew hotter. "But that's the only one I'm letting go! I still hate them!"

Tomomi smiled softly at him. He was being shy. He only acts like this when he couldn't express his sheepishness correctly.

"Do you want to dance?" She asked, sliding her hand into his.

He sighed loudly, pretending to be annoyed with her question. But he wordlessly tangled his fingers into hers and pulled her to the dance floor. Where the couple joined their friends and began having fun.

The music was upbeat and energy fueling, the atmosphere was strong and wholesome, and fun. Everyone had so much fun together, it honestly made the twins forget their worries. In that night, they had nothing to worry about.

The twins only wished that this could last forever.

"Attention, everyone!" Fuyumi took the microphone from the dj and gathered everyone's attention. "First and foremost, I would like to say thank you for attending tonight! Thank you for coming out to celebrate my little brothers and little sisters sixteenth birthday!"

The crowd of party goers cheered and clapped gleefully.

"Second, it is time to actually time to sing happy birthday to the king and queen of the night," Fuyumi smiled, gesturing for the staff to bring out the cake. "May I have the birthday boy and birthday girl meet me at the center of the dance floor, please?!"

The spotlight suddenly turned to the twins, who were being escorted to the center of the dance floor by servants ( Fuyumi paid them extra to dress as medieval butlers ) as everyone began cheering again.

Shoto and Tomomi nervously looked at each other as they now stood at the center, surrounded by everyone who was clapping and filming them with their cellphones. They even saw Mina shove some people out of her way, just so she could get a better angle with her phone.

Soon, more servants began wheeling out the rather tall birthday cake. It had sparklers going off on the side of it, the cake was a 6 tier vanilla cake, made to look like a castle with white frosting all over, edible flowers at the bottom and little statues of angels, as well. Their candles were on top of the bottom layer, already lit up for them.

The twins looked at the cake in awe as everyone began to sing all together.

"Happy birthday to youuuu~ happy birthday to youuuuu!"

Something in Shoto made him feel his eyes start to water. He looked around everyone as they continued to sing along to the music and he felt his heart burst. Tomomi, feeling exactly what he was feeling, grabbed his hand as hers shook a little.

All of this was for them. Everything their friends did, their sister and brother did, it was all for them. This was the first ever birthday that they celebrated and it made them feel special.

For the first time in a long time, they felt loved.

But what really made the flood gates open was when they suddenly spotted their mother, Rei Todoroki, standing right in front of the crowd, smiling at them. She looked so beautiful in her kimono and she looked so proud of the two of them.

"Happy birthday, Todoroki twins, happy birthday to youuuu~"

The confetti started raining over them as the crowd began to clap and yell out cheers.

Overwhelmed by the love he was feeling, Shoto bowed his head. His bangs covered his eyes as tears began to flow down his face visibly. His shoulders shook as he quietly sobbed.

Tomomi felt her lips quiver as her own tears fell from her eyes. She almost didn't see their friends surrounding them. Momo placed the crown on top of Tomomi's head while Kirishima placed Shoto's on his head.

"Happy birthday, bro!" Denki cheered, throwing his arm around Shoto's shoulders. "Make a wish, man! It's your special day!"

Shoto quickly wiped his tears away as he finally lifted his head, revealing a smile on his face. The twins smiled at each other before blowing out the candles.

Because Tomomi was so emotional, she nearly froze the candles as a whole but thank god Shoto quickly melted them.

The confetti still rained over them and everyone chanted their names, making them feel even more loved than before. Making this the best day they ever had.

The party continued on through the night. The atmosphere became increasingly gleeful and fun as Tomomi danced with the girls. Spinning around and laughing together.

Midoriya was filming the entire thing with his camcorder, going around the party to ask everyone to give the birthday twins special messages. He planned on editing the video to show them the next day. As apart of his birthday gift to them.

Shoto hung out with the guys by the food table, laughing at some of the jokes and just enjoying the relaxed environment. He had never had this much fun ever and he had every intention on making it last as long as he needed.

The twins ended up finding their mother after a while. Rei sat at the tables with Natsuo, just watching her children have fun when the twins walked over to her, crowns on top of their heads.

"Mom?" Shoto said, standing in front of her and Natsuo. His hand was holding onto Tomomi's hand.

"Shoto, Tomomi." Rei smiled at her two youngest with love in her eyes. "I'm so happy to see you two are having fun."

"We didn't know you would be able to come tonight." Tomomi said, happiness laced into her voice.

"Well, Fuyumi and I pulled some strings to get her here," Natsuo smirked, grabbing his mothers hand. "Turns out, one of the doctors has a thing for our older sister. Guys practically in love with her. It was easy to get his approval."

"You talking about me?" Fuyumi suddenly appeared, walking towards them.

They laughed a little as she and the twins sat down with them at the table. This moment felt very heart warming. Rei felt super happy and her heart was warmed at the sight of her children talking and laughing with each other.

It felt complete. Well......almost complete.

"Hello, Todoroki family," Denki's voice interrupted their chatter.

Everyone looked to see the blonde walking over to them with most of their friends/classmates in tow. It looked like they had something planned.

"Good to see you all are enjoying the festivities," he continued with a mischievous smirk on his face.

That expression made both twins suspicious of him. "What's going on?" Shoto asked, squinting his eyes a little.

"Oh nothing." Kirishima followed along, acting innocent. "We just remembered that every sweet sixteen has to have the big grand finale. And you haven't even opened your presents yet."

"And since this is more like a family gift," Midoriya added, "this gift requires all five of you to follow us outside. Like now."

"Wha-" Natsuo started but was stopped when Kirishima pulled him out of his chair. Making him completely confused.

"What's going on?" Tomomi asked as Momo and Tsu each grabbed her hand, ushering her out of her chair. Mina and Uraraka helped Rei and Fuyumi to their feet.

"Just trust the process, girl." Momo says with a smile. "You'll love it."

Everyone followed the family outside, wondering what was in store for them. The Todoroki family was just as confused as everyone when they were brought to the front of the venue. But that confusion turned to shock when they finally saw their surprise.

Outside waiting for them were three things. Two cars and their oldest brother, Touya Todoroki. He was dressed in a black and red suit, leaning on one of the other cars. Both of which had big red bows on it.

"You really thought I would miss your birthday?" He asked, smiling at his family. "I am hurt you would think that low of me."

"Touya!" Tomomi yelled, picking up her dress and running straight toward him.

Touya opened his arms and caught his baby sister just as she crashed into him. He hugged her just as tightly as she did, allowing her to cry into his chest.

"Hey, this is supposed to be a happy day," Touya chuckled out, pulling away to wipe her tears away. "Look, I even got you two cars."

Suddenly, Shoto ran into his arms, which nearly caught him off guard. But he had fast reflexes. Rei covered her mouth with one hand as tears slid down her face. Fuyumi quickly picked up her dress and follow Natsuo as they ran over to their older brother.

"Alright, Alright!" Touya laughed out as his siblings caught him in a group hug. "I love you all, too."

"You damn jerk!" Natsuo exclaimed, socking him in his shoulder. "You couldn't tell us you were home early from your overseas mission?!"

"That's the point of a surprise, idiot." Touya replied, ruffling his hair. "If I told you, you would have just told mom."

"Wait," Shoto pulled away, noticing the cars behind him. "You got us cars?!"

Both cars were black Maseratis. One was a granturismo convertible and the other was a levante series. Shoto's name was on the license plate of the Levante and Tomomi's was on the Gratursimo.

"I may or may not have lied about that overseas mission." Touya said, grinning innocently. "While I was out of Japan, I wasn't in America for a heroes mission. I was there to get your gifts. Lucky me, they were able to send them here in time for your birthday. So happy sixteenth!"

The twins didn't say anything as they just stood there, in complete awe of the cars in front of them. They recently just got their driver's license and had been wanting to get a car for the longest. But never had the time to do so.

They were fine with sharing a car! Never did they anticipate on having their own cars!

"Go ahead." Touya handed them both keys to their cars. "Go crazy!"

The twins slowly grabbed the car keys, completely stuck in a daze as Touya stood back with his family. Their friends soon circled around them, boasting about how nice the cars were while the party guests expressed their awe with the gifts.

Rei smiled at her oldest as he hugged her gently. "You used your fathers money, didn't you?" She whispered in his ear.

Touya grinned mischievously. Rei knew her oldest son too well. She knew this didn't come without a catch.

"80%." He whispered back. "But I did pay for the express shipping. Besides, they're happy, that's what's important."

Rei rolled her eyes, lightly smacking his chest as he wrapped his arms around her shoulders. The two stood and watch the scene in front of them.

By the time the party was over, Tomomi and the girls all sat on the floor of the stage while the entire venue was now empty. Except for some clean up staffs, sweeping the confetti from the ground and clearing the tables.

All of their heels were off, their legs were covered in their ball gowns as they relaxed their feet with plates of birthday cake in their hands and glasses of sparkling cider all around them.

Mina found an untouched bottle on one of the vacant tables and decided to share it with them.

"Ah~ that was a great!" Hagakure sighed out, resting her head on Tsu's shoulder.

Tomomi had Mina's head on her lap while she leaned into Momo's shoulder. Uraraka was laying on Jirou's lay while she played with her hair a little.

All of their high heels were around them, mixing together in a jumbled up mess.

"Best party ever." Momo agreed, lazily looking at her champagne glass. "Aren't you glad that we decided to throw this party for you?"

"Yeah, I am." Tomomi smiled gratefully at them. "I wanna say thank you all, again, for this. I've never felt this happy ever. And it's all because of you guys."

"You deserve it," Uraraka spoke up, looking at her. "No one should ever miss out on any birthday celebrations. No matter how old they get,"

"She's right," Mina added, poking her nose. "We love you and we will always be there for you."

Tomomi smiled again, so happy to know she made friends like them.

"Aww, this looks so cute." Kirishimas voice caught their attention.

The girls looked to see most of the boys walking towards them. All of them had their blazers off and their ties loosely done.

"Ugh, men." Mina groaned jokingly as she rose up from Tomomi's lap. The girls all laughed.

Kirishima rolled his eyes at his girlfriend, knowing that she didn't mean it. "You know you love us," Denki jested, "Anyways, we're all going out to the beach."

"We're using one of the free bonfire pits, Bakugou's taking some of us to get firewood and snacks." Sero added. "And, Shoto's letting some of us ride in his new car. You girls wanna come with us?"

"You're not sitting up front, dingus." Bakugou grumbled at Sero. "The last time I let you, you nearly fucked up my leather seat with your tape."

"I told you my tape just unravels when I'm nervous!" Sero whined at him. "Kirishima was the one who spooked me with that scary story!"

The girls looked at each other, thinking about it for a second. Before Momo answered for them. "Yeah, we'll go."

"I'll drive some of you, as well." Tomomi stated, sighing softly.

"Great, because Shoto says first come, first served." Denki said, suddenly becoming excited. "And I called shot gun in his new car. He's outside with the rest waiting, so let's go!"

Everyone laughed as the girls all pushed themselves back onto their feet. They picked up their shoes and followed them out.

Bakugou stayed behind with Tomomi, allowing her to circle her arm around his. But not before he unfolded his blazer, placing it on her shoulders to keep her warm. Even though the cold night air won't actually do anything to her.

Tomomi smiled as she leaned her head on his shoulder.

"You look beautiful, babe." Bakugou whispered when he was sure no one else would hear him.

Tomomi paused a little and looked up into his eyes. He looked down at her, a soft smile gracing his lips before he kissed her forehead.

"I love you," she whispered back as they continued exiting the building.

This had been the best birthday the twins have ever had. And they couldn't wait to make more memories like this.
