Lilith can feel her heart racing faster and faster as the second passes, awaiting the moment that the ceremony would start. They were currently inside of the home, waiting until it was Lilith's turn to finally walk down the aisle and all she could do was look nervously out towards the crowd of people that came to attend her special day. She's sure if she gripped her father's arm any tighter that she'd cut off the circulation to it or draw blood.
"Are you nervous?" Her father asked from beside her.
The blonde swallowed the lump in her throat before answering, she was still incredibly nervous about today, but after her discussion with Emmett she was feeling a lot less nervous about it and a tad bit more excited instead, "A little." She told her father.
"A little as in; you don't want to do this and we can turn around and leave, or..."
Lilith gave him a pointed look, "I'm not leaving, papa." She did want to get married to him, that much she knew, she was just nervous about accidentally making a fool of herself on one of the biggest days of her life.
Oliver clicked his tongue, "Can't blame me for trying. My only child is about to get married." He voiced. Time had never slapped him so hard in the face until the moment when Lilith had told him that she and Edward were going to get married; that's when he realised how much time had flown by and how grown up his only child had become, "Don't be nervous. Truth be told, Edward is probably crapping his pants at this very moment from nerves. I know I definitely was on my wedding day." Oliver reminisced and it made Lilith smile as she pictured her parents' wedding day, along with how he tried to calm her nerves, "But, once I saw your mother, the world felt like it was on its axis again and I felt like I could breathe once more. You'll feel the same way."
Before Lilith could react and let his words of advice sink in, the guests all stood up, waiting for Lilith to come out and the nerves all built up once again, "You ready?" Oliver asked her again as he linked his arm with hers.
Lilith nodded while closing her eyes and taking in a deep breath, "Yeah." She answered him, "Just please don't let me fall."
"Never." Oliver said as the two began to walk out towards the grassy aisle. The anxiety was continuing to build up and all she could think about was her falling over onto her face as she walked down the aisle—she would never recover from that—which caused her to clench onto the arm of her father's suit jacket.
She hoped that she looked well enough that she could look back into these memories in admiration and wouldn't change a thing. She even hoped that Edward would think she looked beautiful today and not like a hot mess.
Lilith felt like she couldn't breathe until she finally reached the end of the aisle and she locked eyes with Edward's golden ones. Her father was right about how the world felt like it was back on its axis.
Oliver lead Lilith over towards the the end of the aisle and the blonde grinned widely when she reached Edward's side, letting Oliver kiss her on her head before handing her over towards the vampire and the couple walked towards the minister.
"You look beautiful." Edward murmured to her causing her to blush before turning to the celebrant and Edward doing the same.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we are gathered here on this glorious day to witness the union of Edward Cullen and Lilith Bailey." He began. He quoted a few words from some passages and said more blessings for the couple in front of him before it was time for the vows. He turned to Edward first, "Please repeat after me. I, Edward Cullen..."
Edward turned towards Lilith, "I, Edward Cullen... take you Lilith Bailey, to have and to hold for better or for worse. For richer, or for poorer. In sickness and in health. To love; and to cherish as long as we both shall live." He smiled as he repeated his vows after the minister. There was no way to describe the amount of happiness he was feeling to finally be able to marry the love of his life. The smile on her face that grew with every vow made every terrible thing that they had went through all worth it.
"Lilith, please repeat after me." The minister turned towards Lilith, "I, Lilith Bailey..."
Lilith looked almost shyly as she repeated the vows to Edward, "I, Lilith Bailey, take you, Edward Cullen, to have and to hold, for better or for worse. For richer, or for poorer. In sickness and in health. To love; and to cherish for as long as we both shall live." She repeated and Edward watched the relief spread across her face as she had gotten the vows out without stuttering or messing up.
"Edward, do you take Lilith to be your lawfully wedded wife?" The minter questioned, looking at the vampire, "I do." Edward answered him proudly, mouthing 'I love you' to Lilith afterwards.
The minister turned to Lilith, "Lilith, do you take Edward to be your lawfully wedded husband?" He asked her.
Lilith nodded, "I do." She answered him, mouthing back, 'I love you more' to Edward cheekily.
"Then it is by the power vested in me by the state of Washington, I hereby pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss your bride." The minister announced and Edward instantly leaned forward and kissed Lilith passionately, who let go of his hands to wrap them around his neck, feeling as if they were the only two people in the world while their guests applauded and cheered.
The two pulled away after a moment and faced their guests, Lilith looking out at them all and seeing the pack and her own family, along with the Cullens and her school friends—among many other unfamiliar faces from Edward's side, "Ladies and gentlemen, I present you, for the first time, Mr. and Mrs. Cullen." The minister said and the guests cheered and whistled more, causing Lilith to giggle in happiness while she held up her bouquet of flowers as Edward kissed the top of her head once more.

Later that night, Lilith and Edward stood side by side at their reception as Lilith finally had the chance to admire the decor and the atmosphere that Alice had created. The vampire had most definitely turned Lilith's imagination into real life, and her wedding really did look magical like she had requested.
Bella walked over towards them, "Hey." She greeted and Lilith pulled her into a hug, "I've barely seen you today." She said to the brunette.
"You were a little busy getting married, I didn't want to bother you." Bella nudged Lilith's arm cheekily causing her to blush.
"I really just got married, didn't I?" She whispered in a hush tone, almost shocked that she had really just done it.
"You did, Mrs. Cullen." Bella chuckled with a proud smile on her face. She was happy that Lilith was finally getting a happy ending after everything they had went through.
"Where's Jake?" Lilith asked her as she looked through the crowd of people, trying to find Bella's boyfriend as she hadn't seen him since he was in the seats at the ceremony.
Bella turned and pointed in the distance, "He's over there with Charlie and Billy, trying to stop his dad from running him over for trying to flirt with Sue." She answered as they all looked over at the group when they saw Billy turn and 'accidentally' ran into Charlie's foot, causing the man to jump back a little while Lilith and Bella let out a gasp, "I better go calm down a fire." Bella said before pulling Lilith into another hug, "You look beautiful by the way." She told her friend before walking away.
"How long as Charlie had the hots for Sue?" Lilith asked her new husband.
He chuckled at her bluntness, "Not long, actually. Billy's struggling to come to terms with it."
"Lilith." The couple heard someone call out, and Lilith turned her head to see a striking brunette vampire walk over towards them with her arms out to embrace her, while another man stood behind her and walked towards Edward. Lilith embraced the woman and she gave her the classic European greeting by kissing both her cheeks before looking at her with a bright smile.
The man congratulated Edward and Lilith looked up at him, definitely connecting what Edward had told her about them and seeing its resemblance in her min, "Eleazar and Carmen, right?" She questioned the couple, to which they nodded.
"Yes, these are our cousins from Alaska. This is Tanya and Kate." Edward introduced as he pointed towards the other striking blondes next to Carmen and Eleazar, "They were who I went to visit after when we first met."
Lilith made a noise of realisation, remembering when Edward disappeared for two weeks after they had first met. Kate, the taller blonde woman with straight hair smiled, "We've heard so much about you." She told Lilith.
"Only good things, I hope." Lilith chuckled to Kate, wondering what Edward had told them about her when they first met.
"Of course, this guy was astounded by you and wouldn't stop talking like you were a goddess." Tanya added onto the conversation and Lilith looked up at Edward who looked slightly embarrassed, she was sure if he could; Edward would be blushing in that moment.
"We just wanted to say welcome to the family." Eleazar said as he leaned forward from behind his mate.
"Bienvenida." Carmen added on happily.
Lilith's eyes softened, her heart warming at how openly they welcomed her into their family without personally knowing her, "Thank you."
Carmen then turned behind her, "Irina." She called out, and that was when Lilith noticed the other woman that was standing behind Tanya and Kate, not too far away from them. It was clear that she was related to the other two blondes, "Come meet Lilith."
The woman, Irina, looked in between her coven with a look of fear and sadness as she walked over towards them, "I can't do this." She told them.
"You promised." Tanya reminded her sister sternly.
"They invited them." Irina said, keeping her eyes on the pack behind them angrily.
Edward looked into Irina's mind, seeing what she was referring to and why she had so much hatred towards them, "Irina, they're out friends. They're practically family to Lilith." He told her.
"They killed Laurent." Irina spat and Lilith let out a small gasp. She was Laurent's mate? She hadn't even known that he had one from the way he had acted so independently. Lilith thought he only had loyalty to Victoria from when he tried to kill her.
"He tried to kill Lilith." Edward told Irina, remembering seeing the memory in one of Lilith's nightmares along with hearing about it from the wolves.
Irina took a step forward toward him and Lilith, "I don't believe that." She said, "He wanted to be like us. To live in peace with humans. With me."
"I'm sorry, Irina." Lilith whispered, "I didn't want any of that to happen." She admitted to her. She didn't want anyone to get hurt, and she definitely didn't want to die either. But, it seemed as if Laurent had either lied to her about what he wanted to be able to find solace within the Denali coven, or he still had debts to pay from Victoria. Either way, Laurent had tried to kill her and he was unfortunately no longer alive. But, it always did confuse Lilith as to why he would try to help them and then try to kill her.
Irina shook her head before turning around and walking away angrily while her sisters and the other coven members let out a sigh, "Uh... let's not monopolise the bride." Eleazar said awkwardly to the other Denali members as he clasped his hands together, "Congratulations." He said to Lilith and Edward as he grabbed onto his mate's hand.
"Thank you." Lilith responded appreciatively to Eleazar.
"Sorry." Tanya mumbled with a empathetic smile on her face as she slowly walked away, grabbing onto Kate's arm as they went to follow after their sister. She had felt badly that Irina had almost ruined a good moment for all of them, along with someone's wedding by bringing up the past.
Edward watched as they all walked away, pulling his wife closer towards his side, "Well, what's a wedding without some family drama?" He thought out loud jokingly, causing Lilith to chuckle.
"Yeah." Lilith responded as she leaned up and kissed his jaw, "I guess I better get used to it all for a little while." Irina and Lilith would have plenty of time to actually get to know each other and move passed the unfortunate moment of Laurent's death in the future, and Lilith would just have to get used to receiving the cold shoulder from her for a while until she warmed up to her.
"Lilith, hey!" Tyler called out as he walked over towards the newlyweds. Lilith ran over to him and hugged him, "You know, when I said to forgive Edward, I didn't think you would take it as to marry him."
Lilith rolled her eyes at him, "Well, you know me, I get confused by other people's advice. I thought that's what you meant." She joked and both Tyler and Edward laughed at her.
"No, but seriously, I'm happy you're happy." Tyler said to her, "Congrats, guys."
Emmett tapped onto the microphone, "Excuse me?" He called out and Lilith, Edward and Tyler; along with the other wedding guests made their way over towards the assigned tables for the speeches, "Is this thing on?" He continued, "Um, hello?" He asked and Lilith looked over as Rosalie let out a loud wolf whistle at him, causing both Emmett and Lilith to chuckle.
Lilith leaned over to Edward, "Who decided it would be a good idea to let Emmett start off the speeches?" She asked him.
"He insisted doing it, but, I'm beginning to sense that I'm going to regret agreeing to it." Edward responded quietly, but, loud enough for Emmett to hear him and send him a glare.
"I'd like to propose a toast. To my new sister." Emmett stated as he held up his champagne glass, the other guests holding up their glasses also, "Lilith, I hope you've gotten enough sleep these last eighteen years. Because you won't be getting any more for a while." He added on with a chuckle.
Lilith covered her mouth and stifled and awkward laugh as there was complete silence throughout their guests. Lilith looked over as her dad—and even Charlie—downed their champagne. She knew Oliver drank because he knew that it was about Lilith becoming a vampire, but, Charlie thought it had something to do with sex, which made it all the more awkwardly funny to her, "And there's why." Edward commented and Lilith let out another chuckle at him.
Lilith watched as Angela and Jessica walked over towards the microphone next to say their speech, and she smiled at them wondering what they were going to say.
"Lilith was just like everyone else, totally mesmerised by Edward, or 'The Hair' as I call him." Jessica started and the guests let out a small chuckle while Lilith looked over at Edward to see if it was true, biting back a smile as he shrugged and confirmed that she did in fact call him that in her mind, "And it was so heartwarming to see that he was equally as mesmerised by her too."
"It was amazing to see how our friend opened her heart to someone we all knew she would love immensely; and to someone who would love her the same." Angela continued the speech, "We all knew that there was no couple more perfect for each other than Lilith and Edward, and we're all so happy to see that you guys are getting a happy ending. We wish you a long and happy life together, because you deserve it. Congratulations."
Lilith held a hand over her heart at then, wishing she could run over and hug them tightly for their words, but, the girls held up their drinks and Lilith held up hers before taking a small sip of her champagne.
Bella waited patiently for her turn to go up and speak after her friends and walked over towards the microphone nervously, Lilith sent her an encouraging thumbs up towards her friend knowing she was most likely nervous out public speaking. Bella looked over at her and sent her a smile before speaking, "Um... I'll never forget the relief I felt on my first day at school when I found out there was going to be another new girl. We didn't know each other long, but, we connected like we had known each other for years. She didn't care that I was introverted or awkward, she treated me like a close friend from the beginning, and I could never thank her enough for it because she helped me open up out of my shell. Lilith has been there for me during times that I never knew I needed her, and I'll never forget that. Despite our differences, she's my best friend, and a friend for life. I would also like to congratulate her and Edward for making it to the end, and wish you a happy marriage."
The audience clapped, especially Lilith as she walked her friend walk off of the stage and back over to her table.
More speeches went on, including her parents, some of the pack boys—who were a little too tipsy to be making speeches—and Charlie even came up to the microphone and practically threatened Edward to keep Lilith safe and happy, which she saw Bella place her head in her hands in embarrassment while Edward laughed.
Alice came up and talked about how they would have many shopping trips and be able to continue being as close as they were. Rose came up and talked about how excited she was to officially have another sister in the family; especially one like Lilith. Jasper came up and talked highly of Lilith and how Edward punching up above his weight which caused majority of the guests to laugh, and Carlisle even came up and said he was happy to welcome Lilith into the family also even though he's considered her apart of the family for a long time now.
Esme walked over to the stage and Lilith looked over at her, excited to see what she would say because Esme always spoke from the heart, "I would like to thank Oliver and Sierra for bringing such a wonderful person into the world and into our lives. We will cherish her and protect her forever." Sierra and Oliver both held up their glasses to Esme and Carlisle, knowing their words were a true promise and that they would look after Lilith as a vampire when they passed on.
Edward kissed Lilith's head and stood up, making her look confused as he walked over towards the microphone as she didn't know he was going to make a speech.
"It's an extraordinary thing to meet someone you can bare your soul to. And who will accept you for what you are." Edward started and Lilith immediately reached over to grab onto a napkin to dab away the small tears that had brimmed in her eyes as she saw how the Cullens instinctively reached or looked at their mate. Edward let out a small scoff, "I've been waiting... for what seems like a very long time, to get beyond what I am. And with Lilith, I feel like I can finally begin." He stated and Lilith mouthed 'I love you' at him once more, causing him to smirk and hold up his champagne glass, "So, I'd like to propose a toast to my beautiful bride." Lilith looked down and blushed as she grabbed her glass and held it up, keeping her eyes on him as he did with her, "No measure of time with you will be long enough. But, let's start with forever."
"Forever." Lilith agreed and took a sip of her glass.
