SYNOPSIS!

scout byrne had been obsessed with the flash since the speedster had made his debut as central city's resident superhero. this fascination had led to the creation of her blog, flash news, which since then had gained a large following. scout prided herself in her blog, it was her biggest achievement in her life so far. after a violent meta attack on the city that brings scout toe-to-toe with the scarlet speedster himself, who knows what will ensue?

NOTES ON SCOUT!

⤷ scout is a huge comic nerd, she almost fainted when her city gained a superhero of its own.
⤷ she is a very optimistic person, she smiles a lot and is quick to see the bright side of bad situations.
⤷ scout always sees the best in people and this can be a weakness, but she would rather be a good person and get hurt than be a bad person at all.
⤷ she can be somewhat hyperactive and childlike, her unparalleled curiosity is often compared to that of a child's.
⤷ scout likes asking questions, not to be purposely intrusive or doubtful, but because she likes knowing things.
⤷ sometimes scout can be pushy and nosey, not realising when she's taking her questions a little too far to the point where people feel as though they're being interrogated.
⤷ she can be quite oblivious to things, like when people are hinting at something through body language or facial expressions and such.
⤷ scout doesn't have many friends as most people can't stand her inquisitive nature.
⤷ she is quite emotional and gets upset quite easily, she doesn't like being shouted or snapped at and often cries when she doesn't want to.
⤷ she has a very large vocabulary and people tell her she has a way with words, she speaks almost poetically.
⤷ scout's blog is often her escape from the world she views as too negative, it's one of the reasons she updates it so often. if not with news then with theories as such or appreciation of the flash's good work for the city.
⤷ scout is positive and helpful, she's the kind of person to help old people across the road or lend people a hand carrying their groceries.

i adore this plot with all my heart and that's one of the reasons there is so many details, there isn't many changeable ideas because i like it so much as it is. please request this plot if you think that it's something you would consider writing, or ask for things to be changed and we'll see what i can do angels!
