(t/w: sexual assault)
Suddenly—the driver's door is open—an arm reaches in, yanks Marty out, and Marty finds himself face to face with Biff. Match, 3-D, and Skinhead are with him. "You and your bird caused $3,000 worth of damage to my car, you son-of-a-bitch. And I'm gonna take it out on your ass...hold him guys." Biff shoves him roughly into the arms of Skinhead. Marty struggles, but Match and Skinhead grab him and restrain him. "Let go of him! Leave him alone, Biff! You're drunk!" Lorraines' voice comes from the car—making Biff finally realize it's her.
"Well, lookee what we have here. Maybe I'll take it out on your ass..." She lunges at her door to escape—but Biff grabs her and climbs into the car. "Oh no, you're stayin' right here with me." Biff pulls her towards him. "Get your hands off her, you bastard!" Marty exclaims. Biff leers at him. "I'll take care of you after I take care of her." Biff says before looking at his boys, "Take him around back. I'll be there in a minute. Go on! This ain't no peepshow!" They drag Marty away.
Biff shuts the car door and tries to kiss Lorraine. She struggles. All anyone can see from the outside of the car is a tussling of arms and legs—along with Lorraine's muffled screams.

As Darleen exits the school bathroom—having struggled with her dress for around ten minutes—she heads back to the gym, looking for George. She soon realizes he isn't there and looks at the clock, seeing that it's past 9 o'clock. She instantly dashes outside.
——
She looks around before noticing someone in a phone booth banging on it from the inside. She goes over, seeing that it's George. Darleen pulls the broom stick from the handle and opens the door. George gives her a quick hug, "Thank you! I thought I was gonna die in there." He takes a breath of fresh air before realizing the situation. Darleen grabs him by the shoulders, "What happened?" George shakes his head, "It doesn't matter I just gotta go through with the plan." Darleen shakes her head with a smile, "Go get her tiger."
——
George walks through the parking lot before spotting the car. He puts on his act. Darleen stands nearby, hoping it goes smoothly. George adjusts his pants—he walks like John Wayne towards the car. He opens the door, "Hey, you! Get your damn hands—uh oh!" George realizes he is now facing Biff and not Marty. His confidence is wiped away. "I think you got the wrong car, McFly." Biff says before Lorraine speaks, "George, help me!" George doesn't know what to do—he stares dumbfounded. "Just close the door, McFly and walk away." Biff orders.
He hesitates. He looks at Lorraine who looks back at him with pleading eyes. He looks back at Biff. "Are you deaf, McFly? Close the door, and beat it!" George looks back at Lorraine, she looks helpless. George takes a deep breath, "No, you leave her alone." Biff starts to get angry, "All right, McFly. You had your chance, now I'm gonna teach you a lesson." Biff gets out of the car and grabs Georges' arm. George tries to fight back—but his lame punch is ineffectual. Biff twists Georges' arm. George grimaces.
Darleen stares at the scene in horror. Marty runs up next to her. Biff twists Georges' arm harder, "Stop it, Biff! You'll break his arm!" She tries to pull him away only to get pushed down by Biff. He laughs. Georges' expression immediately goes from pain to rage—intense rage—and George lets go with a tremendous left hook—smack into Biffs' face. Biff hits the ground—out cold. George can't believe it, he looks at his fist before looking down at Biff—he grins. "Oh, George—you were wonderful!" Lorraine looks at him with adoring eyes. Marty can't believe it either—he looks at Darleen and sees her smiling at George and Lorraine embracing.
A few bystanders watch from nearby. Marty wraps his arm around Darleen's waist, she smiles up at him. "Sorry I didn't tell you earlier, but—you look beautiful in that dress." Marty says as he looks back at her. Darleen places a soft kiss on Marty's chin, "Why thank you—you do look rather handsome tonight yourself." George and Lorraine make their way back to school.
——
George and Lorraine go up the front steps. Marty and Darleen watch from a safe distance away. Just as they're about to go in, Lorraine sees Marty and Darleen before smiling at them—the two of them smile back. Marty pulls out the snapshot—Linda is fully gone leaving Marty to be the only one in the picture. A flash of thunder sounds over them. Darleen looks at Marty with concern, he looks at her, "I'll be right back, make sure they stay together." He points at his future parents before kissing Darleen. He runs off, leaving Darleen alone to walk back into the school.
——
Darleen stands near George and Lorraine as they dance to the Starlighters rendition of "Earth Angel," with Marty on guitar. Marty looks at his future parents before looking back at the snapshot—which is stuck with gum to the guitar—it hasn't changed and he starts to feel nervous. George and Lorraine stare at each other as they dance, George starts to feel unsure. "Aren't you gonna kiss me George?" Lorraine asks softly. "Well..uh..I don't know." George replies before Dixon cuts in.
"Beat it McFly—I'm cuttin' in." He pushes George out of the way—back to Darleen. Marty panics, his image starts to fade. He starts to play the wrong notes. Darleen pushes George out of her arms, "Go back to her." She orders. Marty can't play the guitar anymore, the drummer notices this. "Hey, man—what's wrong?" Marty looks at him, "I can't play! I don't know how to play the guitar!" He starts turning pale. He can barely stand. Darleen looks in horror from afar. "I don't feel so good." Marty holds his hand up to his face and it seems to start fading from existence.
Darleen covers her mouth in horror. The band keeps playing. Darleen walks to George, "Go get her back." George nods, he strides over to them with determination, "Excuse me." He yanks Dixon from Lorraine before he takes her back into his arms and kisses her. Marty pops back up—the color returned back to his face—and he's full of energy. Darleen laughs in relief as she watches him. Marty holds out his hand—and it's back to normal. Darleen smiles at him, "This is great." She mouths to him which only makes him smile as he plays the guitar.
