[Seven] - [Jungkook]
Can she truly maintain a physical connection without it evolving into emotional attachment? When Jay countered with that question, Sora found herself unable to respond immediately. Nevertheless, he persisted, and she wished he hadn't. She yearned for him to keep his silence, but he insisted on bringing it back .
"Besides, weren't you the one who was asking for it last time?" he taunted, taking a step closer, towering over her as she averted her gaze to the floor.
"I was drunk."
Her only justification, and she knew even that reason wasn't sufficient to justify her actions.
"Drunk words are sober thoughts, Sora." Jay lifted his hand, his finger under her chin, making her lift her head to look at him.
His thumb brushed her lower lip, and if only she knew how difficult it was for Jay to restrain himself from ravaging those plump, sweet lips of hers.
But not a second after she averted her gaze, Jay made her look back at him. She was surprised when he leaned in, closing the gap between them and capturing her lips with his. She felt him take a step forward, making her take a step back until she felt a wall behind her, and she realized she had been kissing him back.
The kiss didn't last long, at least not as long as she expected it to be, as Jay leaned back, his eyes locked on hers, strands of hair falling on the side of his face, and his breath warm with a flushed face.
"Sora," he began, his arm resting against the wall beside her, the other still cradling her chin. "Give me your answer. Is it a yes or a no? That way, I can still pull back if it's a no."
Leaning in, their foreheads almost touching, she caught a whiff of his minty breath. "A physical attachment without emotional strings – I can manage it. Can you, Sora?"
Staring into his eyes, for a moment, her own reflection mirrored back at her. Then, she encircled her arms around him, and Jay lowered his hand from her chin, watching for her next move.
What happened next was part expected and part surprise for Jay. It wasn't like he anticipated this exact response, so it took a moment to sink in. As Sora's lips met his, he responded after a beat, his hand gently winding around her waist. Adjusting his knee, he subtly encouraged her to part her legs, intensifying the connection.
The kiss grew fervent, tongues dancing, and when the need for air surfaced, she pulled away.
"So, it's a yes," Jay said, his voice dropping in tone, and she nodded, resting against the wall.
After a beat, Jay's lips found her neck, and she involuntarily tilted her chin upward, offering more access as he marked her skin with tender bites, stirring a sensation she seldom experienced toward anyone.
"This is so wrong," Sora muttered, lifting her hand to her hair, brushing it back before gripping it. "Unethical workplace behavior, in so many ways..." she trailed off, biting her lower lip when she felt Jay's teeth graze that spot on her neck before he nibbled lightly on the skin and bit it.
He leaned back, looking at her, his eyes clouded in lust, his breath heavy. "For heaven's sake, can you not think about work for a second?"
It happened so suddenly that she couldn't think right away; Jay swept her off her feet and carried her. He carried her as if she weighed like feathers, walking to his room before placing her down on the bed, her back hitting the comforter, while Jay stood in front, his knees propped on the bed.
"For fuck's sake stop talking about work," he ordered. "As of now, I'm not your patient. You're no longer my therapist."
He lifted his shirt, revealing a physique she hadn't fully appreciated before. She couldn't help but touch his body, but Jay intercepted her hand before leaning in, propping his arm on the bed for support.
"Starting now," he declared. "You're mine, and I want to hear you say my name. Say it, Sora."
It felt like a spell, an enchantment weaving around her, making her yield.
"Jay."
"That's right," he affirmed, his hand slipping underneath her blouse, tracing her waist. "That's the name I want to hear."
Sora looked down as Jay licked his lips before flicking his gaze back at her, nibbling on her bud. His lips curved into a smirk before he gently pushed her back down.
"It's delightful," he remarked. "Having you beneath me, tousled but so... undeniably beautiful."
Her hair scattered around, she'd never felt so exposed. Vulnerability hung in the air, and Jay sensed it.
"Is this your first time?" He asked to confirm.
"What if it is?"
Leaning closer, he whispered in her ear. "Then I suppose I'll have to be gentle with you."
She couldn't fathom why, but Jay's voice became more hoarse and low, causing that electrifying sensation again. This time, concentration was even harder to maintain. His bare chest pressed against hers before Jay leaned back, his eyes tracing down her body. His hand explored her skin, fingers gently tracing along her side, eliciting a ticklish sensation.
"Weird," she muttered, her hips involuntarily moving. "It feels weird..."
"You're not feeling weird, you're feeling good, Sora," Jay assured.
Her skin burned, and an electric tingling persisted within her. Initially odd, Jay's reassurance began to ring true. That peculiar sensation transformed into something undeniably pleasurable.
"How was it, Sora?"
"It's..." she breathed in and out, attempting to calm her racing heart as she searched for words. Eventually, she settled on a single word as her eyes glanced away. "...good, I guess?"
"Just good?" Jay inquired, his face flushed and sweat glistening on his chest.
"Better?" she mumbled before shaking her head. "No, it shouldn't be better. I have nothing to compare it with."
On the other hand, Jay's history was a mystery. She had no idea how many women he had been with, but she knew she wasn't the first.
"I was being soft and gentle with you, Sora," he suddenly said, pushing her down again, her back meeting the bed. "I haven't shown you my hard and rough side."
"But we just did it," she said, unsure if she could go for another round, feeling the soreness between her thighs. "I know you have a lot of stamina, but I don't."
She thought she heard him chuckle until he stood up, covering her bare body. Then he returned from the bathroom with a watery towel, gently cleaning her body.
"I thought aftercare was only for making love, not quick sex."
"Does that make any difference? I just want your first time to be a good one. I'll go wash up first."
He took a short, lukewarm shower, aiming to wash away the sweat and fluids on his body. However, he disliked the fact that Sora's scent, which lingered on him, also vanished. He found her scent somewhat intoxicating.
When he finished cleaning up, Jay stopped by the mirror and noticed the red marks on his arm and back from her nails digging into his skin earlier. He examined them, contemplating how he could let her scratch his whole body, leaving nasty scars and marks, and she'd be the only person whom he'd allow to get away with it.
After inspecting the scratches, he returned to her room, finding her already in a deep sleep. Approaching the bed, Jay observed her peaceful slumber.
"She must have been exhausted," he murmured, noticing her slight movement before he retrieved some clothes from her closet. Her brother occasionally left clothes here, as she had mentioned.
Upon returning, he sat on the bed, pulling out a cigarette tin and a lighter. Igniting a black devil cigarette, he took a puff. Despite his preference for regular cigarettes, he had switched to this type because she disliked the strong scent of nicotine and tobacco, linked to unpleasant memories.
Before long, the room filled with the aroma of vanilla and chocolate. Jay had adopted this cigarette for sessions at his place since she didn't appreciate the typical scent.
Not that he planned to quit smoking; he indulged occasionally to clear his mind or take a breather.
As he sensed her stirring in her sleep, he looked back to find her waking up.
"I thought I smelled chocolate and vanilla," Sora mumbled, her eyes fixating on the black stick between Jay's fingers. "Is that a cigarette?"
"Yes. Did I wake you up?" he inquired, and she shook her head before sitting up.
"Why did you lie to me and say that I was your first kiss?"
"Because you are?"
"Don't lie to me; you're too good at this stuff to be considered a first-timer," she asserted, fixing him with a stern look.
"You're right; it's not my first time. But I consider you my first kiss... why? Well, because I finally felt something."
"I'll wash up," Jay watched her bare back as she headed to the bathroom. And he thought to himself, if this wasn't her first time, he'd do it again right then and there.
