Abhi's POV

Time to reveal it 🤭

Around 6 pm everyone had started arriving. From family to the team everyone was here. Only close friends and family was here to celebrate our special day. The news had still not settled within me that Kyra was pregnant. Of course it was not planned so I was a little nervous but at the same time I was on top of the world. Some might feel it was a little early when it was not. We both had grown along with this relation and we're at a stage where we understood each other like no one else. Of course we had our ups and downs , but that is life and it was the perfect time for this. We both were stable in our careers and at a good stage in our married life also.

Coming back to present, all had arrived and we're wishing us for our day. I was by Kyra's side throughout who looked absolutely stunning in her beige color saree with a low bun. I was adamant on not allowing her to wear saree but who can win against his wife. She had decided to keep an indian theme instead of regular western parties. And we boys were in our regular suits.

Talking about random topics, we all moved towards the dining table. While everyone was constantly chatting, Aisha asked me through her eyes when we're we announcing. We had decided to announce it now as we all had our dinner, so I stood up and started clinging my glass to gain everyone's attention.

"Helllllooo people. Stop talking and listen. There are some boxes next to you all and my dear team mates, you all have only one box as we could only arrange one in this short time. So take that and open it at the count of 3 okay"

Everyone brought their boxes on the table and "1, 2 and 3"

The first one to open the boxes were our parents while my extended family was still fighting who will open the box. While I was seeing them, I heard a loud squeal which was by none other than our moms. Both of them just asked Kyra "Really !!!!!" All Kyra could do was nod her head and both our mom started jumping and hugging each other along with our dad. On the other side our friends who were to be promoted to uncles and aunts had finally unwrapped the box but had not opened the box. The only one who had a neutral face was of course Aisha who already knew everything.

The team opened the box and read what was written. And what followed next was howling, shouting and hugging. All girls had surrounded Kyra while boys were around me obviously teasing us. After a good amount of teasing and embarrassing us, Mahi Bhai asked everyone to stop and have the dinner. And that's how the night continued.
