I opened my eyes to see the dark ceiling. I shouldn't be here, I thought to myself. I cover my eyes with my hand wanting it all to go away. It hurts too much...

Yili got up to look at his new body. He wasn't really reincarnated. He was just a soul occupying this body. For twenty two years Yili was in agony of pain. The feeling of regret pained him to his very core. The demons manipulated and controlled him.

"Please make sure to take your meds." The nurse said as she handed him a pill. The twelve year boy shook his head, "I don't want it."

The nurse sighed and smiled, "Yili if you take the pill the sooner you'll be able to get out of this place."

Yili nodded and took his pill. The nurse smiled before bending down to Yili's height. "Do you want a treat?" He smiles a little and nods again.

Yili laid in bed feeling dead although he was very much alive. I thought that I could escape... but why? Why did I have to meet you again Yibo.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. "Jianyu! I know you're in there! I can see your car out in the front." Yili's eyes widened. It was Yibo. He can't see me like this. The house was a mess. Yili couldn't let Yibo see him like this. Much to Yibo's efforts Yili refused to open the door. After while Yibo had given up and returned back to his own home.

"I tried talking to him but going to his house but he didn't open the door." Yibo said feeling frustrated. "I think something is wrong." Yibo confessed, "why do you think so?" Xiao Zhan asked as he washed the plates. "I don't know but I have a bad feeling about this."

Now it was serious. Well for a moment it was.

Xiao Zhan chuckled, "you silly idiot. Jianyu probably doesn't feel well and just doesn't want any human contact right now. Give him space and time. Eventually he'll reach out sooner or later." Xiao Zhan reassures Yibo and goes back to washing the dishes.

"If you say so..."

It had already been Friday and no sign of Jianyu anywhere. Yibo who couldn't put off this terrible feeling brewing inside him decided to go back to Jianyu's house but with Xiao Zhan this time.

Yibo knocks and calls for Jianyu but it was no use. He grabs the door knob and twist it. Suddenly the door opens. "What the hell...?" Xiao Zhan whispers utter his breath as they both walk in to the dark and messy house.

"Jianyu! Are you here?" Yibo calls our but there was no response. All of the sudden a lamp was thrown across the room. Yibo screams and holds onto Xiao Zhan who was also startled. "We have to go." Xiao Zhan says and quickly turns around to open the door but it wouldn't budge.

"God damnit did that dumbass perform a demon ritual in here!?" Xiao Zhan tries to open the door but no matter how hard he slammed or twist the door knob it wouldn't work. Soon Yibo starts crying as random screams could be heard with things being thrown around. Yibo suddenly turns around to see a black figure flying towards them.

Yibo scream desperately as he pleads for everything to stop. Suddenly as the figure got closer a bright light glowed and explodes. Soon the tormenting screams faded away and everything stopped. Finally Xiao Zhan was able to open the door. The two had witnessed the bright light and everything else but didn't have time to question it.

They ran as fast as they could to their car and drove off.

Meanwhile Yili stared out his window with teary eyes. "I'm sorry."

The black figure appears behind him and places it's hand on his shoulder before it laughs evilly, "they may have gotten away but soon you will have to kill them."

Yili closes his eyes in anger and yells, "leave me alone!!" The black figure only laughs more before vanishing away.

"W-was that a ghost or demon." Yibo asked scared as the two entered their home. Xiao Zhan who was also as terrified speaks, "I-I don't know but that house is definitely haunted." He closes the door and quickly goes to turn every single light on in the house.

Yibo holds onto Xiao Zhan's arm, "let's sleep in your room tonight."

Later the two were in bed. "Did you see that light?" Xiao Zhan asked.

"Y-yeah"
