Third-person pov

"Why didn't you tell me if you knew he loved me all along?" Asked ginny to Hermione.

Currently, they're in the library, their usual spot.

"Well, you didn't tell me that he confessed to you so I'm calling it even" argued Hermione.

"Touché!" Ginny grinned. "So, everyone knew except for Kathy and me" Hermione nodded. "Along with sirius" she added.

Hermione smiled "we knew from the beginning of the year. But harry just told me yesterday about this newly formed love triangle"

"Love triangle?"

"You know between you, Harry and Kathy. I know somehow you would end up falling for harry but Kathy? I didn't see this coming at all"

"Yeah, that was completely unexpected. Wait, how do you know I'll fall for harry? Even I didn't know" retorted ginny.

"I'm a know-it-all for a reason" she winked. "Anyway, how are things between Harry and you?"

"Fine, I guess"

"You guess?"

Ginny wasn't sure about where this conversation is leading and she never had any relationship talk with her friends neither in the past. Though with Hermione, she knew she could trust her and open up.

"I'm not sure, mione. He spends most of his time with Kathy even though I'm the one who told him to do so, I couldn't take it. After knowing how Kathy feels for harry, I could have my insecurities right? It's not like I don't trust Harry, it's just...I...I want to spend my time with him...almost every minute" ginny breathed finally.

"Wow ginny, I didn't know you love him this much. That's super cute." Mione giggled goofily.

Ginny rolled her eyes. "Mione, the point!?"

"Oh yeah, I understand you, though Kathy's our friend, friends do have insecurities for each other especially when it comes to their boyfriends" mione winked again.

Ginny stared at Hermione with a stunned expression "you're not Hermione! What have you done to her?"

Hermione laughed "come on, I'm not just the bookworm."

Ginny nodded. "I just feel bad, mione. For pushing harry away and it feels like I'm hiding something big behind my best friend. It's like betraying her and if she finds all this out, I could never face her"

"No, ginny. You are relinquishing your love for your friendship. I see very few people do that and I'm so proud of you. And harry understands you, he'd never let you go or ruin your friendship with Kathy" she gently squeezed ginny's hand in assurance.

"Thanks, mione."

"Sooo, did you guys kiss?" Asked Hermione, her eyes beaming with excitement.

"No no, I'm not telling you that" ginny smirked.

"C'mon, ginny, Harry didn't tell me what exactly happened, please. I kept asking this question to ron too many times that he got tired of it and had to snog me senseless to shut me up" Hermione turned bright red after realising what she just said.

Ginny burst into laughter. Thankfully, they are under a silencing spell around.

After some time,

"Hey, Hermione" Greeted harry as he sat next to ginny.

"Oh hey, harry. What brings you to the library?...ginny?" She teased him.

He blushed a bit and looked at ginny who is busy scribbling something in her notes. Though he's sure she's listening to everything "No, mione. Why would I come for someone who's ignoring me so badly?" He eyed ginny.

Ginny's quill halted instantly but she didn't look up.

"She's ignoring you? why?" Asked Hermione with concern.

"I don't know" harry shrugged as he leaned back into a more cosy position. "Ask her"

"Ginny?" Mione asked sternly.

"I wasn't" ginny protested. "He's imagining stuff" she glared at harry. "He's too busy with other things anyway"

"Busy with what?" Retorted harry.

"I don't know and I don't care. Why don't you go back to Kathy? uh?"
Shit! Ginny regrets mentioning Kathy.

Harry is stunned. But his expression slowly turned into a smirk as he realised ginny is jealous of Kathy.

"Umm, where's ron?" Hermione broke the silence.

"I don't know. I'm with Kathy all along, we are just hanging out" he told mione more like teased ginny as he pressed the word 'just'.

Hermione held back a grin at harry's behaviour. "Okay, I'll find him then. See you guys later" she winked at Harry one last time and walked away.

"Why don't you go back and do your just hanging out thingy and leave me alone" snapped ginny.

He laughed. " I could never do that. I was just fooling around, gin. I wasn't with Kathy, I was with ron in the heads dorm. She's elsewhere." He explained. "I wanted to see how cute you look when you get jealous" ginny redden "...and blush"

"I'm not jealous" she muttered.

Harry took this as a cue and stooped closer to her. He wrapped his hands around her waist sideways and rested his head on her shoulder.

"What the hell are you doing?" Ginny gasped.

"Just what boyfriends and girlfriends do" he snuggled more close to her.

"But we're not-"

"I know, I know. Still, I'm not letting you go" he whispered huskily in ginny's ear. She felt chills flaring up her neck as she felt his warm breath on her.

"Never let me go" she warned.

"Never" he murmured. He leaned so he could press his lips to Ginny's neck.
Ginny stiffened at this sudden contact but instantly lost in herself as harry placed multiple kisses on her neck and collarbone.

"As much as I wanted to continue this, we're in a library" he smirked as ginny groaned when he stopped. He still has his arms around her and ginny leaned into him.

"Such a tease" ginny muttered.

"Gin?"

"Mmm?"

"Yesterday, who was that bloke in potions class? He was acting as he knows you or something?"

Ginny grinned. "Look who's jealous now"

"I am jealous. Now, tell me" his voice suddenly changed seriously.

"He said that he wrote me a letter asking me out for last week's hogsmeade trip. God! He was so annoying, such a flirt" ginny hissed.

"Tell me his name. He's so dead" Harry gritted his teeth and clenched his fist.

"No, Harry. I handled it"

"How? Still, he needs to know his place" harry's hand on ginny's waist tighten in a possessive way.

Ginny likes this side of him. "I told him that I have a boyfriend and I don't want to see his ass kicked"

Harry laughed. "Oh, you have a boyfriend?" He poked fun of her.

Ginny decided to play along. "I don't know, you tell me" she teased back.

"You do, a very jealous and possessive boyfriend. He can't be your boyfriend at present but he loves you too much and will always wait for you" he snuggled tighter burying his face in her neck.

Ginny smiled with affection. "Getting a little emotional now, are we?"

"Mmm, love you" he mumbled enjoying her scent.

Ginny was about to say something when they heard-

"Oh, shit!"

Harry's eyes widened as he let go of her and perked up and so did ginny.

"Ginny?"

"Draco!?"

"Malfoy!?"

Gosh! Why am I getting bored of my own book *sigh* Does anyone feel like this or is it just me?
I promised myself that I will complete this story and yes I will.
