Third Person's P.O.V.:

It was Friday of May 2021 and Kang Seul walked alone out in the field of her school when she sees her mother's car stop infront of the school with their driver walking out of the car waiting for her there and she was about to run her way there when a familiar voice called out for her making her stop on her tracks and turmn around to see her bestfriend Suhyeok running up to her.

"Yah!,I told you to always wait for me"Suhyeok says panting as he placed his hands on his knees trying to catch his breathe

"Eomma and I are going somewhere important so I was in a rush"Kang Seul says not mentioning the doctor's appointment not wanting to worry Suhyeok since its probably nothing.

"You won't take Yohan with you?"Suhyeok asked suspiciously since Yohan is always with Kang Seul especially when they go out with their mom who always cherish family time since Kang Seul and Yohan's parents' are always busy and he remembered Kang Seul complaining how their mom always nag them about the importance of family bonding when they almost spend none.

"Uhhh Eomma said she wants some girl time with her daughter?" Kang Seul answered which came out more of a question and she internally cringes and hopes that Suhyeok won't detect her lie and she sighs in relief as Suhyeok nodded standing straight

"Okay but can you meet me in the rooftop tomorrow?"Suhyeok asked Kang Seul as his confident aura shifted to a nervous one making Kang Seul smile on how adorable he looks when he's nervous.

"You do know that I can't fight because--"Kang Seul jokingly starts but Suhyeok cuts her off

"you bleed excessively when you get a cut because you have Hemophilia and you also have horrible asthama and--"Suhyeok started listing all of her disorders making Kang Seul playfully glare at him as she hit him in the arm before internally nodding proudly as her heart flutters on how much he pays attention to her

[Hemophilia is a rare disorder in which the blood doesn't clot in the typical way because it doesn't have enough blood-clotting proteins (clotting factors). If you have hemophilia, you might bleed for a longer time after an injury than you would if your blood clotted properly]

"Its not my fault I was born with this immune system"Kang Seul says as Suhyeok nodded patting her on the head softly.

"besides I'm not trying to fight you!Why would I intentionally do something that will hurt you!--you're too precious to be harmed anyway"Suhyeok added whispering the last part so Kang Seul didn't hear it as she shruggs it off.

"Fine I'll meet you and hang out with you tomorrow even though I hate you so much"Kang Seul smiles playfully rolling her eyes as she started walking away backwards to see Suhyeok scoff before looking away and smiling to himself

"Sure,we all know you love me so much" Suhyeok retorted smirking as Kang Seul smiles and she stops on her tracks once again and decided to run up to Suhyeok,stand on her toes and quickly place a kiss on his cheek catching him off guard as his eyes widened and his heart's pace quickened.

"I--"Suhyeok tried to form words but he made none making the smile on Kang Seul's face bigger and she decided to turn around and walk away towards her mom's car before Suhyeok can get out of his trance.

"I'll see you tomorrow Bare-su!"

Kang Seul sat impatiently next to her mother ,Kang Min as they wait for her doctor to arrive with her test results so she can finally get home and have her long day preparation because Suhyeok asked to hang out with her tomorrow and she thinks he's finally gonna confess

"Stop that"Kang Min scolds her daughter as she softly smacks Kang Seul's thigh so she would stop bouncing her feet on the floor making Kang Seul frown and she was about to retaliate when the door opened revealing her doctor.

The two then greeted the doctor who greets back as she sat on her chair beind the desk.

"So we know already that Kang Seul inherited Hemophilia from her father and this is a rare occurence but..."Dr.Cha started as she looks at the envelope on her hands.

"Dr.Cha can we please finish this so I can go home?"Kang Seul spoke up smiling cheekily at her doctor who laughs softly but deep inside her heart is breaking for the young girl infront of her that she sees as a daughter after years of taking care of her.

"Well if you let her speak she could have finished by now"Kang Min retorted as her daughter pouts beside her.

"Okay lets get this done"Dr.Cha speaks up as she opened the envelope she's holding with shaking hands as she lend it to Kang Seul's mother.

"The results reveal that over the time Kang Seul have developed leukemia"Dr.Cha says as Kang Seul's smile drop and Kang Min read the results over and over again hoping it would change but she knews it wouldn't and she trust the results

"W-what can we do?"Kang Min asks

"I suggest a monthly chemotheraphy for Kang Seul's condition but you can ask for a second opinion"Dr.Cha explains

Kang Min then looks at her daughter who have an emotionless face and she understood that she is still trying to process it because she have seen this so many times because she's a doctor too but it hurts more seeing it on her own daughter's face.

Saturday then came and Suhyeok was sitting on the ledge of a rooftop as he stares at the sunset just waiting patiently for Kang Seul to arrive so he can finally confess his feelings for her after what feels like forever of having it,more like 10 years--but hey who's counting?And he's pretty sure he likes her back atleast that's what her eyes tell and if he's hallucinating,then so be it.

His day dreaming was then cut off when the door to the rooftop opened and he smiled turning around expecting to see Kang Seul but he was welcome with Kang Seul's brother which is also his best friend,Lee Yohan.

"Geez I thought you're Kang Seul"Suhyeok rolled his eyes playfully

"Eomma didn't let her get out of the house so she asked me to come here instead"Yohan explains as Suhyeok nodded and sighed but he smiled again.

"Okay well since you're here I need to tell you something anyway" Suhyeok said as he breathes in

"Yohan you've been my best friend for years and you know how genuine and determined I get for people I love"Suhyeok started but Yohan cuts him off.

"Yah what is this about?,are you gonna confess your love for me?"Yohan jokes but honestly he was nervous since he's originally here to tell Suhyeok a bad news about Kang Seul so he was hoping that Suhyeok won't say something he regrets

"Yohan please give me your blessings to court Kang Seul!"Suhyeok pleads as he lets his hands fall to his side and he bows to Yohan making the boy's eyes widen and if the situation was different he would have laughed and make fun of Suhyeok before agreeing that he should date his sister because he was so done seeing them be lovey dovey.

But Yohan did the opposite.

"No"Yohan says his heart already breaking for the two knowing how genuine Suhyeok's feelings for Kang Seul is and vice versa

"What?,why?"Suhyeok asks now standing straight looking at his best friend not really expecting the answer that Yohan gave him--for all he knows Yohan is one of the biggest shipper of him and Kang Seul.

"I swear I'm genuine about her and I swear to prove that--"Suhyeok started to explain when Yohan didn't say anything but after a few seconds of thinking Yohan cut off Suhyeok.

"Our parents is sending Kang Seul to america tomorrow Suhyeok" Yohan says

"What?,why so sudden?--I need to see Kang Seul"Suhyeok started and was about to walk away but Yohan pushes him back so Suhyeok retorted and pushed him back too

"What are you doing Yohan?,what's happening?"Suhyeok asks

"Suhyeok just stop,you can't change their mind anymore"Yohan says as he turns around towards the door of the rooftop and opened it but not before looking back one more time at Suhyeok with a sad look in his eyes.

"I'm sorry Suhyeok"Yohan then walks away leaving a dumbfounded Suhyeok who felt like his whole world just flipped in one blink of an eye

The zombies will arrive but I desperately want to explore everyone's relationship with Kang Seul

This america issue won't last long I just want a background why Suhyeok became a bully because it was always the mc pulling them off the situation not putting him in it(?)

I followed Korea's school year where they divided it to two semester
