(Still Author's POV) 

Namjoon's lawyer, Mrs. Choi stood up and began to speak. 

"Thank you, your Honor. I call to the stand Jung Hoseok." 

Hoseok stood up again and went back to the stand and sat down after he was sworn in again. 

"Mr. Jung, you said that you heard Park Jimin begged Namjoon to stop correct?" 

"Yes ma'am." 

"But you weren't there from the start correct?" 

"Yes ma'am." 

"So you could've  interrupted their foreplay correct." 

"No ma'am. Foreplay doesn't include begging someone to stop touching them ma'am. Foreplay shouldn't have to include such trauma that the victim can't sleep at night afraid of what's going to happen to them." 

"Okay Mr. Jung, could it be that Mr. Park was getting intimate with my client Mr. Kim, and saw there was a witness and decided to play the victim due to being found out as a homosexual?" 

"No you absolute fucking idiot, if he was ashamed of being gay he wouldn't be in a talking stage of a relationship with Min Yoongi." 

"Mr. Jung, please refrain from using vulgar language in my courtroom." 

"Of course your Honor. I apologize." 

"That's all your Honor." Mrs. Choi said sitting down. "I would like to call the so called victim Park Jimin to the stand next." 

Jimin nervously stood up and walked to the stand, said his oath and sat down. 

"Mr. Park, the day you accused my client of sexual assault was in the practice room correct?" 

"That is correct." 

"What were you wearing that day in the practice room?" 

"Objection, your Honor, relevance to the case?" Mark said standing up. 

"Your Honor, the thing he was wearing, he must've known the effect it would have on my client, tempt him even. You wanted Kim Namjoon to do that didn't you? You had dirty sinful thoughts about my client but didn't want to admit it because you were upset about being a homosexual. You didn't want to seem guilty right?" 

"Objection again, your Honor, he's attacking my client with claims, not evidence."

"Your Honor, I'm trying to prove my client innocent." 

"Objection overruled." Bambam said.

"To answer your previous question ma'am I am not upset about being gay. Me being gay has nothing to do with Namjoon assaulting me, he did what he wanted to do and now he has to face repercussions. So yes keep bringing up how I'm gay but it won't do much because me being gay doesn't justify assault." Jimin snapped. 

 "Mr. Park, we have video evidence of him harassing you and witnesses correct?" 

"Yes and it's clear as day." 

"Why didn't you come forward sooner?"

"He had convinced me that everyone would've looked down upon me for being a victim and a man." 

"Do you have proof he said that?" 

"No."

"That would be all your Honor." Mrs. Choi said. "I would like to call my client Kim Namjoon to the stand."

Mr. Lee swore him in and he took a seat. 

"Mr. Kim, what would you have to say about the video evidence against you?" 

"It was taken out of context ma'am." 

"What do you mean by that?" 

"I mean is that Jimin begged me to touch and kiss him and so I thought he was beautiful so I did, I had no reason not to. He consented and begged me. I am a man with needs after all. I do admit I should've thought about Yoongi Hyung because he and Jimin have been getting really close, dating even. So he wasn't exactly single when he begged me to touch him so he had every reason to want to cover it up. He took his chance when he saw Hoseok walk past and he told me not to touch him, which I stopped and was confused until I saw Hoseok and I pieced it together." Namjoon stated. 

"Do you have any evidence to state that you didn't force yourself on him?" Mark interrupted standing. 

"Mr. Tuan, please refrain from interrupting my court." 

"It's okay your Honor. With all due respect.... do you have any solid evidence to say I harassed Park Jimin?" Namjoon stated bored. 

Jimin started to look nervous as the case didn't seem to be going in his favor. 

'Oh shit, maybe, I shouldn't have taken him to court.' Jimin thought.

"Finally I would like to call Mr. Bang PD to the stand." Mrs. Choi said putting her hands flat on the table. 

"Objection! He's not even here, your Honor." 

"Your honor, we could call him here." Mrs. Choi said. 

"Call Mr. Bang PD and we can take a 15 minute break." 

Everyone stood up and left the room to take a break. Jimin and the others went to a private room with Mark. 

"I'm ordering a pizza I'm fucking starving." Jungkook said picking up his phone and ordering two. "Alright it should be here in like five minutes because we are bts." 

"Jungkook...." 

"What?" 

"You do know my court case is going on right now!" Jimin said. 

"Yeah... but might as well be full of pizza instead of starving. You have this in the bag. She's grasping at straws here and it's pathetic." 

"Do you think so too?" Jimin said looking towards Mark.

"Of course. Knowing that Bang PD is on your side then...." Mark stopped talking and gasped. "Do you still have the text messages between you and Taehyung?"

"Yes of course." 

"Does it mention Namjoon's name at all?" 

"No, but it does mention an us, and the only ones who are having legal action against them is Namjoon." 

"This might work. If we are able to use this in court and convince the jury that it is about Namjoon and that he is hiding something, we could win this case. We should be able t-" 

Mark was interrupted by a knock on the door. Jungkook went over to the door and opened it. 

"Oh yeah! Our pizza. Here's a $20 bill man, thanks." 

Jungkook brought the pizzas over to the table and they all grabbed a couple slices and ate while they had time. 

"Alright we got this!" Jin said putting his hand out. The others put their hands in and Mark stood there confused. 

"Come on Mark. Put your hand in too, you're part of our crew now!" Jimin said looking at him. 

"Thanks Jimin." Mark said putting his hand in and Hoseok spoke. 

"Team on three! 1! 2! 3!" 

"Team!" Everyone said together. They went back to the room and sat down in their seats. 

"The case is back in session." 

"I'm here!" Bang PD said slamming open the doors and taking off his sunglasses. 

"That's great Mr. Bang PD, please get up on the witness stand." Bambam said. "Mr. Lee please swear in the witness." 

Mr. Lee stood and began to speak. "Please raise your right hand. Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?" 

"I do." 

"Thank you Mr. Lee." Mrs. Choi began. "Mr. Bang PD, is it true there is video evidence of Mr. Kim and Mr. Park getting intimate?" 

"No, there is video evidence of Jimin getting sexually assaulted." 

"Is there a way to prove it?" 

"Isn't the 'please stop' and 'don't touch me' a good indication that he didn't want to be intimate? Or the fact that he was sobbing and trying to push Namjoon away. Or maybe it isn't common sense for everyone seeing that you're defending him and trying to make Jimin seem like the bad guy." 

"Ummm that's it your Honor." 

"Your honor, we have more evidence to convict Kim Namjoon, of his crime." 

"I would like to call one more witness to the stand. I call Park Jimin to the stand." 

Jimin got up and went to the stand and was sworn in.

"Mr. Park, have there been any threats made against you by Mr. Kim?" 

"No sir, but it was implied by a message from Kim Taehyung." 

"May we see the messages?" 

"Yes, they are on my phone." 

"We can hook it up on a tv." Mark said standing to retrieve one." He hooked up Jimin's phone to the tv and mirrored the phone.  He went to messages and went to one from Taehyung. 

"Your Honor, this also clearly shows that Mr. Park would've come forward sooner but he was blackmailed by Taehyung and had his friend, his bandmate, used as leverage against him. With all due respect your honor, if you let this man go free it would be a crime against all victims of sexual assault. That is all, your honor." 

"Mrs. Choi, what is your closing statement." 

"Your honor, my client is innocent. There isn't any clear evidence about my client being guilty! It's all talk and no evidence. That is all, your honor."  

The Judge spoke again. "Members of the jury, you have heard all the testimony concerning this case. It is now up to you to determine the facts. You and you alone, are the judges of the fact. Once you decide what facts the evidence proves, you must then apply the law as I give it to you to the facts as you find them." 

The jury stood up and left the room to make their verdict. 

"I think Kim Namjoon is guilty on all charges of battery and assault. He should do at least 20 years in prison." A woman said. 

"I think he's innocent on all accounts. Pay a fine or whatever to show he got punished." A man said waving his hand like he didn't care. 

The man and woman fought back and forth about who was right before another woman stood up and spoke loud and clearly. 

"Whoever thinks Mr. Kim Namjoon is innocent raise your hand." 

Only one man raised his hand and the woman nodded. 

They walked back out to their seats and only one woman was left standing. 

The judge looked over at the jury and put down her notes. "Have you reached a verdict?" 

"We have, your Honor." 

"What have you determined?" 

"We the jury, in the case of Park Jimin verus Kim Namjoon, find Kim Namjoon guilty of the charges of Battery and attempted rape and assault." 

"Thank you, Jury, for your service today. Court is adjourned." She said hitting her gravel against her sound block closing the case.

Jimin let out a sigh of relief as he stood up with his lawyer and was all of a sudden hugged from behind. 

"You did it love, you got justice." Yoongi mumbled into his ear and kissed his temple. 

Namjoon stood and was led out of the room in handcuffs. As he walked by he glared at Jimin but it didn't scare him this time because he finally had hope of being able to move on without having to see him again.
