(Jimin's POV)

My phone buzzed in the middle of our movie and I picked it up and saw in the notification bar a message from Taehyung, making my blood run cold. I froze in my seat but only slightly and the others weren't able to notice and I stood up with my phone and was going to go to my room to answer so then I wouldn't have to hide my facial expressions. 

"Where are you going?" 

"To the bathroom... I'll be right back." I said and walked away quickly  so they wouldn't ask any more questions. 

I went into my room and closed the door and opened the text message and my breath hitched when I read it. What photos of Jungkook does he have that could be so bad to post on the internet. Should I ask? Maybe but I'll have to text him back just in case. 

I will I will, don't post those pictures please.

I went back to the living room and sat back down by Yoongi and started to watch the movie again. Yoongi gave me a weird look and went back to look at the movie. 

After the movie we went to our designated rooms and planned on sleeping except I heard a knock on my door and I looked to see it was Yoongi. 

"Hey Hyung, what's up?" 

"So... do you want to tell me the truth about why you left during the movie? You looked pale." 

"Um, no reason. It wasn't a big deal." 

"Wrong, please try again. So what's up." 

"Taehyung..." I said quietly.  

"What did he do? Are you okay?" 

"Do you happen to know if Taehyung has any bad pictures of Jungkook?" 

"I mean probably, they were in a complicated relationship for a while." 

"Fuck. Taehyung said that if I didn't convince Bang PD to not take legal action against him then he'll post those pictures and I don't know what to do." 

"Well, seeing that it affects Jungkook we should ask him right?" Yoongi suggested. 

"That's a good idea." I said and went to Jungkook's room with Yoongi behind me. "Jungkook?" I asked while walking in. 

"Jimin hyung." 

"Sooooo does Taehyung have any horrible pictures of you that could be really bad if it went out into the internet?" 

"Uhhhh yeah." Jungkook said nervously. 

"Like what?" Yoongi asked. 

"Uhh like abs pics and other interesting pictures." 

"Eww oh my god Jungkook." 

"In my defence he took those pictures when I wasn't aware.  I don't like him anymore because he's a dick. So if those got out then I don't think it would matter too much since you know how army likes thirsty pictures. You're welcome, we'll get more fame." 

"You really aren't worried?" 

"Nope, have you seen my abs? They fucking hot. Don't worry about it. We can't let them win." 

"Thanks Jungkook." I said, relieved. 

"Yeah, so text him back fuck you." 

"Nooo, I kinda already told him I'd go to Bang PD and fix everything." I said nervously. 

"So... he apologized but he lied so it's pay back. So when is the court date?" 

"Ummm, soon I think. Bang PD needs to get a petition. We need to fill out documents and make copies and also have documentation of proof we would have against Namjoon. The last part is easy, we show up to court on the date they give us and make our case." Yoongi said. 

"Woah! How did you know that." I asked, shocked. 

"The internet." He smirked. 

Yoongi looked down at his phone and opened his text messages. 

"Who is it hyung?" Jungkook said laying on his bed with his arms behind his bed. 

"It's Bang PD, he said the court date is tomorrow since we are famous and this is an important date. Oh he also got you a good lawyer so don't worry. Everything is going to be okay." 

"Okay, well we better rest up so then we are able to do our absolute best." I said trying to be positive while worried about the outcome.

I jumped onto Jungkook's bed and motioned for Yoongi to join us. He ended up smiling and shaking his head before joining us. 

*The next day* 

I woke up snuggled against Jungkook with Yoongi back hugging me. I smiled softly and got out of their grip and went to my room to take a shower and get ready for the court case. I am so nervous. What if they find him innocent? I looked in the mirror to see how the suit fit and I thought I looked pretty good. 

Jungkook and Yoongi woke up and saw me standing by the mirror in my suit.

"Woah!! You look so nice!" Jungkook said.

"Mhm." Yoongi agreed half asleep laying back onto his pillow. 

"I'm nervous about the trial today....." I said quietly. 

"Oh shit the trial!" Yoongi said jumping out of bed and running into the bathroom to shower while Jungkook chuckled and put his suit on and went into the bathroom and brushed his hair. Jungkook sat on the small couch in his room waiting for Yoongi to be done while Jimin was laying on the couch with his head on Jungkook's lap. 

"Do you think we'll win the case?" I looked up at Jungkook. 

"Yes absolutely! It should be an easy win with everyone willing to testify against Namjoon." Jungkook said running his hands through my hair. 

Yoongi came out of the shower with a towel around his waist and rubbed his hair with the towel that was over his shoulder. He quickly put on his suit and fixed his hair. He put on a watch and put his phone in his pocket since the courtroom doesn't allow phones. He looked at the time and his eyes widened. 

"Holy shit we need to go to the court house now, we need to meet your lawyer and figure out his game plan." 

"Okay." Jimin said getting off the couch with Jungkook. 

They went down the hall into the living room where Jin and Hoseok were chilling on the couch. 

"Where are y'all going?" Hoseok asked, looking up from his phone. 

"The court case is today...." Jungkook said trailing off at the end. 

"Fuck really? Give us ten minutes." Jin said rushing to his room.

"We can't! We have to leave right now to meet the lawyer! Meet us there yeah?" Yoongi said going out the door. 

They quickly got into the car and went to the courthouse and there was a woman in a skirt, button down blouse, and some heels, holding a clipboard and a sign with Jimin's name. 

"Hello Miss, I'm Park Jimin." 

"Please follow me to a private room to speak to your lawyer." She said softly, walking away with us behind her. 

We got to a room that had a solid wooden door and she motioned us into it. "In here please." 

"Thank you ma'am." 

"Of course sir. If I may say, kiss his ass in court and show no mercy." She said walking away. 

"I think I'm in love with that woman." Yoongi said standing there watching her walk away. 

"Oh my god hyung, you're so dramatic." Jungkook said trying to flop into a chair but since it had wheels it rolled away and he ended up on the ground. 

I started to laugh and sat down in a chair since my ribs started to hurt.

"Oh my god Jungkook."

We all sat down and a man in a suit walked in with a briefcase. 

"Hello Mr.Park, I'm Mark Tuan and I'm going to be your lawyer today." 

"How do you think the case will turn out? Be completely honest Mr. Tuan."

"I think we have a great chance since Mr. Bang PD sent me the video of Kim Namjoon.... anyways you know what it is. So it should be great evidence against him and you being there, and showing how you've been affected should be enough as well. And please call me Mark." 

"Okay... I'm really nervous to see him there... what if he does something?" 

"He won't even dare since there are plenty of people there. He has a lot on the line here. If- when he fails, he'll not only see his entire career blow up in his face but also have to deal with prison time." 

"Okay..." I said, still worried.

"We better go to the courtroom, and get seated before the trial starts." Mark said standing up and they walked towards the courtroom. 

"Umm, you'll both have to sit behind us in the public seating." Only Jimin and I can be on the other side of the room." 

"Of course. We'll be quiet and support him from here." Yoongi said sitting behind Jimin with the public seating with Jungkook.

Once they got comfortable, Namjoon and his lawyer walked into the room making Jimin tense up a bit, but knew that he couldn't do anything as there were people in the room.  

"We are here!" Hoseok said barging in with Jin. Everyone in the room looked at them like they were crazy but slowly went back to what they were doing.

"Bro what the hell was that." Yoongi said looking at Hoseok. 

"What? I wanted to announce that we are here to support Jimin." 

"We love the support." Jungkook said sarcastically. 

(Author's POV)

An officer and the judge walked into the room out of the judges chamber.. The judge sat down and nodded at the officer and she began to speak. 

"Please rise. The court of the Third Judicial Circuit, is now in session, the Honorable Judge Bambam." Everyone stood up and the jury came in and everyone sat down beside them. The bailiff came up and swore them in and they sat down as well. 

"Everyone but the jury may be seated. Mr. Lee, please swear in the jury." 

"Please raise your right hand. Do you solemnly swear or affirm that you will truly listen to this case and render a true verdict and a fair sentence as to this defendant."

The  jury said in union. "I do." 

"Members of the jury, your duty today is to determine if the defendant is guilty or not guilty based on the facts and evidence provided in this case. Mr. Lee, what is today's case?"

"Your honor, today's case is Mr. Park Jimin versus Kim Namjoon in a accusation of sexual assault." Mr. Lee said clearly. 

  "You may begin your opening statement." Bambam said motioning towards Jimin's lawyer. 

"We are here today to get justice for my client Park Jimin, as he was sexually assaulted by the defendant Kim Namjoon. We intend to prove Kim Namjoon guilty of the charge. Thank you." Mark said and sat back down. 

Bambam sighed and began to speak. "Prosecution, you may call your first witness." 

"Thank you, your Honor. I call to the stand Min Yoongi." 

Yoongi looked caught off guard and stood up and went to the witness stand. 

"Will the witness please stand to be sworn in by the bailiff. 

Before Yoongi sat Mr. Lee walked to his side of the witness stand and spoke. 

"Please raise your right hand. Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?" 

"I do." Yoongi said and sat down. 

Mark stood up and buttoned his blazzor. "Mr. Min, can you tell me how Jimin acted once he got home from the event?" 

"He was quiet, sir. He acted off, he was scared all of a sudden movements. He flinched when you touched his shoulder, or hugged him even with permission." Yoongi said looking at Jimin softly. 

"How did you know that Kim Namjoon assaulted him?" 

"He broke down crying to me and confessed what Namjoon did." 

Thank you, that is all." 

"You may step down." Bambam said, writing some notes as Yoongi got up and went back to his seat. 

"Prosecution, you may call your next witness." 

"Thank you, your Honor. I call to the stand Jung Hoseok." 

Hoseok stood up and walked to the witness stand.

"Will the witness please stand to be sworn in by the bailiff." 

Mr. Lee stood again and spoke, "Please raise your right hand like the first witness. Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?" 

"I do." Hoseok said. 

"Mr. Jung, how do you know that Kim Namjoon is guilty?" 

"I know because when I walked into the practice room, I heard Jimin beg Namjoon not to touch him again." 

"Is there evidence?" 

"Yes sir, there is a camera in the room. It should have gotten the whole thing on video." 

"Do you have the video?" 

"No sir, but Bang PD does." 

"Thank you, that is all." 

"The Defense may cross-examine the witnesses." The judge says and gives them a few minutes to decide what to do next. 

Hahahah cliff hanger. I did have an outline of what a court case looks like from the internet. So I didn't come up with it all, I did the questions and stuff but the outline was from an internet site.
