As soon as they arrived on the Isle, they parked their bikes in one of the alleys. The VKs soon turned off the engines before everyone hopped off the motorbikes and placed their helmets on the handlebars. Chills ran through every inch of Rylee's body as she took in the familiar surroundings, something she tried not to do when she first returned. Another long moment passed before the Fitzherbert girl looked over at Morgan, only to find the redheaded girl already staring back at her with uncertainty in her eyes. A long sigh managed to escape Rylee's lips before she shook off all her unwanted feelings to focus back on the situation at hand.
"Hey!" Mal exclaimed, drawing everyone's attention to her to find her looking down at her hands with a smile on her face, "I'm me again!"
"Duh. Evil magic doesn't work here," Celia scoffed while gesturing around at the alley and rolling her eyes at the purple-haired girl, "kinda the point."
Rylee and Morgan couldn't help but exchange a look with Carlos and Jay before the four of them laughed. It wasn't long after that when they followed Celia down the path that would take them to her father's shop. A large smile formed on the curly-haired girl's face after they stopped in front of a door that read "Pa Deranje." Celia soon lifted her hand in the air and knocked to a beat on the door. The Fitzherbert girl was shocked when a pounding came from the other side, to which the Facilier girl responded with another series of knocks. Celia then looked back at the four teens with an even bigger grin on her face as the door slid open.
Celia instantly gestured for them to follow before she entered the building. It didn't take much more than that for the six older teens to walk in after her. Once they got to the main part of the building, Rylee's eyes widened at the sight of all the old arcade games that filled the large room. Her eyes soon scanned over the guests without thinking, looking for someone familiar to her. Unknown to her, Jay and Morgan were watching her with sad looks in their eyes.
"Daddy!" Celia called out, drawing Rylee's attention back to the situation at hand as the young girl rushed towards her father.
"Here she is!" Dr. Facilier responded as he picked up his daughter and spun her around in a circle. As soon as he placed her back on her feet, the pair did a little dance together and walked to another corner of the room.
While the father-daughter duo went to have a private conversation, Rylee and the rest of their group walked around to explore the building. Jay and Morgan instantly went to check out some games while Mal and Evie stayed back and talked amongst themselves. A small smile formed on Rylee's face as she took everything in before going with Carlos to look at the TV randomly placed in the middle of the room. The De Vil boy sat down on the chair in front of the TV with Rylee standing behind him before the former placed a coin in the slot, making the news appear on the screen.
"Alerts of the sleeping spell keep coming in as it spreads throughout Auradon. There are rumors that Sleeping Beauty's daughter, Audrey, is behind the spell. We're trying to discover who's responsible for these vicious lies, and which villain has perpetrated this evil." The news anchor reported, causing Carlos to call everyone over as Rylee's thoughts went to her sister and the rest of the younger teens they left back in Auradon. "We have an update. It's what? It's moving this way? It's moving this way!"
After watching the pink smoke knock out the news anchor and cameraman, everyone quickly grabbed their things and exited the arcade. They quickly jogged back to their bikes as soon as they made it out of the building, wanting to get back to Auradon as fast as they possibly could. However, what Rylee saw next made her feet become glued to the floor and her blood run cold. Sitting on Jay's bike with his signature cocky smirk was none other than the pirate that the blonde girl could never get out of her head. Her body felt as though it was made of stone the second her eyes locked with Harry's.
The son of Captain Hook's smile slightly faltered as he stared at the princess for what felt like an eternity. He didn't expect to find Rylee among his enemies who returned to the Isle. And now that she was here, he didn't know what to do. It was like his brain forgot everything but her and he didn't know how he felt about it. It wasn't until Jay called his name that Harry snapped out of his daze. He quickly turned his attention towards the son of Jafar before sending him a few mocking words and driving off with the rest of his crew.
"Over the roofs! Cut them off!" Jay shouted, snapping Rylee out of her trance before she followed her friends through the alleys, leaving Mal and Celia behind to deal with Hades.

After trying and failing to get their bikes back from the pirates, the group of five met up with Mal and Celia at the arcade. It wasn't long after that when they gathered what they brought with them and made their way back to the barrier. As soon as the golden circle came into view, Jay took out the remote from his pocket. Rylee couldn't help but look around at all the kids sitting around, none of them knowing that they'd never have the opportunity to come to Auradon. That thought alone was enough to make the knot in the princess' stomach grow.
"Alright. Get in, get out," Mal said, drawing Rylee's attention away from those surrounding them and to her, "Jay, you're good?"
"Yeah," the son of Jafar responded as he held out the remote and pressed the button. The barrier slowly opened in a matter of seconds before the group of seven stepped through. Not even a second passed after they made it to the other side when a burst of magic went through Mal, making her let out a gasp. That caused everyone to look over at her to see a giant smile on her face as she looked down at her hands. It didn't take long for Rylee to notice the new blue streaks that appeared in her hair, causing a wave of confusion to wash over her.
Just as they were about to continue on their way, they heard a grunt coming from behind them. The group of seven instantly turned around to find Harry and Gil having a mini-celebration before they hugged. As soon as they finished their party, their attention turned toward the seven in front of them before their smiles faltered.
"Hey, guys. We're just coming for a wee visit," Harry told them before he and Gil began to walk toward them, only for Carlos and Jay to push them back
Irritated looks formed on the pirates' faces as they walked toward Jay and Carlos, only for Rylee and Morgan to get in their path. Their presence instantly made Harry and Gil stop in their tracks before all emotion fell from their faces. However, before either of the princesses could think about saying anything, Jay and Carlos grabbed their wrists and pulled the girls behind them once again. That allowed Harry to shove Carlos, causing him to stumble back into Mal before Hades' ember fell from her hands and rolled towards the water.
The daughter of Maleficent let out a panicked shout as she watched the ember fall, only for a tentacle to shoot out of the water and catch the gem. Rylee and Morgan instantly exchanged a concerned look as the pirates' laughter filled the air. It wasn't long after that when the princess' attention turned back towards the water just in time to see Uma break through the surface.
"Drop something?" she asked with a mocking smile.
"It can't get wet! Give it back before it goes out!" Mal shouted while holding her hand out toward octo-Uma.
The only response the purple-haired girl received was another laugh from the daughter of Ursula. Uma's smile did nothing but grow as she wrapped her tentacle tightly around the ember before sinking below the surface. Mal let out another panicked cry right as a vortex of water formed where the teal-haired girl went under. It wasn't long before it broke, spraying everyone on the bridge with seawater. As soon as the water cleared, everyone turned their attention toward where Uma once was, only to find nothing but an empty ocean.
"Hi, boys," a familiar voice greeted, making everyone spin around to find Uma standing behind them with a smug look on her face. They just stared at her for a long moment before Harry let out a laugh as he and Gil walked towards her to have their reunion.
"I can't believe those three are back in our lives," Morgan muttered under her breath while rubbing a hand across her face, "we should've gone to Jane's party with Robbie and Pete."
"I honestly don't know how I feel about this," Rylee said without thinking while keeping her eyes glued to the three pirates standing in front of her. When she looked over at her redheaded friend, the Fitzherbert girl found Morgan staring back at her with confusion in her eyes.Β "I mean I obviously want nothing to do with them. But when I saw Harry again...it felt like no time had passed."
"Uma, you swam off and forgot all about us," Gil said, drawing the princess' attention back to the situation at hand.
"Yeah. Planning her revenge, no doubt," Mal hissed while she glared at the teal-haired girl with her arms crossed over her chest.
"It's not all about you, Mal. I was looking for a hole in the barrier to let everybody out," Uma retaliated as she took a few steps closer to the future Queen of Auradon before turning back to face her friends, "and you know what I found, boys? It's way better out there than we thought. There's this thing that looks like a furry rock called a coconut. And fish so big you could dance on their backs."
The two boys smiled in response to their captain's words as Uma's attention fell back on Mal. The daughter of Ursula taunted the purple-haired girl with Hades' ember for a moment before continuing to speak. "And they've been keeping it all for themselves."
"Whatever. Uma, I need that to break a spell," Mal stated while holding her hand out toward the teal-haired girl once again.
"Cast by Audrey, Sleeping Beauty's daughter," Carlos added, earning somewhat shocked looks from the pirates.
"Hm. So the good guy is the bad guy? Reminds me of a few other people I know," Uma responded as her eyes drifted toward Rylee and Morgan. The daughter of Ursula just stared at them for a moment before her face fell back on Mal, "well, I might not give it back. Let's see what happens."
"Uma, it's not the time for games! People's lives are in danger!" the Fitzherbert girl snapped, surprising everyone including herself.
Rylee could no longer fight the thoughts of the young teens left vulnerable back at Evie's cottage. She was worried about them more than she realized. Audrey could use all of them against her enemies at the drop of a hat and there was nothing they could do about it from there. It wasn't long after that when Jay placed a hand on the blonde girl's shoulders in an attempt to calm her down. After letting out a shaky breath, Rylee's eyes fell on Harry, only to find him watching her with a hint of annoyance in his eyes.
"You two are Ben's Royal Advisors, right?" the daughter of Ursula asked, drawing Rylee's attention back to her before she and Morgan nodded in response, "guarantee me that every single villain kid who wants to can get off the Isle."
"We can't do that," the blonde girl responded, only to receive a quirked eyebrow from Uma before the former let out an annoyed sigh and continued speaking, "we're the advisors to the King, not the King himself. We can't make decisions for him."
"Can't do that?" Uma muttered under her breath as she walked past Harry and Gil to dangle Hades' ember over the water, "well, how about now?!"
"Deal! Deal," Mal exclaimed as she held her hand out toward the teal-haired girl once again. It didn't surprise Rylee and Morgan that she was completely ignoring their shocked looks. They were the only ones there who knew keeping the barrier closed was her idea after all.
"Uma!" Evie shouted after seeing Uma pretend to drop the gem. Everyone looks over at the daughter of the Evil Queen, only to find her staring at Uma with determination in her eyes. "Her word is good."
A moment of silence passed as everyone continued to stare at their opponents. Mal still held her hand out towards Uma, who began to walk towards the future Queen of Auradon with a smug look on her face. It wasn't long after that when the daughter of Ursula placed the gem in the inside pocket of her jacket. "I'll still keep this, for the time being."
Without even thinking, Rylee tuned out the rest of their conversation. She couldn't help but look over at Harry, only to find him already staring straight back at her. Once again, the blonde girl's blood ran cold, except this time it was because of the cocky smirk forming on his face. And it was at that moment that all of the anger that she felt since leaving the Isle flowed through her veins and reheated her blood.
"Where are our bikes?" Jay questioned, drawing the princess and the pirate back to reality before their eyes moved towards the son of Jafar.
"Oh, yeah. We crashed them," Gil cackled as the large grin on the Hook boy's face grew before the latter mimicked the sound of the bikes crashing.
"Idiots," Rylee mumbled a bit louder than intended, causing small smiles to form on her friends' faces while the three pirates glared at her.
"Here's a thought," Evie said as she walked over to stand in between the two groups, "we could try to be friends. Put our history behind us and celebrate our differences."
"I agree with Evie," Morgan confessed, making Rylee look over at her with confusion in her eyes as she went to stand with Evie and Celia, "look, I'll be the first to admit I can't stand these three, but we need to put our history behind us and save Auradon. We can go back to hating each other later."
The blue-haired girl let a smile form on her face as she reached into her sleeve and pulled out a small red bag. "Who wants gum?"
Rylee couldn't help but send Morgan and Evie another confused look while Mal and Uma took a moment to argue about who was in charge. After that was over, the Fitzherbert girl walked beside Jay as they began their journey back to Auradon, completely unaware of a certain pirate watching her every move.
