imagine jeff finally coming clean with his crush.

as you and jeff were studying on history, you were bored of studying. you looked up to see jeff really studying, you thought it was cute because when he didn't understand something, he would furrow his eyebrows. he looks up at you and smiles cheekily. "you staring at me y/n?" he asked. you chuckled and laugh nervously, making it obvious that you liked him. he only chuckles back. he returns to studying.

"ugh i'm bored" you drag the word 'bored' out.

he looks back up and smiles. "quiz me then."

you mutter and picked up your flash cards. "what polyatomic ion name is c2h3o2" 

"um" he thinks. "is it acetate?" 

you widen your eyes in excitement. "yes!" he cheers by pumping his fists in the air. the librarian pops out and shushes him.

he leans across the table. "is it just me or is librarians are everywhere?" 

you chuckled. 

"next question!" you stated, he leans back in his chair. it felt as if your mouth wasn't in control of your woods.

"do you have a crush?"

jeff's eyes widened, surprised about the question. he chuckled, "yes."

"oh." you deadpanned. he looks down at the table then back up at you. "it's you." he stated truthfully.

you broke into a wide grin.

"i have a crush on you too!" you exclaimed, causing the librarian to shush you. your cheeks reddened.
