YOU AND HANNAH FINISHED DRINKING THE BOBA TEA, THROWING THE PLASTIC CUPS IN THE TRASH CAN ON THE WAY OUT. both of you guys ended up ordering the same flavor, which was sunny paradise. that flavor immediately became one of your favorites due to the pineapple and peach flavor mixing well in your mouth. you wished that there was a flavor like that one at your local boba tea cafe, but there sadly wasn't.

you didn't notice yourself almost bump into a street light pole as hannah abruptly used her purple staff to stop you from bumping into it. your entire body froze for a few seconds when hannah used her staff, saving you from the close collision.

"pay attention next time. injuries from a light pole are no fun to get," hannah commented before unfreezing your body. "plus, we're here now." the brown-haired female told you as she gestured to the wide and expansive building that was in front of her. she then gently grabbed your hand and walked towards the steps before letting go of it. "welcome to arcadia museum, the place where you can see and read about the origins of arcade gamers!" hannah exclaimed, putting one of her feet on the step. "follow me, (y/n). there are a ton of steps, so please be mindful of them." she let out a small giggle after she said that, starting to walk up the many steps that led to the entrance.

you looked up at the large museum that stood in front of you, gasping in awe at how gorgeous it looked. the whole entire building was painted a vibrant gold color, even the fourty steps that were on the outside. each step sparkled more than the sun as you went up them, making them seem flawless.

however, there was one thing that you felt baffled about at the moment. you had no idea how you and hannah arrived at arcadia museum so quickly. both of you were just at ultracombo cafe a few minutes ago and didn't walk too far from it. you would have to question hannah about that later when the time was right.

you soon found yourself going inside of a golden door that led to a long, massive hallway. many entrances were on each side of the hallway, which had a ton of trophies and photos of gamers located in each room. there were a lot of lustrous, golden balconies above the hallway with railings that seemed polished to perfection. an elevator sat at the end of the hallway, making it easier for people to access the other floors without having to walk up endless stairs.

it was a ghost town inside of the museum though; there were only a few people that were touring it, and that was it. but, at least you could examine everything quicker instead of waiting for a giant crowd to leave a room.

so, the both of you walked towards the golden elevator and entered it as hannah softly pressed a button that went to the top floor of the museum. the elevator started going up and up until it reached the top floor. the transportation machine then made a calm, bell-like sound, signaling that you guys had reached your destination. both of the elevator doors had opened as you and hannah went out of it, being met with something uniquely magnificent.

you guys were now standing on a long, golden bridge that had sparkly arks above it, which connected to the railings on each side. the other floors were under the bridge, making for an amazing view of the entire building. a shiny, golden door was on the other side of the bridge.

'wow, this bridge is so gorgeous,' you thought to yourself in pure amazement, following hannah towards the door.

once you guys reached the golden door, hannah carefully opened the door and went inside of it, you doing the same thing as her.

the room that you and hannah just entered looked similar to the other rooms since it contained a lot of trophies behind strong, glass cases and many photos of gamers that worked hard to earn their place in the museum. but, there was a golden plaque at the front of the room that had a list with a bolded title that said 'vip list'.

your eyes wandered towards the list, staring at it with curiosity.

"this is the vip list with the names of all the people i really admire and cherish with my whole life. they're all unique in their own way and are talented at everything that they do, especially gaming. they all get special perks, including exclusive clothing. i made this list myself when i became the rule giver of arcadia," hannah explained to you, letting out a small sigh afterwards. "i hope someone from this list comes into this game someday. it would mean a lot to me. but, i highly doubt it since they're all busy with their own things. plus, one of these people could actually be you right now." she then chuckled to herself quietly, letting you read the list silently.

when you were done reading the list, you felt your head start to get dizzy like a merry-go-round. your entire body went numb; you couldn't feel anything at all, including your brain. the force that was currently controlling you was more powerful than you thought. before you could try breaking free from the force, you felt both of your eyes abruptly shut closed, causing your entire world to be filled with darkness and nothingness.
