YOU AND HANNAH EVENTUALLY REACHED THE LONG, WOODEN BRIDGE THAT LED TO ARCADIA CITY. there were a lot of people walking on the occupied bridge from in and out of the city, excitedly chatting with others that were strolling near them or minding their own business. it was quite a busy afternoon after all.

so, the both of you moved to the right side of the bridge in order to avoid the people that were exiting arcadia city, not wanting to disturb their peaceful stroll. your elbow accidentally bumped against a few people as you were walking though, earning a few displeased grunts from them in the process. however, you payed no attention to them and just continued your calm stroll on the sturdy bridge.

but, you suddenly felt a ticklish feeling linger on your whole body, causing you to take a large glimpse at your surroundings. you were now inside of arcadia city, which was the embodiment of new york city. there were lots of buildings and skyscrapers that were as tall as grand oak trees. many colorful birds flew in the tranquil sky, happily chirping 8-bit melodies like a playing record. people laughed and chuckled on wooden benches or in never ending lines that led to well-known shops.

you eventually looked down at your feet for a quick second and noticed that your original outfit from earlier had changed, and your hair did as well. you now wore a pastel blue t-shirt, a pair of pale pink pants, and a pair of mid-calf lavender boots. the whole outfit was accompanied with a pale pink leather jacket that had your username on it and a pair of wide, lavender glasses that made everything else pop. there were also a pair of pastel blue, fingerless gloves that fit well on both of your hands. your hair was dyed a baby blue, which faded into a light purple color.

'woah! this is how my avatar looks in the game!' you dreamily thought to yourself, your mouth forming into a shocked yet satisfied smile.

you took a quick glance at hannah and noticed that her outfit was slightly different from earlier. her white dress was shorter and her brown sandals now reached her knees.

the realization soon hit you like an ending dream: you went through an invisible barrier. the invisible barrier separated arcadia city from the bridge, protecting its citizens from outsiders.

after a few minutes of walking through the city, you and hannah eventually reached a small cafe that was painted purple with a neon sign that said, 'ultracombo cafe'. there were also two glass windows on the front side of the building, which showed the interior part of it.

hannah carefully opened the door with her free hand and walked inside with you happily following suit.

you immediately let out an astonished gasp at the sight you saw around you. there were a few square tables with light blue chairs sitting around them. two long, pale pink couches sat in the middle of the cafe with some pillows on them, facing each other. a long, grey counter that extended to the left and right side was at the front of the building, menus hanging above it. the ground had checkered tiles, causing everything else in the cafe to pop more. the walls were painted light turquoise with a few neon signs scattered on them, which added to the greatness of the cafe.

the cafe wasn't much, but you still really enjoyed its neon-like sight and pastel-like theme. "this is amazing! it reminds me of the cafe that i go to a lot at home. i'm surprised that no one else is here right now." you cheerfully exclaimed, turning around to face hannah. "i can't wait to see more of arcadia city, even though i see it all the time when i play. it just feels great to actually be in the game!"

hannah let out a soft chuckle at your excitement, flashing you a happy grin in the process. "i'm glad that you're enjoying arcadia city so far. but, the reason i brought you here right now is because i have a few rules that i need you to read. that's one of my important jobs as the rule giver, after all." she said, giggling at her statement. "you most likely know all of the rules by now since you played this game many times, but you need to read them again just in case you forgot any." the tall brunette explained before lightly tapping her purple staff on the checkered ground two times. a purple hologram soon appeared above hannah's staff, which displayed all of the rules that everyone needed to follow in arcadia city.

RULE ONE!
.please be patient. i have a life outside of wattpad and i'm a very busy person. so, please wait at least a few days before reminding me of your graphic.

RULE TWO!
.i will be doing the graphics in batches. so, the batches might be short since i'm busy a lot. however, i might make some of the batches longer if i'm not that busy.

RULE THREE!
.do not shop hop. shop hopping is requesting a graphic at a shop and then requesting the same graphic at a different shop. that is rude to both graphic designers involved and just wastes their time. if you shop hop, then you will immediately be on the blacklist.

RULE FOUR!
.i will allow three redos per graphic if you don't like it the first time.

RULE FIVE!
.please use my graphics for at least five days. if i find out that you don't use my graphic for at least five days, then you will be banned from my shop.

RULE SIX!
.please fill out the form correctly and put it on the batch page. the password is your favorite video game. if you put your form somewhere else, then i will deny it.

RULE SEVEN!
.you can request up to two graphics at a time. however, the more graphics you request, the longer it'll take for me to finish them.

RULE EIGHT!
.if the shop is closed for catch up, don't request on the batch.

RULE NINE!
.if you make a request for an unpublished book, please publish your book within one day. i will not make your graphic until you publish it.

note ;; more rules may be added over time if necessary.

PAYMENT!
.the only payment that i ask for is for credit in the description of your book or on your bio (depending on the type of graphic) :).

once you were done reading all of the rules, hannah carefully tapped her staff on the ground two times again as the purple hologram disappeared from the air. she then stared at you with a very serious expression on her face, both of her black eyes sending shivers down your spine slightly. "if you break any of the rules, it will be game over for you. however, i might consider giving you a second chance if the rule you break isn't too big." hannah eventually went over to one of the pale pink couches and sat down on the soft material, you following and sitting across from the female.

"what do you mean by, 'game over?'", you questioned hannah, raising a skeptical eyebrow at her. you were getting a little bit worried about what the female in front of you meant by that small yet intimidating phrase.

"i will explain that as soon as soon i show you two important places in arcadia city," hannah said, blinking her brown eyes some. "before we do that though, would you like anything from this cafe? i'll pay for you. plus, i could go for some boba tea right now."

your eyes abruptly lit up at what hannah just said, eagerly nodding at her question. "are you kidding? i love boba tea! i could also go for one right now." you commented, a blissful sigh escaping your plump lips. "i'll have the most popular flavor here!"

hannah giggled a little bit, playing with a small strand of her brown hair. "the most popular flavor here is sunny paradise. it is blended pineapple and peach with pineapple poppers. it's one of my personal favorites, along with strawberry kiss. i'll most likely order one of those flavors." she explained to you before getting up from her seat on the couch to purchase boba tea for the both of you. a grateful smile was secretly planted on her pale face as she walked towards the ordering counter. she was glad that you accepted her important offer from earlier. if you didn't, then she wouldn't know who else in arcadia city to ask. plus, this experience could blossom a new, long-lasting friendship that hannah has been longing for ever since she became a teenager in highschool.
