BOTH OF YOUR EYES FINALLY OPENED AGAIN AS YOU FOUND YOURSELF INSIDE OF A GLOOMY, OMINOUS PLACE THAT HAD A LOT OF CELLS WITH PEOPLE INSIDE OF THEM. your numb body soon went back to normal as well, which was a huge relief for you. you felt a rather tough and cold hand grab abruptly grab your wrist, bringing you towards the end of the hallway that seemed endless whenever someone walked through it. the two, cold hands gently pushed you against the hard wall, pinning both of your wrists with them so you couldn't escape. you picked your head up in pure shock and immediately came face-to-face with the person that pinned you, hannah.

hannah's expression on her face was very serious and firm. her black eyes were the eyes of the sheriff; they held a strong level of justice and intelligence inside of them that only the wisest could surpass. her entire face was shadowed by the darkness in the room, except for both of her fierce eyes that were firmly staring through you. hannah had no intentions of letting you go until you heard an important that she was about to say. "(y/n), if you break any of the rules in arcadia city, there will be consequences for your actions. me and my girlfriend will hunt you down until justice is brought. you will also end up on the blacklist that is on the wall right here, and in one of these cells. so, you have to follow the law of arcadia city or it will be game over for you. do you hear me?" she was very precise in her words, never missing a single shot at warning you about the consequences of breaking a single rule in arcadia city. it was like sniping someone in the wild west with a lot of ammunition.

you abruptly nodded your head at hannah, nervous sweat dripping down your face as you did so. there was a little bit of fear evident in your eyes when hannah explained this to you, but not too much. you then felt hannah let go of your wrists and eventually turned around to look at the blacklist that was on the wall behind you.

the blacklist was a long, dark blue plaque that had many slots on it. there was no one on the blacklist at the moment.
