"I think y'all are being just a tad bit dramatic. Let's be super rational here." Dream tried to reason with her friends, a cup of iced tea in her left hand.
"No bitch, trying to be 'rational' is why you missed yo' chance with a fine, rich nigga." Ariana pointed her knife at her, before going back to slicing up an onion.
"You gotta text him. Like, bust a move, shoot your shot, bitch do something." Jayda sat on the side of her on the couch, Dream's legs thrown across her lap.
"Y'all, that man does not like me like that. He said he wanted to be my friend, not my boyfriend." She told them, and they both groaned in annoyance.
"Nana, for one, this nigga brings you Starbucks for breakfast every time he sees you. Then, he sat at lunch with you-mind you, this a rich nigga with hoes. Why would he just do stuff like that for the hell of it?" Ariana asked her, tossing the diced onions in her pan to sauté.
"That's what I'm saying! I feel like he was trying to make fun of me. He's known me for a year and he's never sat at lunch with me. Well, I don't eat lunch at school at lot, but still." She frowned. This whole situation was stressing her out.
Her friends were trying to convince her that Dayvon liked her, maybe more than just a friendship level, and she was having such a hard time wrapping her head around it.
It wasn't rare for men to flirt, or try to pursue a relationship with her, but this was King Von. He had plenty of girls he could've 'sat at lunch' with, or gotten notes from, so why did he choose her? She just didn't understand. She was just a regular girl.
After showing Ariana and Jayda a few messages he'd sent her in the past, both of them were convinced that he'd been wanting her, she was just too clueless to realize because he was so subtle with it.
"Bitch, then it's this nigga birthday! All you gotta do is send a simple sorry text, and tell him happy birthday. I can bet $1,000 he ask you to marry him." Jayda clasped her hands together as if she'd just made some big discovery, making Ariana and Dream laugh.
"Ok, fine! Fine, I'll text him. Gosh." She exaggerated, unlocking her iPhone, listening to both of them squeal in excitement.
Dream decided to be subtle as well and do what Jayda suggested; she sent a simple apology, and followed up with telling him happy birthday.
"See bitch!" Ariana screamed, running over to see after hearing a ding come from Dream's phone almost immediately after she'd sent the text.
"Damnnnn. It's been like twenty seconds. He on you, real bad." Jayda laughed, leaning over to look into her phone as well.
Both Ari and Jayda began to scream in excitement for her, while she laughed, low-key excited as well. She didn't know what this meant, but to be shown attention by him made her happy for some reason.
"Bitch you need to get dressed." Jayda attempted to pull her up, and she frowned in confusion, remaining where she was.
"Get dressed for what?"
"Oh my god, Nana, if a nigga ask what you doing-," Ari was briefly cut off by Jayda, "Not only what you doing, but what you doing, right now," She gestured for Ari to continue after making her statement.
"Either he tryna come see you, or he want you to come out. So be chill with it, be like, 'nothing, just at home, wassup'. Something real calm like that." Ariana gestured with her hands, and she groaned again at both of them.
"Y'all are overdoing it, oh my godddd. I never said I wanted to go out. I thought we would just text," She pouted, letting Jayda send a text message for her.
"Well that's too damn bad, you keep diggin'!" Jayda stuck her tongue out at her, and she laughed, rolling her eyes as hard as she could.
"Shit, he invited you to the club! Nana, pleaseeee go. Please, please, pleaseeee." Ari begged her after looking at her phone with Jayda.
"No. Hell no. What? No." She immediately shut that down, a frown on her face. She would've been down for dinner, or possibly even chilling with him at his place, but the club? That was a heavy no. She hated clubs.
"Too late. I already told him yes." Jayda flipped the phone to show her, and her jaw dropped, before she began to throw a mini tantrum, dramatically kicking her feet.
"Oh my goddddd." She dragged out in a low whine. It was too late to tell him no because that would just look dumb after 'she' had already said yes.
"Let's go bitch." Ariana pulled her all the way up from the couch, and then her and Jayda laughed after Dream literally fell out.
"I'm so nervous. I'm going to embarrass myself, I already know it. Then, he has all of those celebrity friends, oh my god." She pouted, referring to his Instagram page that her friends had shown her earlier.
"Girl, you've got to stop thinking like that. You a bad bitch, plus you funny as hell and you're sweet. You is not gon' embarrass yourself." Jayda waved her off while dragging her to Ari's bedroom so that they could dress her.
"But-what about the food?! I've been waiting on that all day!" She tried to come up with an excuse, making reference to the roast Ariana had been cooking for dinner tonight. She started around noon and it was currently evening and the food still wasn't completely ready.
"Girl that roast won't be done for another few hours. I like my shit real tender, like falling apart. So, we got time. Hush up." Ariana rummaged through her closet while Dream sat on the bed with a deep frown.
Her friends spent a little over an hour to completely dress her, and after a while, Dream convinced them to go out with her because she didn't want to be alone on her first 'date'-or whatever this was.
They wanted her to dress all the way up, but they understood that breaking her shell would take some time. So, they went for a simple look since she probably wouldn't be out long anyways. Even though it was simple, it gave sexy and that was the look they were going for.
Dream wore a black Heron Preston dress that stopped right underneath her ass, and she hated it, but just decided to go with it. She didn't wear revealing clothing, mostly because she was insecure of how she looked. Her friends gave her plenty of words of encouragement though, so she figured she would step out of the box tonight.
Paired with her dress was above the knee Rick Owens boots, and to complete the look, she wore Ari's Coperni Swipe Baguette bag. Ariana also let her borrow some jewelry. Dream was so thankful for her friends.
While Ariana did a light makeup look on her, Jayda styled her long, natural blonde tresses, into a super simple look. Again, they couldn't go all out as of now because Dream wasn't really comfortable with it yet.
"You sooooo pretty best friend." Jayda complimented her, currently taking pictures of her in Ariana's spacious backyard. It had the best lighting.
"Are y'all sure? I feel like I look like a whore." She chuckled, continuously trying to pull her dress down over her thick thighs. It was of no use though.
"You do, that's why you look so damn good. Turn around." Ariana told her, and she gasped, making all three of them laugh.
By the time Dream had gained enough courage to post on her Instagram account, they had already made it to the club, and she was shitting bricks from how nervous she was.

"He liked my picture. Oh my god, I'm so nervous." She pouted, feeling like she was about to cry as the car came to a stop.
"You'll be fine. And if you aren't, we can leave. Just let us know if you're uncomfortable." Jayda told her as they got out, grabbing ahold of her hand.
"And thank you for trusting us. You look so pretty bestie. You gon' have so much fun, just relax, okay?" Ari chimed in as well, and she nodded to both of them.
"Y'all are such good friends. I feel like crying." She pulled her dress down, feeling it rise around her thighs as she walked.
"Miss dramatic," Jayda shook her head, and then smiled as cameras record them walking by. Some murmurs could be heard as they skipped the line, but most of the talking were from fans of Ariana and Jayda.
The two of them were Social Media Influencers, and did plenty of club hostings-some even out of the country. On top of that, they had deals and promotions with a variety of brands. They were a pretty big deal. Dream loved that for them.
"I hope this nigga take you home and eat yo' pussy." Ariana told her, and she gasped at the vulgarity, making her and Jayda burst out laughing. Dream was so genuinely innocent that it was amusing.
"Y'alllll, oh my god, don't say that! What if he does? Oh my god, what do I do with stuff like that?" She whined, being dragged up a set of stairs.
"Ride his face like a cowgirl, dur." Jayda waved her off, pushing a piece of hair behind her ear as they were led into a VIP section.
Dream didn't even have time to respond, seeing Dayvon approaching her from her peripheral. She tried hard not to look as nervous as she was, and put a smile on her face once he stood in front of her.
"You nervous ma?" He chuckled, and her smile immediately dropped as she nodded her head, and he smiled in response. She was so cute.
"Wassup y'all," Von gave both Jayda and Ariana a side hug, and after they greeted him back, Dream was caught by surprise when he brought her in for a full hug.
"Don't be nervous wit' me. I just wanna chill wit' you. That's cool ma?" He spoke in her ear so that she could hear him over the music, and she nodded her head, hesitantly hugging him back.
Jayda and Ari stood to the side with smiles on their faces, so happy for their best friend that they could cry. She'd never done this before, they were so proud.
"Happy birthday," She hugged around his neck, and he smiled, gazing down at her.
"Preciate you. You wanna stay over her with yo' friends, or you wanna go over there with me?" He asked, not wanting her to be uncomfortable.
Dream looked over at her friends, and after getting a look of confirmation from them, she looked back at Dayvon. "I'll go with you."
He grabbed ahold of her hand, and she allowed him to lead her through the section, making it over to a small corner where she wouldn't be seen by any cameras, but was still in close enough range of Ariana and Jayda.
"Do you know all of these people?" She asked him, looking around the crowded club. So many people had came out for his birthday. She wished she had as many friends as this.
"Nah. Most of 'em fans. I got booked for a show, so that's really why they came out." He told her, sitting beside her on a cushioned bench in front of the bar.
"I forgot you were famous for a second. Have you already performed?"
"Yeah. You came late as hell," He chuckled, pulling out a blunt, but Dream didn't see where he'd gotten it from.
"I'm sorry. I was nervous. I don't go out a lot, and I was still kind of making assumptions about you." She truthfully spoke, and he laughed at the expression on her face.
"Ion know if you be seeing me in the blogs or somethin', but that ain't how I am foreal. They ass be lying. I ain't no goofy or nothin'. Get to know me so I can show you." He told her, and she looked over at him, her expression softening.
Dayvon was dressed in a black fitted tee shirt that his tattooed, toned arms bulged out of, black jeans, and a pair of black Timberline boots. His dreads were dyed black and blonde, and he wore a black hat over them.
To compliment his look, he had plenty of jewelry on, ranging from big flashy chains, to the diamond watch on his wrist, and diamond star shaped ring on his finger. He looked expensive, and smelled like it too. That was one of the first things that Dream had noticed; he always smelled good.
"What you staring at ma? You see something you like?" He looked over and met her gaze, and usually she would've looked away since she'd been caught staring, but she didn't care right now.
"I'm sorry. Um, I don't know. I was just-looking, I guess." She finally looked away, and he chuckled, knowing she'd just made herself nervous.
"Yo' ass makin' me nervous from how nervous you is. You give me set-up vibes." He told her, and she frowned at him, making him laugh.
"That isn't funny. I'm not a 'set-up'. And if I were, why would I set you up? What do you have?" She rose an eyebrow, and he dramatically gasped, making her join in on the laughter as well.
"There you go ma. Damn, niggas gotta insult you to get you to loosen up." He chuckled, glad that she was laughing.
"I'm sorryyy. I don't talk to a lot of people, especially men and like-celebrities and stuff. That's why I was a little mean the other day, which I'm sorry for that too. I thought you were like-I don't know, making fun of me or something." She pulled her dress down some, and Von took a glance at her thick thighs.
"You get made fun of a lot? At this age?" He curiously asked, low-key ready to go. The loud environment was irritating him. He wanted to take her somewhere else, but didn't want to come off as too pushy.
"No. I just be feeling like I'm not-I don't wanna say not pretty enough, because I know that I'm pretty, and saying something like that would seem like I'm fishing for compliments. But I haven't met a man that genuinely just wanted to be friends, or even a real relationship. It's always just sex, sex, sex." She explained to him, and he nodded, understanding.
"I be thinking it's weird sometimes when girls like you be insecure. You pretty as hell, you keep yo' hair done and you dress fly as shit. That shit really gotta be a mental thing 'cause you perfect." He shrugged, and a small smile graced her face.
"Thank you. You don't look too bad yourself." She shrugged as well, and he chuckled, standing up from the seat.
"Come on, let's get a drink." He pulled her to stand up, and she let him hold her hand, leading her over towards the bar.
"What you like? You can get whatever-some food too, if you hungry." He stood on the side of her, and she looked at the wide range of drinks, wondering what would be best to take.
"You pick for me." She looked up at him, watching his tongue graze over his plump lips while he nodded.
"Let me get six shots of Don Julio." He told the bartender, and Dream's eyebrows rose in surprise, making him laugh.
"Toss 'em back. Three of 'em." He pointed once the shot tray was sat in front of them. Dream groaned, and he smiled, watching her pick one of the shots up.
She took a sip from it, and immediately gagged at how strong it was, causing Von to laugh again.
"I said toss 'em back ma. Damn, yo' ass ain't never took a shot before?" He picked one up, tossing it straight back, not even flinching at the taste.
"I have, but it's been months. That tastes terrible." She shook her head, sitting the shot back on the tray.
"Aight. Open yo' mouth." He gently, but firmly, grabbed her face, and she stared up at him, slowly opening her mouth.
He poured two of the shots inside, and as soon as she swallowed, he gave her the third one, then took one of the limes and squeezed the juice out into her mouth.
"Ugh," She flared her throat afterwards, and he laughed, taking the remaining two shots.
"You did good ma. Aye, let me get another round." He called out to the bartender, and Dream looked over at him as if he was crazy.
But soon enough, Dream was downing her third set of shots, and was beyond drunk at this point since her tolerance was so low. Von had to stop her from ordering another round, figuring she'd already had too much.
"I'm fineeeee. I'm fine, right, Von?" She held on to him, trying to assure Jayda and Ariana that she was okay. She no longer wanted to leave.
"Yeah but it's time for you to go home." He smiled, his arm wrapped around her, and a pout grew on her face.
"No. Y'all, just, five more minutes, o-okay? Five." She held up three fingers, causing them all to laugh at her.
"Okay girl. We waiting on you." Jayda told her, and she nodded, watching as they walked back to where they previously sat with a group of girls.
"You have such a nice face. Has a-anybody ever told you that?" Dream held Dayvon's face in her hands, looking as if she was genuinely surprised at how handsome he was.
"Nah. You got a nice face too. Yo' ass drunk as hell." He smiled, showing off his diamond covered teeth, while Dream smiled as well.
"Oh my god, I know this song!" She spoke excitedly, letting his face go at the sounds of Bedroom by Supahbadd that was blaring through the club speakers.
There's a meeting in my bed
I dont want the dick if I aint boutta get head

Imma go in nigga im go (fed)
Bend me over show me what you working with
Pussy good I'll have that dick squirting quick
Look me in my eyes why you just merking it
Fuck me good make sho you aint hurting it
Dayvon's mouth dropped open in surprise once Dream began dancing on him, her ass moving so much in her dress that it began to rise all the way up.
"Damn," He stood behind her, holding the ends of her dress down, and he smiled at how much fun she was having.
Dream held the rail in front of her, putting a slight arch in her back while bent over, throwing her ass in a circle against him.
Ariana and Jayda recorded her from where they were, overwhelmed with excitement at how much she was enjoying herself. She was having the time of her life.
"I love it when he bend me up, fuck me until I buss a nut," She rapped, pressing herself against him as if she was getting backshots, and he bit his lip.
He wrapped her hair around his fist, and Dream drunkenly smiled, being pulled up so that her back was against his chest.
"Chill out, that's enough." His hand wrapped around her neck from behind, and she dragged his free hand until it was between her legs.
"Dream," He warned, turning her body so that nobody could see them, and then he smiled at the childish giggle that left her mouth.
"Whattttt? I'm having soooo much fun with you," She slightly slurred, wrapping her arms around his neck. He pulled her dress down her thighs while she held on to him, beginning to kiss on his face.
"Aight, it's time for you to go home. Yo' ass horny as hell," He grabbed her face to stop her, a smile still resting as his expression.
"I don't wanna go home. We should go do something, like-you know," She pulled him down to be at her level, holding his face in her hands again.
"You gon' be pissed off tomorrow." He told her, and she smiled, glancing down at his lips, before she met his gaze again.
"Maybe. May I have a kiss, please? Just one?" Her tone softened, rubbing over his soft face while his eyes dazed. She was driving him crazy and he was trying hard to control himself.
"Nah ma. I don't wanna do nothin' with you while you drunk. I want you to remember." He said, and he watched a small pout replace her smile.
"I only wanted one though." She mumbled, laying her head on his chest as if she was genuinely sad. She was drunk as hell.
"Maybe tomorrow, aight?" He chuckled, rubbing her lower back, and she nodded her head, before looking up at him again.
"How about, one today, and two tomorrow? I only want oneeeeee kiss, I promise." She kissed his chiseled jaw, and he looked down at her, seeing the innocent expression on her face.
He grabbed her neck, and Dream gasped once his lips pressed against hers for a small kiss. She held his face, slowly sucking his bottom lip into her mouth, causing him to let out a low groan.
Dream allowed him to guide her through the kiss, and ended up parting her lips so that his tongue could slide through, rubbing against hers.
The grip on her neck tightened, and Dream moaned into his mouth once he backed her against a wall, the kiss quickly deepening as time passed on. She felt like she was in a movie. She loved this.
"Can we leave? Take me with you, please," She quietly spoke against his lips, basically pleading with him. She'd never felt so hot before, like her body was on fire-most of it coming from between her legs.
"No. You said one kiss, that's what you got." He slowly released his grip on her neck, licking over his lips, already missing the feeling of hers.
Dream's smile returned, and she hugged around his torso, laying her head on his chest again. She was on cloud nine. She wondered what was in that Don Julio, maybe she should buy some to keep at her house. That liquor had her happy as hell.
"Best friend," Ariana's voice could be heard from behind them, and Dayvon turned his body, letting Dream look at her two friends who had huge smiles on their faces. They'd seen all of that-well, got glimpse of it since Von's body mostly covered hers.
"I don't wanna leave my baby," She pouted, her arms traveling to be around Von's neck, and he leaned over, picking her up.
"She is so drunk, oh my god," Jayda laughed at the same smile that had been on Dream's face all night.
"No I'm nottttt. Tell them papa. I'm not drunk, r-right?" She stammered, laying her head down on Von's shoulder.
"She ain't drunk y'all." He agreed, chuckling as he carefully carried her down the stairs. He was tipsy as well, and didn't want to drop her.
"Thank you baby. S-see, y'all? I'm n-not drunk. I'm going home with Dayvon." She told them, feeling him holding her dress down for her.
"Oh girl boo." Ariana waved her off, thanking the security for holding the back door opened for them.
Dream giggled, her face buried in the crook of Von's neck as the cold wind blew through her now frizzy hair. She loved the feeling of him holding her.
Ariana hit the locks on her car, and while her and Jayda got in the front, Dayvon opened the back door so that he could put Dream inside.
"Say hey bestie," Jayda recorded her, and Dream chucked up the peace sign, poking her lips out to pose, making them laugh.
"Baby get in. What are you d-d-doing? Don't leave me," She frowned, holding on to Von after he'd tried to let her go.
"It's time for you to go home ma. I can't go home with you." He chuckled, letting her kiss his face.
"I'm going to miss you so much." She sniffed, tears beginning to fall from her eyes as she kept her arms around his neck.
"You so damn drunk." He laughed, reaching up to wipe away her tears while Jayda and Ariana laughed as well. They all began to comfort her, but she wasn't hearing any of that. She wanted to stay with Von.
"When you wake up tomorrow, call me, and I'ma come get you, aight? You ain't gotta cry." He was now in the car with her in his lap, trying to calm her down enough to where he could leave.
"She's so cute. Look at y'all," Jayda smiled, still recording the two of them. She couldn't wait to show Dream when she was sober tomorrow.
"I'm finna be crying all muthafuckin' night," Her voice cracked, and Ariana stifled her laugh, eventually letting it out.
It took some convincing, but Dayvon was finally able to get her to calm down, mostly because she'd tired herself out. She was dozing off mid-conversation.
"A-and don't f-forget to call me, okay? Okay, don't forget." She mumbled, leaving a soft kiss on his cheek, her eyes dazed.
"I won't. Take yo' ass to sleep." He chuckled, standing upright. Dream let her window down after he'd closed the door, and she stuck her head out just as Ariana crunk up the car.
"I love you soooo much. Bye-bye papa," She stared at him as if she was actually in love with him, and he tried not to laugh.
"I love you too pretty." He kissed her face, deciding to just go along with it. Dream smiled in satisfaction, leaning back in her seat. She ended up falling asleep before Ariana could even pull off.
