assumed dead by the world, the romanoff line was deceased. however, as of late, rumors have been stirring in the streets of st. petersburg. the youngest princess, her highness anastasia, might still be among the living. but alas, that was all it remained.

that is, until, a british gentleman by the name of colin bridgerton passed through the icing streets on his grand tour, seeking an adventure that had escaped him. nonetheless, he would most definitely find one in the form of a beautiful orphan named anya.
