Here are the rules which must be followed by the 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:

For any 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻, you will be 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 between 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 depending on the rule
Even 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 the 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴(𝘀), the 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 still 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀, you 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 will be 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 for 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 with some 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 issued by the community.
If this still 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀 to 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁, you 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 will be 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱.

𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀:

1. 𝗗𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝗸 for 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 such as full names and address, though you 𝗺𝗮𝘆 do the 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 on 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 such as Discord if the customer wishes to or is agreeable.

𝟮. Please 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 your 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀. We want this to be as comfortable for them as possible so that you can help them better.
• If we 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 any 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 from the customer about this, you will only be 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲.

3. Please be 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 with the customers and 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗹𝘆 or 𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. They have requested for your help and you agreed to lend them your listening ear and provide advice. If you are 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 with what your customer is sharing, 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 them about it 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗹𝘆 and work it out peacefully.

4. If you need any 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 with a customer, 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 to 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 any of the 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 for advice, but do note not to reveal any specific details.

5. 𝗗𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 shared with you by your customer to 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲, not even to the Heads and Managers.
• If you are found 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼, you 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be given 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, but 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

6. If your 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 shows any 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 of being a 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 to 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 or 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, please 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 the 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 and only the Heads.
• In this event, you can give a 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 of the 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, but 𝗻𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘀 for the privacy of the customer. If you are found 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼, you will be given up to 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.
