"DIEGO!" ROSALIE EXCLAIMS as she sees her brother standing outside her trailer

"hey hermanita" diego chuckles as he hugs his little sister

"what are you doing here?" she asks "i mean i'm glad to see you here but we already filmed our parts"

"thought you'd be happy to see me too" a voice calls. rosalie turns to her left and sees a familiar face

a huge smile creeping on her face "cody?" she chuckles softly

"hey rose" cody smiles as he walks up to the brunette

"well aren't you a sight for sore eyes" she hugs him

"says the one who never hit me back after our date" he teases

"and that's my cue, ima go find manny" diego mutters as he walks away from the two

"so, how about another date?" he smirks

cody and rosalie first met at a network party, back when cody was on teen wolf and rosalie was on shadowhunters. cody has always been very fond of rosalie, there was a time where rosalie was also crushing on cody. the two briefly dated back in january 2015, but it didn't last long because of their busy schedules. they were barley trying again in early 2016, but it didn't happened because rosalie met manny. 

rosalie chuckles softly, but her smile faints "cody i-i

"let me guess your back with manny?" he sighs

"oh god no!" she rushes out. cody furrows his brows "i mean—

he chuckles softly "relax, i know you have a boyfriend" rosalie furrows her brows in confusion "diego told me" he shrugs

"of course he did. but we're not dating yet" she mumbles 

he smirks, putting his arm around her shoulder "so then i still have a chance to get my girl back?"

rosalie playfully rolls her eyes

"i'm kidding, maybe" he teases "how about we grab lunch on your break and catch up?"

"it's not a date" she reassures him

"it's a date" he winks

"so who's the guy?" cody asks after the two had just calmed down from laughing at old stories of the two

rosalie smiles softly "well, his name is rudy"

"is he good to you?" he asks

rosalie nods "definitely" slightly looking everywhere but his eyes

"but?" cody noticing her avoiding glare. rosalie sighs. "you're worried, that if it ends wrong, it will ruin everything" he finishes

"yeah" she whispers

"we didn't end wrong" he adds

"that's because you didn't let me push you away" rosalie interjects with a small smile

"of course i wasn't gonna let you push me away. rose, you were my best friend, we literally did everything together. you were my person and my ride or die. hell you still are. i couldn't bare to lose you because you made me a better person, you kept me in check, and most importantly you made me happy. plus, you once asked me if i was really going to be there for you and what did i say?" cody asks her as he grab her hand

rosalie smiling ear to ear, blushing slightly. "as long as you want me"

"then what did you say?" he asks

"i'll always want you" she smiles softly

cody smiles "forever" he said repeating what he told her back then
