"Kody, you coming down for diner?" Dotti poked her head around the corner. They left this morning to see her in laws new house, Kody in his bedroom they had for him and his cousins.

"Yeah, two minutes." he smiled over at her, getting one in return. As soon as the door shut, Kody got out of bed and held his phone to his ear. "Coast in clear."

"I'm out front." Alaska said in return as he went toward the window. "Do not fall."

"I'm not gonna-" he started, falling out the window. Thankfully, they had only been on one story.

"What'd I tell you?" she mocked him.

"I'm coming." he held his shoulder, rolling it as he sprinting across the lawn. "My Dad is gonna kill me."

"Well, you've already missed half the All Valley. My personal statement? I'd much rather your Dad kill us instead of that sensei of yours. Dudes kinda a freaky man." she said honestly, driving off down the road. "Prepared?"

"For what?" he blinked in her direction.

"For the All Valley." Alaska gave a knowing look.

"Oh!" he exclaimed. "Yeah, for sure."

"Kody." Miguel gapped, meeting the two as he opened the All Valley doors. "Alaska. I thought-"

"Are you okay?" she cut him off with a worried look. "Looks like you've seen a ghost."

"Just...not feeling it today." he explained honestly. "What are you doing here?"

"Ran away from my grandparents." Kody confirmed with a tight lipped smile. "You?"

Miguel gave him a smile. "You better get in there."

"You're not coming with me?" the O'Dell boy gave him a look.

"Not today." Miguel grabbed the side of his face, leaning his forehead against Kodys. "Be safe, okay?"

"Will do." Kody smiled, leaning back. "Want to take my car home?"

"Might want to adjust the seat, I gotta drive real close." Alaska smiled, holding the keys up.

Miguel gave a little laugh. "I think I might just Uber."

"I'll call you after?" Kody suggested, giving him another grin.

Miguel nodded. "I'll wait."

"Okay." Kody smiled, passing him.

Alaska looked at Miguel curiosity, waiting for Kody to go in. "You sure you're okay, Miguel?"

He shrugged his shoulders. "I guess i've been better."

She nodded her head. "You really gonna go home?"

"No." he told her honestly, staring at her eyes. "You really wanna go in there?"

"No." she said honestly, looking back. "I don't live far."

"I have somewhere to be." Miguel nodded, it was silent a moment. "This is gonna sound weird...but do you maybe want to give me a ride?"

Kody ran through the All Valley doors. "Sensei!"

"Koala!" Johnny cheered. "I have been looking for you."

"I'm here." he hugged him suddenly, taking Johnny off guard. "What's going on? Need me to fight?"

"It's a little late for that. Robby and your boy just made it to the finals." he explained, pointing on the mat. "Makes me wanna smack that stupid bitch Silver."

"Stupid bitch Silver." Kody rolled his eyes. "Cover me."

Johnny gave an odd look as Kody ducked down, running behind Cobra Kai. The blonde looked oddly, giving a loud laugh as Kody smacked Silver in the back of the head and ran into the hallway. He thought of Jimmy.

Eli followed Kody into the hallway after he saw what happened. "Kody."

He spun around, his face lit up. "Man of the hour."

"What are you doing here?" he ran to meet him in a hug.

"If my Dad wasn't gonna let me compete I still wanted to come see you." he hugged him tightly, pulling back to cup his face. "The finals? I'm so proud of you right now."

"I don't really know how it happened." he gave a honest look.

"Kidding?" Kody grinned, holding his chin with one hand. "Because you're amazing. You're totally gonna kick Robbys butt."

Eli's face warmed up under his hold. "Are you upset you didn't get to fight?"

"I think I did enough fighting last night." Kody showed off the bruises on his arms. "Besides, better give you the chance."

"Yeah." Eli laughed at his joke. "Maybe...cheer me on?"

"You got it." the brunette smiled, leaning in to meet him in a tiny kiss.

Kody met Sam on the mat after Eli got toward Daniel, rubbing her back as Daryl started to speak. "Ladies and gentlemen, the wait is finally over. It's finals time! Since Cobra Kai scored the most points, they only need to win one match to be crowned Grand Champion. But, if Miyagi-Do wins both matches, the title is theirs! Ooh, high drama! Up first, the boys fight! Good luck to all of our fighters!"

The two bowed to the ref, then once again to each other. "Ready and fight!"

Robby kicked first, Eli following as he threw a punch, Robby sneaking his hand up to hit him in the chest. Cobra Kai cheered for him, clapping their hands together. "Point! One-zero, Keene."

"Let's go, baby!" Robby cheered, bouncing back on his mark. Eli called a quick time out, annoying Robby.

"Did Al come with you?" Sma whispered to Kody.

"Yeah, i'm not sure where she went though." he said honestly, meeting Eli's eye with a little wink. He nodded, going back to the mat.

"Ready? And fight!"

Eli kicked him first, stepping side ways to block his punches, spinning around and sending his own. Robby had blocked them well, high stepping to avoid his feet being kicked from under him. Eli sent a kick his way, his ankle caught and shoved away. Like he did with Miguel, they both jumped on sync and kicked each other, but it was clear Eli had him first. "Point, Miyagi-Do!"

Kody yelled and cheered for him, the two taking their marks again before announced to fight. Eli ran forward, kicking off his leg in a twist, Robby latching onto it and tossing him back against the mat, sending his fist down before Eli rolled out of the way.

They stood up again, both sending a kick in the other's direction, blocking each other. Eli kicked around, swinging on his legs and kicking Robby down onto the mat. "No point. Blocked."

Robby punch his way, Eli leaning back to dodge it. Sam smiled when he used a familiar move, elbowing Kody. "That was Miyagi-Do."

Robby latched onto his body, yanking him back on the mat as their feet pushed at each other, rolling apart. Robby's gi was loosening, trying to kick Eli as he blocked it in return. He did it again, Hawk ducking under his arm as Robby tried to punch forward, running too fast as the force of the motion pulled him backwards, farther away.

Eli kicked at his waist, having it blocked, doing the same with his punches before Robby shoved him harshly, kicking off his left leg and sending the right into his blocked hands. Eli kicked at him, Robby jumping backwards to avoid it. His hand had hold of him, yanking harshly to have Eli against it, only for it to backfire and the Miyagi-Do to flip him over his back, onto the mat. Kody held his breath. "Come on, Eli!"

The buzzer sounded loudly above them, the ref hurrying them back to their senseis. Kody and Sam latched hands. "Unbelievable! These two amazing competitors have reached their three-minute time limit in a one-one tie! Which means their championship match will he decided, for the first time since 1985, by sudden-death overtime!"

The crowd went absolutely insane, Robby and Eli bowing to each other before heading back over to their dojos. Kody gave a panicked look. "This is karate! We can't kill each other!"
