peek a boo, bitch

"So, wanna be my girlfriend?"

Everyone was just cruising around the corner, it was already dark outside with people of all ages mostly just dressed in Halloween costumes, and even so some dressed as the one and only ( Ghostface ), as they were all strictly heading underground to the subway train, also considering it was surrounded by people.

It'd be quite difficult for Ghostface to make any attempts of moves, right? It'd, be damn ridiculous if he were to expose himself right now, especially with so many bystanders who are around them, and could quite possibly be watching.

   Serena who's hand was still intertwined with his, as they entered the underground building, white light from a close distance, "You really asking me this in the middle of a life and death situation?" Raising her eyebrow at him, lightly teasing him.

   Chad who grinned at her, "Well, I'm just taking an opportunity, and we've had too many interruptions, but I'll make it up to you. . ." He had teased back to her, 'cause considering the circumstances they were all in, that there was absolutely no good opportunity to ask her with danger always around the corner, "So, is that a yes?"

   Serena who exaggeratedly sigh, "Well — you did blow my mind a couple days ago. . ." She had teased him with Mindy who was just right beside her brother gagging at what she had heard, "But, it's a yes only if you continue to make the pancakes!" She had given him a smug smile.

   "Deal. I could just kiss you, right now."

   She had blown him a kiss in the air, allowing him to catch it since they were all too busy beginning to go all down the stairs to take any momentary pause, as they were both totally oblivious to one individual who was listening in the conversation, and swallowing down her saliva.

Guilt was just bubbling inside of her, 'cause she had felt things for him, especially after the attacks and all three had gotten much more closer the last couple months of the remaining of their High School year before they had all moved to New York together, and met Anika and Serena in orientation week. And, it's not that she was even jealous of Serena for even getting with Chad, but they've always despised each other ( From the looks of it before ), and they've never once even said why. Perhaps, she felt bad for thinking this, but a part of herself needed to tell him how she felt, so she can let him go, but that'd ultimately be betraying her friend, Serena.

Her thoughts were brutally interrupted when Ethan suddenly spoken up, "Is this even a good plan?" They were all already around the last corner, and last staircase to officially catch the train.

Tara who slightly turned her head before looking forward, "You don't have to come if you don't want to." She had called out, as their steps quickened down the stairs.

Ethan who had insisted that this wasn't a good idea, "So, we just peel off and the killer picks us off one by one? No, thank you." He frustratedly said.

Serena rolling her eyes at him, "You would know that, right Ethan?" Mindy who had practically nodded her own head in complete agreement, 'cause both girls were extremely cautious around him, and both were the only ones who had a feeling he was, Ghostface. Yet, Sam, Tara and slightly Chad just thought that they were a little bit paranoid.

   Sam who just sighed, "Let's just get to the theater. Come on, I'm here." She had signaled out of them to follow her direction.

   Chad who accidentally let go of Serena's hand, "Yes, because it'll be much less scary at serial killer movie theater." Without realizing that she was getting pushed around by people.

   "Watch it, man. The fuck!" She practically yelled out in anger, pushing her way through the crowd to at least catch a glimpse of Chad, yet there were so many people who were just shoving her backwards, as someone's elbow accidentally made contact onto her stitched up stomach, "Fuck, man." She groaned, placing her hand onto her stomach.

   Exhaling her own breath, eyes looking upwards, as she had finally managed to spot Chad who was entering the train, yet so many people were in her way, "Wait, Chad!" She had practically yelled out, and overhearing Mindy as well calling out for him, "Chad!" She had retorted.

   Both girls had ultimately made their way out of the crowed, "Mindy! Serena!" His hand that he had ultimately stuck out, all while the doors were already closing, "Let's go. Shit!" He had brought his hand back inside, as the doors had began closing.

   Both yelling, "Fuck! Motherfucker!"

   The train instantly moved, and leaving both girls who ultimately held each other's hand, as they were officially separated from the group.

   "We're gonna have to wait for the next one," Serena had just quickly mumbled out, her other hand was ultimately holding onto her own stitched up stomach, "Yup. We're officially fucked." Mindy called out.

   Both who just sighed in frustration, as they had jumped in pure horror when a hand had touched their shoulders, "Get your Ghostface ass away from us, Ghostface." Mindy glared at the boy, and pulling Serena with her.

   A good far distance from him.

   An announcement was heard that the next train will arrive in five minutes, Serena who had just caught Ethan staring, flicking him off before she felt her phone buzzing.

   "Added you to the family group chat," Mindy had quickly retorted, all while she was just typing on the phone to her brother about the situation they were in, "By, that I mean Chad and me." She made a separate chat 'cause she didn't want to scare her mom, but once this is all over she can add Serena to the other family group chat.

After about five minutes had passed by, both girls who were just texting Chad had slipped their phones into their pocket, as the next train officially arrived with all three had ultimately managed to make it inside before anyone else could, all waiting patiently for everyone else to enter the train.

Serena who was simply holding onto one of the poles, heart thumping rapidly with Mindy who was just leaning by one of the exit doors, arms crossed, "God, do they have to be wearing these fucking masks!" Serena had practically hissed.

The lights just kept flickering, and it was just making her completely nervous with this. They were all separated from the entire group, and stuck on a train with Ethan and the lights just flickering none stop.

Mindy who made a face, "I don't like this one bit, I don't like it. God, this train better get us there quickly, I can't stand us being here alone with him." She said directly to Serena, eyes glancing at Ethan who was a good far distance from them, and sending Mindy a small wave that she ignored.

Mindy who pulled out her phone, and attempting to send out a quick message to her brother that wouldn't send, especially with the poorly signal, Serena who was just nervously biting her bottom lip, anxiously had quickly jumped up in a light scare when two people in a Ghostface mask appeared in their way.

"Not funny, man!" Serena had sneered, and slowly walking herself towards the next pole with Mindy who decided to walk more back, as Ethan had slowly came a little bit more closer towards them, "Back up, man." She quietly said to him, and shooing him away as he sighed in defeat.

The lights just kept flickering none stop, and it was just driving her in complete insane. She had noticed a person dressed as Ghostface, and sitting down with his head hung down low, she swallowed her saliva down in fear.

Reminding herself over, and over it's not him.

   He's not here.

   The lights flickered, again — Jumping in fear when the lights went back on, and he was eying her, tilting his head.

   "Don't show fear, don't show it."

   Letting that sink in her head, and just allowing to let whatever Mickey said to her ease up the anxiety building up in her body.

   The lights flickered, again and he was much more closer, backing herself up to the exit and just as she felt a moment of silence and trembling in fear with her eyes roaming around the area, and no sign of him there anymore, but it was just then hand had gripped her own throat, slightly being held up in the air, "Your times coming, bitch." The same creepy voice said to her, Serena who was fighting the grip that was on her throat, and attempting to catch air.

   It was then that he had dropped her to the ground, coughing after being choked by him with the lights quickly flickering back on, and he was gone, "Ma'am, you good?" Someone in some pennywise costume questioned her since she was laying on the ground, eyes glancing for a sign of him.

   Holding onto her throat, "Yeah, yeah." She cautiously stood herself up, a groan escaping her own lips from the pain in her stomach, but she had to hold her pain in.

   Mickey who had just stood around and standing right beside the person dressed in the clown costume, and watching the scene unfold when Ghostface had gripped his daughters throat, "Oh, that's it. No one lays a hand on my daughter, and lives. You better slit their throats, Cece." He sternly told his daughter.

The lights had flickered once, again. This time it remained off for a good portion, panic had began to settle in, as the ultimately went back on, and this time it had been their own stop, "Shit, Mindy." Panic had quickly settled in as people were bumping into her, and not letting her even pass by.

It wasn't until she heard, Ethan, "Oh, shit. Mindy! Fuck!" He had yelled out, and this time it had allowed Serena to shove the next person away from her, following Ethan's eyesight.

Her eyes had widened, Mindy was laying on the ground, heading towards her way with Ethan who was also in pursuit, "Fuck. That's a lot of blood." Ethan mumbled out.

Mindy who was applying pressure on her stab wound, "Shit. Someone help!" Serena yelled out, yet no one was moving, it was then that Ethan had spoken, "Fuck. We gotta get her out of here." He worriedly told Serena.

The two ultimately picked her up, Mindy who had just let out a groan from the pain of the stab wound, "Damn it." She hissed in pain, as they had ultimately left the train.

"Someone, call nine - one - one!"

People instantly dialing the police, as they set Mindy down by the pole, "Shit, Mindy. You good?" Serena was fucking panicking on the inside.

Mindy groaning, "Yeah, I'm so good."

"You're gonna be okay." Ethan had reassured.

Mindy who eyed Ethan, "Goddamn it. I got it wrong, again." She wheezed out in pain, "What the fuck?" She groaned out.

"Help!"

It was then that two staff members had arrived, "We need medical assistance. We're at the 66th Street Station." He called it in.

Mindy angrily saying, "Fuck this franchise."

It was then that several medical assistance's had arrived, running towards and just picking Mindy up who was groaning, "You're going to be okay, Mindy." Serena who was following right behind them, as they were just taking her through the elevator since Mindy couldn't take the stairs currently.

Mindy who nodded her head, "Don't worry about me, go to the theater. I'll be just fine over here. Tell me how it ends."

The elevator shut, as she made her way back to the corner where, Ethan was supposed to be at, "Let's go, Ethan —" He was no where to be in sight, but as she made her way farther down, and quickly hiding behind a corner and slightly remaining silent, she had easily pulled out her own phone and began recording, and holding in her own gasp from what she had seen.

  Mickey who wasn't even surprised at all, "I fucking knew it, you need to leave, Cece. Get out of here as quickly as you can, and twist the game around on them."

And, she had just did that.
