Sirius Black

Sirius didn't have time to think.

If he started thinking, then it would have slowed him down.

So he just pulled on the invisibility cloak, quickly gathered up  all the evidence of an after curfew picnic, then left the Astronomy tower. Somewhere along the way from the Astronomy tower and the Gryffindor common room, he heard the sneer voice of someone he knew very well.

And hated with a strong passion.

"Bellatrix." Sirius muttered to himself, thankful that he was wearing an invisibility cloak and his Slytherin cousin wasn't aware of his presence. What was she even doing here, though? Sirius was so caught up in his hatred of her, that he momentarily forgot she was a Hogwarts graduate.

"Those mudbloods don't hold a candle to what I can do!" Bellatrix said, menace present in her voice. "I am currently perfecting the killing curse, and once I do that, the Dark Lord will have to accept me!"

"Bella, maybe you shouldn't be talking so loudly about this," said a quieter voice, which made Sirius aware of the other person, his cousin, Bellatrix's sister Narcissa. Narcissa was also already a graduate at Hogwarts.

He looked around his surroundings. He was way past the entrance hall, closer to the Gryffindor Tower now. He had to be at least on the second floor. Sirius finally realized that they weren't students anymore. What were two of the three Black sisters doing so far from their mansion? And how did they get in? Had Bellatrix attacked Leah?

Sirius didn't bother hiding. He crept up right behind them, so he could hear better.

"So what? I'm not afraid of this," Bellatrix sneered. "ARE YOU LISTENING, MUDBLOODS?! BELLATRIX BLACK IS COMING FOR YOU! YOU BETTER WATCH YOUR BACK!" She shouted loudly, with a smirk.

Narcissa looked around worriedly. "Bella, you sound like a mad woman!"

"So what?" Bellatrix said. "That's what I should be known for."

"Can we please go back home?" Narcissa pleaded. "Why are we even here?"

A staircase was right around the corner. Sirius could have easily slipped away, and gotten help to stop the guy on the grounds, which he probably should have been doing.

But because these two were trespassing on the grounds, Sirius knew Bellatrix fit into this.

"I want to make sure everything gets completed right." Bellatrix said, now making an effort to keep her voice low. "Those nitwits got it wrong last time, it's not going to happen again."

"What happened last time?" Narcissa asked. "And can we please go to the vanishing cabinet?"

Sirius leaned in closer. What was the vanishing cabinet? Was that how they got in?

So close, that he stumbled. The cloak showed signs of falling off, but he yanked it forward and steadied his balance. It was too late by the time Sirius realized that the bottom of his robe was sticking out.

"Hey!" Bellatrix exclaimed. "Someone's here!"

"They have a cloak?!" Narcissa sounded more confused than surprised.

Bellatrix stepped in front of Narcissa and pulled the cloak off Sirius.

He winced as he felt two sets of eyes boring down on him.

"Ah, dear cousin. Hello Sirius." Bellatrix said with a smirk.

Narcissa avoided his gaze.

"What are you doing here, Bellatrix?" Sirius asked, anger pouring out of his voice.

"Don't be impatient." Bellatrix said. "You'll find out soon enough. Cissy!" Bellatrix turned around towards her sister who was looking down.

"Tie his hands together." She ordered. "The next thing we know, he'll be calling up Dumb As A Door to come get us,"

Narcissa shuffled forward, still not looking at her cousin. She pulled her wand out and did a non verbal incantation. Ropes appeared on Sirius's wrists and ankles, and bound the two together.

He fell face forward on the floor. "You stupid idiots." Sirius said. "Once someone finds me and unties me, I can tell them what I saw!"

Bellatrix snorted. "Exactly. Which means I'll have to shut you up permanently."

Sirius gulped.

"Another test dummy for the killing curse, I think." Bellatrix said, excitement gleaming in her black eyes.

She pointed her wand at Sirius's forehead. This was the end. Sirius could flop away a few feet, but she would still kill him anyways.

"Um, Bella?" Narcissa said, finally speaking up.

"Quiet Cissy." Bellatrix said.

"Bella!" Narcissa said, louder. "LOOK!"

Bellatrix sighed and looked the other way. A shadow of a tall figure was coming towards them. Sirius could see the long, wispy beard, swaying robes, and glasses.

Bellatrix and Narcissa were running before Sirius even had a chance to see which direction they went in.

Sirius was relieved. Dumbledore had saved the day, as usual, and Sirius could alert him of their presence.

He had completely forgotten about Leah.

That was until Leah turned the corner, holding a fake beard, stilts, and glasses.

"Leah?!" Sirius said incredously. "You saved me, thank you!"

"You're okay?" Leah said, coming closer. "I'll untie you,"

Leah quickly untied him, and Sirius went into a rant. "Wow, how did you do that, did you hear what my cousins were saying, it was crazy, how did hey get in I think they said something about a vanishing cabinet, but I'm not sure...."

"Sirius, I have to go now." Leah said, looking around, her eyes darting all over.

"But I wanted  to thank you!" Sirius said desperately.

"You already did. Bye Sirius!" Leah said, then ran down in the opposite direction. Why was everyone running everywhere?

"But I wanted to thank you a different way....." Sirius started, but she had already left.

Sirius got up, grumbling, with Leah and Bellatrix's words swirling through his head.

"Where is he?"

James paced back and forth in their dormitory, his glasses perched on the tip of his nose.

It had been an hour since Sirius was supposed to be back.

"Relax, James." Remus said. "They're probably still busy, or maybe Sirius got lost."

"Yeah." Peter agreed.

"You're right. They're probably still snogging or something. Let's give him till one, then let's worry." James said.

"Wanna play a game?" James suggested.

Remus put down his book, and laid it against his pillow. "What?"

"A game. Like Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever, Who's Most Likely To...."

"We've never played any of those." Peter said from his position on his bed.

"I know. But Lily plays them with her friends all the time. So it could be fun." James said. "Let's take a vote. I call playing Who's Most Likely To!"

"Fine." Remus and Peter said simultaneously. "I call going first!" James exclaimed. "Who's Most Likely to become Minister for Magic?"

"Remus." Peter said.

"James."

"Remus." James said.

"What, why me?" Remus asked.

"'Cuz you're organized. And smart." James answered.

Remus hopped off his bed. "Ha, I would hate that position. So many decisions that affect so many people...besides I doubt they'd let a werewolf be minister."

"You never know."

"Who's Most Likely to wear layers of clothing in 30 degree weather?" Peter asked.

"That's stupid." James said immediately. "But Remus, obviously. He'd probably want to wear layers so he wouldn't get a sunburn or something dumb like that."

"Yeah, probably." Remus admitted.

"Totally Remus." Peter agreed.

"Ok, who's most likely to die from a zombie apocalypse within the first two seconds?" James asked.

"Sirius or you." Remus replied.

"Sirius." Peter said.

"Sirius!" James said. "Knowing him, he would try to fight a zombie to look cool, then end up having the zombie bite his head off."

"I guess." Peter said.

"Who's most likely to have a secret relationship and hide it from their friends?" James asked with a grin.

"Remus." James and Peter said together.

"Not me!" Remus protested. "Why me?"

"Well, I would only want to get into a relationship with Lilyflower, and I would scream it to the whole world if we got together, obviously." James explained. "And Peter would be so happy that a girl even agreed to look at him, he would so tell us. But you are more secretive like that."

Remus looked away.

"Eh, that means we're right." James said with a satisfied smile. "So, Moony, are you in a relationship?"

Remus kept looking away and fumbled with his fingers.

"Ok, he is." Peter confirmed.

"Who is it?" James asked, intrigued.

"Emily." He said in the quietest voice possible.

"HE SAID EMILY!" James shouted.

"That girl Sirius tried to pick up a few weeks ago?" Peter asked. "Oh yeah!"

"Tell us everything, Remus! It's not a secret anymore," James insisted.

"Ok, I-"

Just then, the boys dormitory door was slammed open.

"Finally, Sirius, you got back, we-" James complained, then stopped when he saw who it was. It wasn't Sirius.

It was Lily Evans.

Hi guys! Hope you liked this chapter, not much romance in it, more adding on to Leah's story. And the Who's Most Likely To part was super fun to write. I love Bellatrix and Narcissa, they're so fun to write about too. Any thoughts on this chapter?

Thanks for reading!!
