The next day, Taehyung and Bambam were all ready to set up their stall. Taehyung was very excited, not only because of the fair but for that certain golden blondie who would be coming there too. His spy, Bambam, heard from someone about it and informed him, who had finally decided to take the first step. He decided that at the fair only he would approach Jeongguk and express his feelings.

Soon the area was filled with crowds, people here and there, having the moment of their lives. Then, there was our lover boy, Jeongguk, who for the past hour was only staring at the particular stall and battling inside whether to go and talk or not.

Taehyung also occasionally took some glances at him, contemplating how he should approach the other. And then there were Jackson and Bambam, wanting nothing but to bang their heads at something hard so that these two at least initiate a talk.

"See, Gguk, if you don't go and talk with him, I swear I am going to break our friendship now," Jackson warned with a glare, to which the younger gulped hard and nodded, taking small steps towards the stall.

At last, he was in front of the stall, trying his best to stay and act cool. "E-excuse me?" The ravenette called out.

To which the pretty boy answered with, "Yes, how may I help you, Mister?" Taehyung deliberately said professionally, he was having fun seeing the nervous Jeongguk.

"A-actually, I-i... I-i... Y-you... m-me..." Jeongguk stammered badly.

"Will you only keep doing this or even say something?" Bambam annoyedly asked, as he could not bear this 'I-i, y-you, m-me' anymore. Taehyung was having a hard time controlling his laughs and acting professionally.

Jeongguk took a deep breath and asked, "Taehyung-ssi, could you please come to the back of the stall? I really have something important to say. Please?" BamTae were shocked to finally hear the words they were expecting for a long time. Getting a nod from Taehyung, they went to the back.

"Okay. I will not take much of your time. So, what I want to say is - I don't know when or how it happened, but it just happened. Maybe it happened when you were looking adorably at the kids and feeding them, maybe when you helped a poor puppy soaking in the rain to give shelter and got drenched in rain, maybe when you smile your boxy smile, or maybe when you never fail to show your kindness to others or maybe the moment when I started to feel all those alien feelings.

"I don't know when but I have fallen for you, pretty hard. I can't control my heart from beating erratically whenever I am near you. I don't know what happens, but whenever I think about you or see you, everything else seems to go in slow motion. I can't stop thinking about you. I love you, Taehyung-ssi, I truly do," Jeongguk poured out his whole heart and was also proud of himself for not getting stuck or stuttering anywhere.

Taehyung's cheeks and ears became red due to blushing so hard, his heart was beating very fast as if it would come out of his chest anytime. He could not explain how happy he was feeling. When he saw that Jeongguk was waiting for his answer with hopeful eyes, he cleared his throat.

"Hmm... I was right about when I saw you passing by my shop every day and always staring at me. You have feelings for me," Taehyung stated while shaking his head with a soft smile playing on his lips.

"Is it wrong to have feelings for you? I mean, I can't control my heart, you know. It is very crazy for you," Jeongguk boldly stated.

"No, it's not wrong at all. It's perfectly okay. So, come to my home then with your parents and sweets. I will be waiting for you, because I too have fallen for you," Taehyung confessed confidently, trying hard not to melt and blush.

Without seeing Jeongguk's reaction, he went away quickly while dragging Bambam with him. Jeongguk, on the other hand, was stunned. He just could not believe that the blond male also loved him.

"Oh my my! Dude, your life is set now! Treat me, now!" Jackson demanded.

"Tsk! Nope, not now," Jeongguk said, smiling as if he got his world. Well, in one way, he did.

"Then, what will you do now?" The elder asked.

"I will prepare to go to my in-laws' home," Jeongguk said, still smiling widely.

As promised, Jeongguk with his father and sweets was sitting in front of Mr. Kim. "So, you love my son and want me to wed him off with you, huh?" Mr. Kin asked with a serious face.

Jeongguk truthfully answered, "Yes, Sir. I love him and he loves me too, we want your blessings and support. I assure you that I will never let any harm come to him, and there will be no less care and love for him."

"I know you, son, and I also know you are a man of your word. But you own the famous farm in the village, and I am just a mere farmer. So - -" Mr. Kim stopped in the mid-sentence when-

"Yah, Kim, when did being famous or mere become a thing between us? We don't see that, we just want your son to be the pride of our family. That's it," Mr. Jeon announced and Mr. Kim could not say anything further to oppose when he saw his son's face. The hopeful face.

"Okay, but Tae still has a few more months to complete his studies, after that we can proceed with the marriage ceremony," Mr. Kim said to Mr. Jeon, who had no issues with it, and soon both the fathers hugged each other.

Meanwhile, Jeongguk stared at Taehyung lovingly and mouthed 'You are mine, now.' making him blush and smile shyly. Finally, both of them would be together.

Days passed and both fiancés became inseparable. Jeongguk had become bolder and would always make Taehyung flustered with his teasing and cheesy talks.

Both of them were sitting on their bamboo rooftop, which they had made together, in Jeon's open field. Taehyung was sitting on the elder's lap and playing with his long fingers.

"Just one more month and we will get married. Are you happy, Bear?" Jeongguk asked.

"Just happy? I am super-duper happy and excited, Googie! It feels like a dream come true," the younger honestly replied.

"If you are happy, then I am also happy," the blond said while smiling at the other fondly.

Taehyung shifted his position and was facing the other. "Googie, we should start shopping, right? So when will we do that?" Taehyung asked his Googie.

"Well, whenever you want. But I prefer we will do that on your last exam. Also, we will do it separately, I will do yours and you will do mine, okay?" Jeongguk explained.

"Okay, fine..." Taehyung trailed with a pout.

Jeongguk, who could not handle the cute sight, leaned in and gave a brief peck on the blond's lips, making him a red tomato. "Googie, don't just do it out of nowhere, I feel shy, you know, right?" Googie's cute Bear whined.

"Doing what, Bear?" Jeongguk teased him. "This?" He pecked his right cheek. "Or this?" He pecked his left cheek. He did the same with his nose and forehead as well and finally stopped in front of the pretty male's lips, "Maybe this," he said and immediately crashed his chapped-cherry lips on the other's soft and red ones.

The blond tightly clutched the other's clothed shoulder and the latter held him by his nape, firmly yet softly. Their lips moved against each other very skillfully, seemed like those were puzzle pieces, locked and matched with each other perfectly. Both of them felt euphoric.

Soon, they pulled out panting heavily, saliva strings attached. They put their foreheads together, warm breaths fanning on each other's lips and both were giggling softly. That was the first time they initiated a long kiss.

Before they would just simply peck or give brief innocent kisses. Both the boys were innocent, pure, and soft-hearted beans who wanted nothing but to live with each other for a lifetime. But would their innocent and pure love last long?
