I smiled lowly as I watched Adriano and Adrie sleep peacefully in each other's embrace while this Batman film played in the background. I knew Adriana was sleepy when we got home earlier but after each of her Father's fights, she had to see him no matter what time it was, whether she was sleepy or not.

And he was always there to scoop her up and spoil her with his love and attention no matter what.

I did nothing but kiss each of their foreheads before rising from the couch and heading to the kitchen to make myself a snack.

After prepping and washing my grapes, cherries, and pomegranate seeds I smiled feeling muscular arms wrap around me as well as lips press against my neck.

"Ei mamãe" Adriano whispered huskily indicating he had just woken up

(hey mama)

"Hey, Ano," I replied with a smile, pecking his lips, before beginning to make my way to the fridge as my husband grabbed my arm -stopping me midways- pulling me back to him

"Why are you trying to ignore me?" He asked as I laughed lowly while trying to push him away

"Because I am hungry!" I answered with a smile before pulling away and going to the fridge grabbing the pickles and chocolate syrup taking them back to where my bowl of fruit was

"The syrup is for our use, right?" He asked causing me to shake my head while smiling

"You wish," I replied

I then tried to make my way back to the fridge for juice only to be thrown over Adriano's shoulder which caused me to squeal lowly in laughter as I began gently hitting his back.

"Let me down, I wanna eat!" I complained as he laughed lowly

"I do too!" He rebutted causing me to roll my eyes as he carefully sat me on the countertop of the kitchen island

"Você está bem bebê?" He then asked while looking me in the eyes

(are you okay, baby?)

"Of course, I'm just craving" I replied with a smile as I wrapped my arms around his neck

"Mmhm, last time you told me that we ended up looking at two little lines together." He replied causing me to laugh

"That your indirect way of saying you want another child?" I asked playfully

"We can find all of that out later" Ano mumbled as he began kissing my neck

"Adriano, stop!" I said as I laughed

"Por que? Você sabe que você gosta isso." He replied as he pulled away and ran his tongue swiftly against his lips, looking me up and down before tenderly running his index finger over my chin

(why? you know you like that.)

"I like that a lot," I replied with a defeated sigh as I placed my hand on his chest and gently trailed my fingers down his defined torso which was covered by a white tank top

"Então por que me provocar?" He rebutted lowly as he leaned his forehead against mine

(so why tease me?)

"That's what you think I am doing, Champ, huh?" I replied in the same tone as him before slightly tilting my head up to place a slow, lingering kiss against his lips while his arms found their way around me

"Eeewww!" Our daughter then dramatically screeched as she stood in the doorframe of the kitchen causing me to smile as Adriano slowly removed his arms from around me

"What's up, Adrie? You want some love too?!" He said as he swooped our daughter up causing her to squeal happily as he pressed kisses against her face while she scurried in his arms trying to escape

"Be careful!" I said while laughing as I watched my husband and daughter act crazy

"Sounds like I hear another person wants to join our fun!" Adriano said causing me to quickly slip off the counter, ready to make a run for it until I was quickly caught

"All I wanted to do was eat!" I whined as my daughter laughed at me while her Dad carried us back into the living room

"Let Mommy eat you monster!" Adrie yelped causing me to laugh extra hard at the randomness of her statement

"Yeah, let Mommy eat!" I cheered

Ano then gently dropped her on the couch with a loud and playful roar which led me to laugh harder as he merrily yelled, "Mommy's mine!" before playfully biting me

Adrie then ran over and punched her Dad in the leg causing him to act as if it hurt him so as he gently sat me on the couch before rolling onto the carpet, holding his leg.

I just shook my head with a smile as Adriana smirked and began to celebrate her win as if she was on a grand stage.

"Bring it on, Adrie." Her Dad challenged as he stood up putting his guard up along with Adriana who's looked like an exact replica of his

"Yeah, okay, now dip your hips with little dips side to side," Adriano said causing Adriana to listen as she did so causing her Dad to do the same before they began play fighting

"Alright, Ali and Tyson, you two be careful," I said before getting up, going to get my snack and juice

Upon my return, I saw Adriana was putting the works on her Dad causing me to laugh as I watched them while eating.

"Now, remember, Mommy taught me everything I know. And as long as we have her she's never gonna let us fall." My husband said causing me to smile

"Mommy you were a boxer!?!" Adriana asked with her face lighting up in excitement

"No, baby, Mommy was your Dad's first trainer," I answered causing her to smile harder than I thought was humanly possible

"You have to tell me EVERYTHING!" She excitedly said causing Adriano to make a face while she was looking at me -knowing everything wasn't quite appropriate-

"How about we sleep this win off little Champ? Then, we talk specifics later." I answered pivoting slightly from this conversation as she yawned

"Fine! But tomorrow!" She announced causing me to smile as she grabbed my hand -and used the other to take my drink and carry it- as we began making our way upstairs as Adriano began checking the locks and turning the lights off

"So is that when you and Daddy first kissed?!" She bluntly asked causing me to laugh as we walked into her room

"Yes, Adrie," I replied setting my fruit down as she handed me my juice which I sat down as well

"Thank you, baby," I said as she kissed my forehead and I began helping her into bed

I then pulled her blanket over her and kissed her forehead as I sat on the side of her bed.

"Daddy!" Adriana cheered sleepily as he smiled and walked over to us, kneeling next to her bed before kissing her cheek

"Eu te amo," Adriano said with a smile

(i love you)

"Eu te amo mamãe e papai" She replied reaching her little arms out to hug us

(i love you, mommy and daddy)

"And I love you too little mama," I said as I hugged her and Ano joined in
