Okumara is a very eloquently spoken person who almost always looks serious. While he is a very serious person, especially when it comes to school, he has a softer, more playful side to him that he attained from his mother. Okumara tends to take leadership roles but will allow others a chance if he feels he is not fit for the role or someone else is more fit for it. He takes from his father a lot, jumping to conclusions quickly sometimes and then continuing to go with said conclusion.

In addition, Okumara is a very loyal and selfless person. He puts others before himself and would not hesitate to protect those who he holds dear to him. He also has a heart of gold and sticks to doing actions he believes are heroic. Okumara also moves his arms wildly like his father when in high stress situations.

Rocket: By touching all 5 of his finger pads together, he can activate the engines on his calves which are pointed down and he can send himself quickly into the air. He can move around much like if he had a jet pack but only up to 20 minutes before he he has a 10 minute cool down time.
