it was a normal wednesday and everyone
was doing their normal daily routine,
even you.

but today, today you happened to stumble
across a particular audition poster for
emerald entertainment.

you had heard little about the company,
only knowing that the ceo was a former member of super senior.

any other day you probably would've
ignored, but something in you wanted
to take a break from the norm.

"I won't even make it" you muttered to
yourself and you turned away from
the poster at first.

something tugged inside you, "no harm in
trying" you commented changing
your destination to the company
building instead.

in the building you were met with many
others seemingly all having their own
reason to be here.

people were dancing or singing in corners, some were sitting there quietly or loudly as they waited. one person in particular was glancing around at others nervously.

seeing so many people made your nerves
start to kick in, but you forced your legs
to move to the front desk.

"here for the audition?" the lady asked and
you responded silently with a nod.

"okay sit down and fill this out as you wait"

you took a seat and started filling
out the given form.
