You were on a quest to stop an evil sorcerer who had sent a dark magic throughout the kingdom, bringing out the evil within anyone who had a certain amount. Your family luckily hadn't been affected so, you decided to set out and help others by defeating the evil sorcerer.

You walked through a forest, honestly expecting to see some fairies or faeries. But as you reached a clearing, you saw something else instead. You saw a male with dark black hair and bright crimson eyes next to a dying dragon while he too was injured.

"Oi...oi, come on, don't die on me...hey, come on. Wake up, dammit!" He shouted, though one could hear his voice crack as tears threatened to fall.

Speaking of cracking, stepping forward, you cracked a twig loudly by accident. This quickly got the other's attention and the next thing you knew, a knife was thrown into the tree next to you as if a warning shot.

"Stay the hell away from me and my dragon," He growled, that former sadness fuelling rage now.
