Here are some basic greetings and everyday words you might hear. You probably know these by now but we'll review them just the same. These are all in the "polite" form. (We'll get more into that later!) 

1.) Annyeonghaseyo
 Hello / Good Morning / Good Afternoon / Good evening / How are you?

2.) Kamsahamnida 
 Thank You

3.) Mianhamnida / Mianhaeyo / Choisonghamnida
 I'm Sorry

4.) Cheonmaneyo
 You're Welcome

5.) Gwaenchanayo ? / .
 Are you okay? Are you alright? / I'm okay. It's okay.

6.) Jal jayo.
 Good night.

7.) Ye / Ne
 Yes. [Note: "Ye" is mostly used by men.]

8.) Anio
 No.

9.) Shillyehamnida
 Excuse me.

10.) Jeogiyo
 Excuse me (to call someone's attention; lit. "you over there")

11.) Annyeonghi gaseyo & Annyeonghi gyeseyo
 Goodbye. (note: The first one is used by the person staying, the second by the person leaving.)

12.) Moreugesseumnida / Moreugesseoyo / Mollayo
 I don't know.
