Mina's steps were light as she fixed the straps of her guitar bag on her back before entering the classroom. A smile was plastered on her face when she saw her classmate Mark Lee sitting in his usual seat in the front row of the classroom. She waved him and he sends her a smile before Mina went to her own seat and sat down, placing the guitar next to her table. 

Mina's seat was in the third row by the window and she loved it. She could look out of the window and start daydreaming when her teachers were doing a boring lesson once again. She could also think about new song covers or even original songs.

Seo Mina was a creative girl after all. She yawned a bit. Staying up late to skype with her best friendSeo Bohee, who was living in the province and showing her the newest song covers she planned. Bohee was also a girl who loved doing music and they met in an online forum for Infinite fans. 

Mina liked SHINee, but she was a big fan of Infinite hence why she was always scrolling around forums and website where Inspirit's were meeting up. That's where she had met Bohee. Ever since then both of them were texting every day and Bohee was even saving money to visit her in the spring holidays.

Mina took out her books, opening her maths book and reading about what they would learn today when the door of the classroom opened with a bang and Lee Minyoung entered. As always Minyoung caught the attention of everyone. Mina rolled her eyes when Minyoung dramatically pushed her dark locks out of her face and walked over to her seat.

Lee Minyoung was the daughter of a wealthy family and the gem of her mother and father. She was beautiful to look at but she always hid her true self behind a stiff mask, that could only show a smile once a year. People were talking behind Minyoung's back about her; saying rumours like she seduced a college student.

No one knew if those rumours were true except Lee Minyoung herself. And the seventeen-year-old girl was clever enough not to show what she did in her free times. 

What no one knew, not even her parents was that Minyoung was shoplifting, did underage drinking and did indeed seduce a college student only to threaten him with the cops. Lee Minyoung was beautiful, but she was a troublemaker and Mina knew this ever since she was young.

Mina shook her head at Minyoung fishing for compliments and decided to pay attention to her book. She wasn't the best in math after all.

"Ugh, that doesn't sound right," Mina mumbled, fixing her headphones on her head, listening to the sample of piano music she just did on her tablet. Working on a new original song during lunchtime was her favourite thing to do.

Getting inspired by the other students eating and chatting was kind of calming her down while texting Bohee about the song. Mina lifted her phone when a loud bang sound distracted her. She pulled the headphones down to see the source of the sound and sighed when she found Lee Minyoung standing in front of a young boy, her arms crossed in front of her chest.

"Man, look at me!" the boy sighed and looked at his drenched clothes. Bean soup was dripping from his clothes and Minyoung dropped her tray. She snarled and looked at the boy. He was looking at his shirt and rolled his eyes.

"Donghyuck comes on, I have a spare shirt!" Mina could hear Mark Lee's voice and took a closer look at the young boy recognising him as the quiet boy from when she was singing in Myeongdong.

Donghyuck looked up to Minyoung who was still crossing her arms in front of her chest. He gulped seeing the pretty face of his senior and nodded weirdly. 

"I'm sorry," Minyoung said between gritted teeth. Donghyuck smiled weirdly. "Well great. Thanks for apologising. My shirt is still drenched." Donghyuck sassed and Minyoung lifted her eyebrow. "Your friend already said he has a spare shirt. Why don't you just forgive me for not paying attention and the deal is done?" Minyoung asked and Donghyuck grinned even more at the words of Minyoung.

"I accept your apology under one condition," Donghyuck said and looked over to his friends Mark and Jung Haeyoung. "Go to the cinema with me."

Mark facepalmed himself and Haeyoung sighed. "He's pulling a Jaemin." She whispered and Mina opened her mouth. Her first impression of Lee Donghyuck had been different than what he was showing right now. Mina thought he was a quiet young boy but here he was asking Lee Minyoung out on a date.

She quickly texted Bohee about what was happening, while still watching the scene that was playing in front of her.

Minyoung watched Donghyuck interested. She was surprised about the eagerness of the young boy and chuckled. "That surprised me young boy." She smiled and Donghyuck gulped at Minyoung's pretty smile. "Lee Donghyuck." He introduced himself to her and she nodded. "Nice to meet you Lee Donghyuck. You're cute and quick-witted. I like that." Minyoung licked her lips and thought about Donghyuck's offer for a second.

"Okay, you know what? Why not?" Minyoung smiled. "I see you this Saturday, Dongmin!" Minyoung smiled and Donghyuck blinked and watched the senior walk away. "It's Donghyuck!" He called and then turned to Mark and Haeyoung.

"Guys, did you just see that?" He asked and threw his arms around Haeyoung and Mark. "I just asked a super pretty girl out!" He squeaked on their way to a table. "Ew." Haeyoung cringed and pushed Donghyuck off her. "You didn't even ask for her name, idiot." She said and looked at Donghyuck crossly. "Her name is Lee Minyoung. She is in my class." Mark said with a concerned look on his face.

He looked at Donghyuck in hope the younger boy would understand what he was trying to tell him, but Donghyuck was thinking too much about his date that he didn't even realise Mark was sending him quiet signs.

But Mina did. Mina saw what had happened and she wasn't sure if she should get involved or not. After all, Mina knew Minyoung and her past.
