"It's over." His dad lets out a breath.

"Looks like he did it." Tai Yi smiles.

"Nezha! Nezha!" I call.

"Son! Son!" His mother screams.

I turn.

"Look!" I point at the falling comment. 

He did it. I knew he could. He never gives up. He always fights and always wins. He's the strongest man I know. Even as a kid, he fought like a thousand warriors. I let out a sigh of relief at the giant burns to the ground.

"It's over." I say to her.

She spits out more blood.

"You never could understand, could you?" She spits.

"No... I could understand. I just didn't get what you would achieve after all this suffering." I say.

"It makes you human." She hisses.

I walk up to her.

"You're right, it does, but... hey, it's not so bad." I shrug.

"It will be when I destroy you." She says.

"No... you won't." I say.

I kneel down to her. She starts chuckling as she spews out blood. I cock my head.

"And... after all of this, you still understand, that we're the same." She says.

"No... we're not. We may be both demons, but at least I have something you don't." I say.

"Which is? Enlighten me, child." She spits into my face.

"I have a soul." I turn from her.

I start walking.

"Thank you." I tell her.

"For what?" She cocks her head.

"Making me realize I'm more than a demon." I say.

"And... and... what are you?" She asks.

I look at her. I feel the sun rising on my back.

"I'm a fire heart." I say.
