Mirio Togata. It's not exactly jealousy, but Mirio is always so calm and cool in a relationship. He wants to be like that too. When Mirio talks to you! He's so calm! How does he talk so calmly to such a pretty girl??

Mina Ashido. Since Mina is so friendly, you two have become good friends. To be honest, Mina is a bit clingy and touchy-feely and Momo isn't really like her, so she can't help but get jealous of her boldness.

Anyone and everyone. If they're taller, he's jealous. If they make you smile, he's jealous. Basically if you have a nice relationship with someone, he's mopy about it and needs some cheering up and words of encouragement.

Barbie girls. Any girls that have fake boobs, fake lips, fake hair, she doesn't like. Especially if they try and flirt with you and especially if they bat their eyes at you. Only she can do that!

Miriko. When you comment on the bunny hero's legs, she gets mad and will usually stomps on the next villain she comes across, then when she comes across you next, she'll say "See? My legs are powerful too!"

Endeavor. Even when you analyze the hero he gets mad and frustrated. A simple "He's got some firepower, that's for sure..." Can make Dabi blow something up.
