Jungkook and Tae are long-distance. Taehyung hasn't talked to him in a while, and Jungkook worries too much.

Jungkook walks into his room and sighs from the hard day of work he had.

It was summer break, and Jungkook works at a library downtown in the city he lives in. It pays quite well. $23 an hour can keep him steady.

His parents are important to the world. As his father is an engineer and his mother works in the fashion industry.

It is 5:30 in the evening and his parents aren't home until 7:45, usually. That gives him more than enough time to talk to his boyfriend, Taehyung, on discord

As jungkook goes onto his computer to check discord, he sees multiple pings from different servers. He sees at least 20 from his favorite server, 5 pings from his meme server where he gets the best memes ever, and sees 40 more pings on his server where over 12,000 people joined.

But even with all of those pings from the other Servers he was in, he checks with his boyfriend of 3 years.

They both met on Discord when they were both on a server that had emotes and stickers.
They met on a specific channel, the bot command channel. Where Taehyung was doing his Daily things, and Jungkook was collecting stuff.

That eventually turned into a whole conversation about their favorite bands and artists. A couple of weeks later, they showed their face to each other and that set off a spark that made them fall in love.

Fast forward 3 years, they are both together and they love each other so much.

Jungkook is looking at the messages he has been sending to him for weeks on end and to no avail. He only sees Him texting for weeks, only with Taehyung responding once a week.
On a very very rare occasion, they would have a whole conversation, and that gave Jungkook the feeling of ecstasy.

But, the last time they had a full-on conversation, was 3 weeks ago.

Long story short, because of this, Jungkook has had shaking hands 24/7, crying a lot more, and losing the fun in most of the activities he enjoyed oh so much.

He sighs and sits back in his chair, feeling numb.

I'm starting to doubt everything again.

Jungkook sighs again and sits up. He hates the feeling of being ignored. His parents, having such busy jobs, never really gave him attention as a kid and that resulted in him feeling comfortable online. And now that his favorite person was now ignoring him, it sucks. He doesn't know what to do without him.

He feels his eyes gloss up with tears, not being able to control them.

He feels his eyes fill up with tears, he couldn't believe that his best friend, boyfriend, and the part-time therapist was abandoning and ghosting him like this.

"It's whatever. He never cared anyway." Jungkook cried, and started overthinking. He can't handle a situation like this again. It hurts him, it makes him feel numb.

Suddenly, he got a ping from a private message.

He wipes his tears as he sees a red dot with one inside of it right by Taehyung profile picture.
He sniffles aggressively and presses on their messages.

Jungkook feels his head pound and his heart starts beating rapidly. What is he gonna say? He hears the clock on the wall tick silently, but with the way the room felt, the clock felt louder than ever.

Uh oh. Jungkook hears the clock tick louder and louder for each second. Wait, was it the clock? Or was it his heartbeat? He doesn't know and he doesn't care right now. He cares about the one chat that is on the screen.

"Love, it's not fine. We've been through everything together. I don't know why you think it's okay for me to do this."

"I just think, maybe you have something going on?! Or...tch, I don't know but I don't care. I love you so much to the point where whatever you do, I will forgive you. Hell, if you rob a bank I wouldn't care. You're still my baby bear, right?"

"All I'm saying is that you're great, and I love you. I will support you throughout your life. All I want to do to you is to love you, pleasure you, and support you. Yes, we may have our clashes every once and a while, but I still love you."

"We were designed to be together, baby. I believe we are together for a reason. I love you, baby. And nothing will change that."

...silence.

Nothing was heard over the phone except some heavy breathing and some faint sniffles that Jungkook picked up.

"Baby?"

"Koo, I-I love you...so much you big dork."

Crying was heard over the phone over both ends as Jungkook and Taehyung both shared such a turning point in their relationship. Taehyung loves Jungkook with all his heart, and vise versa. They both love each other to death, and that's all that matters.

They stay on the phone for an extra hour, before Jungkooks parents came home. While they were on call, Taehyung explained that his little sister had surgery and needed some 'big brother time' and she needed him by his side considering the circumstances that his mom and dad were in.

His mother and father were both doctors, and they had hardly any time with their own family so Taehyung had to take over.

Jungkook understood regardless of the story. He knew that his boyfriends life was hard and that he's busy a lot. But, regardless, he loves him anyway. He loves him so much.
