"Let me introduce you Battosai, to the second Gate. The Crimson Gate otherwise known as the Gate of Blood." He points.
I turn. High pillars stood over red lakes. I look at the sky and it was raining. Raining blood. I've seen so much blood. I've killed so many. I've seen many fall before me. Each kill, each one I struck to the ground, I felt no pity nor sorrow. That's the part I hate most about myself. I felt nothing when I struck them down. Their deaths brought no satisfaction, no sorrow, no happiness. I thought it was a void I had to fill through slaughter. It was, for a part of me... horrifying.
I see the pillars drip in blood. I see blood like waterfalls streaming down. I bite my lip. As the souls passed, I see their eyes leaking with tears of red. I see them crying. I hear the screaming. As we get closer my eyes widen. The pillars were high and made of souls or thousands of souls were chained to the pillars. My heart almost drops. They were crying and screaming. I see serpents no... dragons tightening around their bodies. They turn.
"For many, dragons were considered the devil and the monsters of Hell." He says.
"I thought they were beautiful beasts." I say.
"Yet they cause so much destructions, it's a bit like how your friends see you." He says.
I look at him in surprise. I slip into a red pond. I let out a breath as I turn to him.
"What are you talking about?" I ask.
"Battosai!" I hear.
Something grabs my leg. I look down and I see a hand gripping my leg. It was dripping in blood and flesh. Another hand grabs me. I jump. I try to pull away, but they are hard as stones and sharp like jagged teeth. Figures start rising. Engulfed in blood and with no eyes. They were souls, I could describe that as much.
