His mother being Ezia, the queen of the large kingdom she ruled he was heir to the throne. Since he always kept to himself, Lev tended not to really socialize with anyone but his sister. Growing up at a fast pace of mentality he would help his mother rule the land. After falling for his sister he realized she wasn't interested. No one knew his admiration for her and simply held the pain to himself. He now stands beside his mother and father as they are his only company
