SOPA, Seoul

"Why out of every boy does this Chaeyoung have to like Gguk? He is mine, and he will be mine only." Chan Mi muttered angrily as she entered the classroom putting a smile on her face.

Dasom, Aeri, Sora and Yera had already arrived. "Hey Chan," Dasom said as Chan Mi kept her bag down. Soon Chaeyoung entered too and she smiled towards the girls. After the usual prayer their co-class teacher, Choi Areum, who was also their Korean literature teacher came in.

"Class your class teacher, Miss Eun Tak, is sick and thus taken a leave, so you are going to be having me as your class teacher now." Everyone exchanged worried glances about what had happened to her because she was really cool and everyone loved her.

Saying that she took the attendance and left and the noise of shuffling started in the class, all of them sat beside their friends. The last five benches of the third and fourth row got occupied by this small group.

Chaeyoung sat beside Chan Mi, Dasom beside Aeri and Yera beside Sora. Dae Jung sat beside Byung Ho, Yugyeom beside Jeong Guk, Hwang Do sat beside Jeong Ho and Seong Jin sat alone.

Even though Chan Mi was jealous she loved Chaeyoung with her heart, and would always help her, Just this time a little rage burning in her head as to why Chae fell for Gguk only, the boy she had a crush on.

Chan Mi might have thought her jealousy wouldn't break their friendship but it can make people do various things, take people places they don't intend to go to.

Lunch Break

"Dasom, wait up," Chan Mi called as Dasom was going towards the cafeteria with Aeri. Dasom turned around to see Chan Mi mouthing, 'We need to talk.'

Chaeyoung and Year were left in the class as Chaeyoung started, "You need to listen to one direction at any cost." "I can't hear you," Yera closed her ears at which Chae laughed and pulled her hand down she said, "No, listen to me."

"I don't want to hear about your English boyfriends please," Yera whined. "Yeah, I have five English boyfriends," Chae laughed and Yera nodded her head in a mocking manner.

"At least, try to listen to their song, 'What Makes You Beautiful', pretty please," Chae said to Yera. "I will never be a directioner, okay?" Yera replied.

"What if you become one?" Chae queried. "I will treat you to food then," Yera replied and Chae hummed contentedly. They shared their food as they laughed at various kinds of stuff happening in their school.

"Hey, you know I saw R.G sir flirting with Nia yesterday after school," Yera laughed and Chae replied, "Damn, he can literally flirt with anybody," and they laughed out loud again.

Cafeteria

"Umm, Dasom and Aeri I have something to tell you, can you keep this a secret, please don't tell anyone- Yera, Sora, the boys and especially Gguk and Chae." "Yup sure," Dasom replied.

"I-I have a crush on Jeon," she said and Dasom sighed knowing what was coming next. "A-and I don't want Chae to be a barrier between me and Jeon."

"You just want Chae to not fall for Gguk, don't you?" Dasom replied and Chan Mi nodded in affirmation. "What do you want to do anyway?" Aeri asked.

"Make Chae fall out of love for Jeon, at first. If that doesn't work, we can try something else," Chan Mi said. "Okay, we will help you," Dasom and Ari said.

The recess went along smoothly as the final bell rang and everyone came back to class and sat down ready for the next class. Chan Mi high-fived Chae as she sat down.

After recess

A different teacher came in and said, "Class this is your substitute teacher, you will not have your maths class today, do your own work." He sat down and did his own work on the teacher's table.

"Let's play confessions guys," Hwang Do recommended and everyone in that small group instantly agreed. "Okay, start Dasom," Aeri said.

"Well, I once took a naked picture once with my mom's phone and deleted it instantly," Dasom said as Chae choked on her water and the others laughed.

"I once took 100 won from my dad's pocket," Seong Jin said and everybody cooed in appreciation. "Chae's a b*tch," Gguk said suddenly when his time came praying his hyungs didn't know somehow he said the word.

"Well, but I am not a mirror, Ggukie," Chae shot back as the others enjoyed their bickering. "They are certainly a married couple," Yugyeom whispered to Chan Mi who faked a laugh.

She wished she would be the one being shipped with Jeon like that, not Chae. "Guys, we should stop playing it," Chan Mi remarked and everyone pouted.

But the end-of-class bell came to rescue as Chan Mi heaved a sigh of relief. She couldn't even bear a simple teasing for one day, god knows what will happen for the rest of the year or rather years of their whole high school.

End of school

"Alice, turn the volume up, yeah," Chae bobbed her head to the melody of 'Enchanted' of Taylor Swift. Chae loved the song wishing she would have someone she could sing this song to.

The lingering question kept me up, two a.m., who do you love?

Alice pulled up the car in front of their house as Chaeyoung came out, maybe a little rumour wasn't so bad, after all, Jeon was not a bad guy.

Little did she know, she fell for someone who was naïve and young, not mature enough to understand other people's feelings about him.
